My buds and I chose to do business at this location during a recent ice fishing trip and we could hardly get a smile out of them let alone a tip out on the lake. We did business elsewhere after that. The lady there was nice.

My buddy and I are in town for a week of ice fishing from Colorado. I spoke to Cory on the phone a couple of time the month prior to heading up to get updates on the ice conditions. He was always happy to take a few minutes to talk to me. When we arrived fishtails was our first stop. Buying licenses was a breeze and we got set up with bait and a few custom painted lures as well. Cory told us where and how to get on the lake and where we would find fish. We were able to get into plenty of white bass thank to his advance. Definitely will be back on to get set up for our next outing. Thanks again Cory.

Had to run to Oshkosh for other business stuff and swung into Fish Tales, glad I did!!!! Corry runs a top notch shop, very personable, really knows the Winnebago system, explained some things and clarified some others. While is was in there he had a few people coming in to buy bait that shared fishing reports. I know I will be back again.....

The lady running the store is extremely nice and her dogs arent aggressive at all. Tipped me when I needed a place to fish and thanks to them I caught my first bass. Wont do business anywhere else.

Generous minnows, good advise on driving on ice and finding fish. Had latest news on cracks and bridge movements. Had home made spoons and jigs.

I will go out of my way to stop at Fishtales. The service is awesome, hes always willing to give advice on where to fish, whats biting, etc. Prices are fair and hes always a pleasure to deal with. On top of that, Fishtales is open every single day bright and early. A huge plus for diehard fishermen.

They dont have crappie minnows. But they have fat heads that look like crappie minnows. Custom cranks. Floors dirty. Prices are alright. That drive through though.

Wouldnt suggest renting any piece of ice fishing equipment (auger) from this establishment. Barely working and empty on gas without a care in the world. 2nd and last time I will be going there.
