I needed help identifying a fuse for my headlight to get the right part. I asked an employee if they could help and basically he gave me a lecture on how hes not a mechanic and doesnt know how to do his job. I simply asked him to help me identify a certain fuse but the dude refused and would not help me further. EVERY other time I walked in for help I was greeted with over exceeding service. Will not be returning to autozone anytime soon

Turn signal was blinking fast. Pulled into AutoZone. Checked myself and couldnt figure out which bulb was out. Nicole the store manager came out and took a look. She instantly noticed that I have two bulbs for the turn signal on each side in the front. She knew right which bulb to grab in the store and replaced it in a matter of moments for me. Great job nicole.

Clueless salesperson charged me for an alternator I was having picked up by a friend. Said he was having troubles with the transaction so heasked for my CC info again . still no luck. My friend was walking in the door ss we were speaking..they required him to pay for the alternator / core . Looking at my on line bank statement the next day I found my account had been charged TWICE for the alternator/ core.So Ive now paid for 3 alternators! Called the store & talked to Brian immediately said that the problem wss with my bank as they had put a hold on the money! Claimed his store hadnt gotten paid yet so no refund could be given.

Went in to get a headlight bulb for my car, the gentleman at the counter not only found the right one, but also helped put it in. I dont know anything about cars so I am really grateful for his help. Thank you!

Youre always selling the wrong parts. The last 3 out of 5 items I got were defective.. then 1 out of those 5 was not for my vehicle. So meaning you guys have a success rate of 20%. Yes each time I was able to return/exchange the items for free. But it takes from my time and patience. Yall big lame, still better than OReilly somehow lol. At least you guys have a good selection always stocked up. Just wish the workers had a little more education and professionalism. I was going to give one star but figured id give you two and OReilly gets one lmao

Why wouldn’t they suggest to make sure to check your email even after the order confirmation They cancel orders without notice and though they have your number they won’t bother calling

They cooked my boat battery! Brought my 2 yr old battery in because it needed a slight charge. Not completely dead. Came back to them telling me the battery tests bad and is leaking. Guy at the counter told me, I meant to check it but we got busy.UPDATE: GM Mike reached out after this incident and made it right. It was appreciated. Mistakes happened and I understand. Glad they do too and made it right.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We were coming into a pop-up storm and it was 5 minutes to 9, and I had a bum windshield wiper. I told him I was eight minutes away and ask if they would be able to stay open so I can get a windshield wiper for my car. NOT ONLY did they stay open, but they PUT IT on for me to. Couldnt have asked for better service!

Everytime I have a check engine light on its my first stop and they usually have what I need to fix it myself.

I was stranded they broke the rules and delivered to me now I am up and running again able to make my Dr appointment that is nessary in order for me to walk

I blew a radiator hose on the interstate and there was no one to give me a ride to autozone which was very close by me. I had very little time before they close so I called and asked if they have my part in stock and they did. So I asked if I can pay over the phone and have them leave it outside so I can pick it up latter the women employee was very very extremely helpful and said that she will drop it of to me when she gets done working on her own time. I wan to say thank you and GOD BLESS YOU. You saved my day and a lot of time. I was back on the road in no time.

They had what was needed.

The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had multiple questions going in and they were able answer my questions and set me up with exactly what I needed.

The staff is always so nice, they offer to do things for me and cant usually tip. I think they have to, but they always do it gladly. That makes a difference.

VERY disappointed! My daughter called me because her 2016 Jeep would not start, the battery was dead and she was 20 miles from home. She found someone there to give her a jump start. We have an OReillys and Autozone less than a block apart. I told her to go to Autozone because I thought the guys there would help her check the battery. They checked the battery and found that it needed to be replaced, but told her they could not help her with it! I went to help, went in and asked the guys if they had a couple wrenches, they didnt have the right tools! I ran back home, got the tools needed, and got the new battery installed while they sat on stools watching! Needless to say, I will be going to OReillys from now on!

Not impressed. A clerk was sticking shelves & when I asked where the turn signal lights were he pointed 3 feet away from him. I looked at dozens of light for 10 minutes with the bulb in hand and he never asked to help. Went to O Reilly Auto parts & was helped immediately my rear turn signal now work.

Very helpful staff!! My engine light came on and I stopped in to have it checked. Simple fix, it was a loose gas cap! They did also explain it would take a couple cycles of the computer system before the light would go off and it finally did! Thanks AutoZone!!

The staff here is always friendly. I was making a simple purchase and the reps were kind enough to check me out before they went outside to install some wipers for another customer.Overall they were knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff can be very helpful depending on who you run into. Sales can sometimes be advantageous but takes a little bit of effort to find out what the best deal really is. Some things can be quite expensive and getting parts online through other retailers can sometimes save over 50% over the in-store convenience. If its not in stock, they have always been able to get me what I need next day, first thing.

Battery under warranty at AutoZone and had to replace. Out of town and car wouldnt start. They wouldnt install the battery. Said it was too cold. Thanks to my awesome nephew who did take out the dead one and installed the new one IN THE COLD! Also, make sure you have your receipts because they werent going to give me the warranty credit until I showed him my receipt.

I came in to this store to get oil for my automobile. I had no idea that there was so many different kinds of oil, I mean holy cow! I was seriously lost. Luckily the girl came to my rescue and walked me through exactly what I needed. I think her name was Nicole. She was very knowledgeable about motor oil. I definitely will recommend!

I was looking for a tail light replacement for our trailer. They have a really nice LED submersible but not the one I need.

Waited a long time in line to be helped. When I got helped I was only shown the most expensive wipers for my car. When purchased the girl asked if they could put them on for me as it is policy if you buy them. The girl did not know how to remove them and was pushing and pulling on the wiper arms of my car. To avoid her breaking something I put them on myself. Then after installing them they looked too short. I questioned the sizes and was cut off swiftly by being told they were the ones made for the car. They didnt have a book in the store where I could look up the size.

I was needing a set of traction chains that would fit my handicapped scooter and make it easier to get it through the snow on the sidewalks of downtown Oshkosh, because the college students are not the best at cleaning up the snow from the sidewalks in front of their homes.The closest thing to what I was looking for in a chain that I needed was one that was made to fit the wheels of a snowblower or a lawnmower. They were not able to get the ones for the tires on my scooter, so I was going to just go back home and search the internet for the info I was looking for, but one of the other persons who is working there was on her way home and she said she wanted to be able to help, and she looked the chains up on her cellphone and found them, and I had my debit card in my pocket, so I had her order them,and I paid for them, a my confirmation number and the receipt said they are going to be at the Walmart store later that month.When I received the pickup notification from Walmart, I went to pick up the order and then get it home.So far I have not used them, because we have not seen much snow.We finally got a new snowfall.....

Came in to request assistance for picking out cleaning solutions for my Jeep interior. There was one employee noticeably working. The register had 6 people lined up. When I finally was able to ask my basic question he flat out admitted he hasnt cleaned a car in years. Showed me to the cleaning aisle and told me things I could have deduced on my own simply by reading labels. Im sure the more seasoned employees (if there were any) could have answered my question but for a store that has Advice on their sign I expect even general knowledge to be available.

Went here to get new low beam bulbs for my GTI as one blew out right before a major road trip. They helped install them right away for me which was a major help so I could get on my way safely. A+

Some employees are more knowledgable than others. Make sure to double check that they provide you with the part number that is correct for your car. Had to return a bulb after taking my headlamp assembly apart because the employee provided me with the wrong bulb number for my car. However, when I went back in the first employee that helped me was very nice and knew the correct number right away. I didnt have the reciept so she gave store credit towards the correct part.

Great customer service, had to stop in a few times due to bulbs not seating in tightly and was able to get the help I needed from the staff to fix that issue.

Yesterday they were going to install a battery in my car if u bought one at the time, but I decided to order an optima in today and I went to get it and have them install it. Same deal as yesterday. Instead they pussed out and said we cant install it. Im driving the same damn car as I was yesterday when they tested it and said they could do it.

Stop into Autozone on Murdock and find Leetoe. He will provide the service and insight that a novice like me needs to have the confidence to complete my project.
