The DAY I got my car a tire light came on!!! On top of a loud sound coming from my car which I’ve been told is something with my wheel. I have NOT even had my car a week and it won’t start and sounds like a starter. Stranded with my baby!!! Road side assistance hasn’t answered and it’s been an hour !!!!!!!

I went in there a couple months ago to find a car because of the pickle I was in. I when in to the office. Spent 30 minutes doing paper work before they could even get me a quote. Then when they were doing a credit check. They want 15 REFERENCES! Then when I was trying to even think of 5.... they proceeded to tell me that a car would cost 400+ dollars a month?!?! I went to bergstorm and they quoted me $245 with no down payment. I would have gotten somrthing there if they didn’t make you find 15 REFERENCES. And the price is absolutely ridiculous. And then RIGHT AFTER I LEFT, THE SALES WOMEN OFFERED ME A JOB? Like are you kidding me? Why would you offer me a job when I’m trying to walk out of your business?!? Very unprofessional.

Kept bothering us that they could help us get a car. Went in and just ended up wasting our time. While we were there, we were asked to move out of office so the agent could work with other people which was fine since it seemed there was only 1 Sales dude. Still, Definitely did not feel like we mattered and was just a number to them. After wasting our time, we were told they couldn’t help due to 2 auto loans currently open which one should be closed already due to recent car accident. So much for they can help anyone. What a joke!Edit: in response to their reply - no thank you. Not interested and will definitely mention to others to also not waste their time. Have a good day.
