They scammed me out of $100 and my car is worse off than when I brought it in. I bought 4 brand new tires from them and asked for an alignment check. They informed me I had a bad tie rod end. I replaced it and it drove smooth as glass but i took it back to check the alignment just to make sure my tires werent getting worn. They just immediately did a full alignment. When they brought their alignment sheet out with my car and it showed both tires pointing equally to the left. I was immediately suspicious because I knew my steering wheel was straight when I drove it. I left and sure enough my steering wheel now points to the left when I drive straight. I bring it back and the manager looks at it. Here brings my car back with the sheet showing that my alignment is straight. Now I know they did this intentionality. There is no way he put it in the alignment rack and got a good reading without noticing that my steering wheel was to the left, especially when thats exactly what I was complaining about. Here just knew id be asking for a refund if that sheet showed I never needed an alignment in the first place. Now I have to either pay someone else fior another alignment or stare at this crooked steering wheel. This place is scamming its customers. STAY AWAY!!!! There are honest mechanics elsewhere. Its funny how they respond to all the positive comments and leave the people they screwed hanging. An honest establishment would be more worried about correcting the negative reviews. That not Tires Plus though. Theyd rather steal.

Just like the review below this...they changed 4 tires and did a complimentary alignment. Immediately leaving my car pulled to the left. I brought it back in and they told me I needed a new tie rod. I changed the tie rods myself less than 10,000 miles ago!! They refused to fix it because of the supposed bad tie rod end which I checked out and has no play in it. Not a happy customer! Good mechanics are hard to find!

Just tonight the team not only provided friendly and outstanding service for my vehicle but they also helped out a person across the street that couldn’t start their car. I had an appointment today at Tires Plus for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2017 VW Tiguan and I will NEVER do business with them again...they damaged my aluminum rims and left grease on the interior & exterior of my vehicle. 😪

I called frantically with a flat tire as Im not from the area and needed to get home today. They told me to head over and theyd squeeze me in as soon as they could. I was in and out in under an hour with a perfect repaired tire and some fresh windshield washer fluid to boot. Thank you thank you, my saviors!

I have been a customer for almost 6 months and they have always done a great job with my vehicle. Recently, I had some work done and they did not have the part needed so they ordered it and had it in a timely manner. There was also a wait due to other technicians being out and yet they still were able to do prompt and adequate services to my vehicle. I want to acknowledge the phenomenal service by Joshua who is the manager of tires sales and the technician who worked on my vehicle, Zach. I appreciate all you guys do and thanks for all of your service. Every time I come in Joshua is always willing to help me receive the appropriate care. Thanks guys your work does not go unnoticed.

Horrible! They are very disrespectful of your time! For Gods sake! We have work, other appointments and engagements we have to attend to. I had an appointment 08:00 AM in the morning. I was literally the only one there. I had a leak in my tire I wanted to fix. I stood outside and waited where they could see me. 45 minutes later the lady comes out and tells me we cant fix your tire because it is worn out ( It was not!) and oh you have to buy a pair of our overpriced tires No thanks. Dont go there. There are plenty of honest businesses out there.

There prices are good for tires and the tires I have are great but when it comes to anything else there to high and there service ain’t that great had and appointment for 11:00am and they Didn’t get it in tell 12:00 to get my tires rotated then on top of it they didn’t get done tell almost 1:00 I mean come on to rotate my tires that’s ridiculous.

They forgot to replace the TPMS when they did the tire so now I have go back a third time. People were very friendly but 3 trips to replace a tire and TPMS?

I am a VERY informed and self advocating consumer and I rarely give 5 star reviews. That being said, this shop has been wonderful! They have been warm, informative, responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate me; especially the front desk representative, Josh. All of the employees can be described as above, but Josh really stood out to me. His customer service was impeccable, (especially with a question asker like me). He had exceptional patience, actively listened to me, used active problem solving skills, and ultimately gave me an experience that will cause me to return to this shop. I believe his managers name is Susan. If so, Susan, kudos to Josh :)

I was sent to this location from a car dealer that I had purchased a car from in Monona. He sent me here to get two brand new tires in the back. When they left it up in the air realize the whole sway bar in the back was rusted out called the dealership and explain the situation he end up really hanging up on them they handle it very professionally given the circumstances they did their General inspection. And I ended up having to take a tow truck ride home because he refused the sale of the two tires if you would just going to have to replace again in another 3 months and he was made aware of the sway bar thanks to your wonderful staff at your Oshkosh location I will be forever grateful for them still to no Prevail has he fixed or have I received a loner but hell get his . Thank you for all involved that day please look back on the invoice and get them all credit for a wonderful job well done thank you

Ive been here before and it keeps getting worse every time i go. I have a fully loaded lincoln they ripped my leather seats got grease all over inside my tan interior they paid to have it fixed. Now i had to have my struts repaired and they put in cheap parts now after spending $800 car is still broken and GREASE AGAIN INSIDE MY CAR! Clearly not a place to go if you want the interior of your car to stay clean. I will not return to this disaster of a place. I am done paying for HUGE inconvenience and my time wasted they dont care.

I had an appointment for 11 am today. They didnt even take my Jeep in until noon. They were finally done putting 2 new tires and doing an oil change @ 1 pm. They didnt even apologize for being behind! If this was a one time thing it wouldnt be bad but the past couple of times we have made appointments and they dont get to the vehicles until way past the appointment times. We will not be returning to this place anymore!!!!

Absolutely terrible service had a 5:30 appointment for a simple tire rotation got there they said they were about 20 minutes behind the comeback I came back 20 minutes later they had me wait in the lobby for an hour without anybody talking to me so I just left. Same at the people that were in there poor girls waiting with her two kids since four four two and a half hours just to get two tires rotated

Came here to have brakes looked at after getting a quote from dealership. Spoke with Dustin who was excellent. Didnt need all the repairs the dealership said and I saved about 700 dollars. Highly recommend this place!

I called to get 4 new tires and they said come in and they will have it done in a hour. First hour my truck sat in the parking lot. Then I said something so they bring my truck into the shop and then it sits in there for a hour untouched. So I said something again the manager says there gonna start it now and will be done in 30 minutes. And here I sit and it’s been another hour and still not done. Horrible service and I will never bring my truck back there. Asked about a oil change and they said it would be a hundred dollars.

On sunday morning, fathers day, I had a low tire pressure light. I stopped in. They quickly assessed the situation and agreed to get it in to inspect a specific tire. It had a screw in it. Within an hour, they had worked me into their busy schedule and repaired my tire. They were very helpful and efficient. I really appreciated it. Thanks!!!

Brought chrysler 300 in yesterday at 9 a.m. and took them till 6 p.m. to put 4 tires in and my appointment was at 9 a.m. today i brung my 4 gummer tires in to have 4 new tires mounted and ballanced and appointment was for 10 a.m. and called at noon and they still didnt start on them. I rented a uhaul truck for 4 hours and they were told that and helped me unload the tires from the uhaul truck. Now i have to pay an extra 4 HOURS all because the people there cant seem to do there job.

Called to make an appointment for oil change prior to appointment date, when I showed up they said I did not have one. Proactively offered a prompt reschedule and credit towards oil change. Even though there was an error, they made it right, and that to me is worth the service.

Amazing job. We needed a valve stem replacement on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Everyplace else was closed or it would be 3-4 hr wait. These guys squeezed it in quick and we had it back by the time we got done with quick grocery shopping. They were also very friendly.

Horrible. Took my car there yesterday for an alignment, The alignment was not to my satisfaction so I took it back to get realigned. The gentleman stated that it was the best that he could do because my car needed so much other work done to it and gave me a print out saying that I need a tire rods, etc. I immediately took my car to get looked at by another place to verify this with tires plus paperwork in hand. They showed me there was nothing wrong with my car and did not suggest those repairs. I Got another alignment car is working perfect. I’m not sure if it’s dishonesty, A lack of education, or laziness but I do not suggest this place!

Tire prices are fair, the extra charges for a light bulb or wiper blade seem pricey. They seem to do a good job, the shop seemed like it was in order and they do provide good coffee and bottled water for the customers.

Great service! My only issue is that the tires I originally ordered were discontinued and a lady called and told me that they were backordered so I had to switch what tire I was getting. So after my car was sitting there for an hour, I receive a call saying that those replacement tires were not in stock and that the ones I wanted were no longer available, not back ordered. So they gave me the next best tire for the cheaper price of the tires that were out of stock. I am extremely happy they corrected the issue in a very professional matter. Ive taken my current vehicle there once and my past vehicle there a few times and I have always had a positive experience.

I would definitely give this place and negative star if I was able to. I had called and set up an appointment ahead of time to get an alignment done on my car as I am a busy person....i was assured of get right in, but I get there my car spends an hour out in the parking lot without even being touched. after i complain Im was promosed that the person who scheduled me would call me back its been almost a week and still nothing from the store and nothing from corporate... Im very displeased with Tires Plus and the store in general and I will never go back to this place ever.

Twice I have been here. Once for new tires and an alignment, today to replace a tire with 4,000 miles on it. First time in, tried to sell me on upper and lower ball joints. ( I had just replaced them myself 2 months prior. ) when I didnt bite on that, my wheel hub was bad and needed to be replaced( nope). Today, had to pay a pro-rated fee for my warrantied tire to be replaced and they tried telling me my lug nuts were unserviceable( after 4000 miles and them being the last ones to touch them. How many unfortunate victims have just nodded their heads and paid up for unnecessary repairs?

Awful service. A while back my boyfriend went to get his tires put on here, we didnt get an alignment or anything just replacing the tires and getting new ones for winter. You think a place called Tires Plus would be good at that. We dropped it off as soon as they opened one morning, they still werent done over 8 hours later when he got out of work. We came back the next day around noon and they still werent done. It took about two days for them to just replace tires. Not to mention they didnt actually have the tires that he asked for that they said they had, but apparently didnt. Then about a week or two later we heard a rattling in the tires, it turns out they didnt actually torque the lug nuts on good enough and the tires were starting to come off the car. Thankfully we went to Lakeview and they fixed it for free. I wouldnt have had a problem if we would have just walked in and expected them to put tires on the car, but we had had an appointment and they had to given us an estimate as to how long it would take, needless to say that estimate wasnt two days. But the issue with not tightening them enough is ridiculous.

How much is a trustworthy mechanic worth? Tires Plus may not be the cheapest mechanic out there, but quality service is worth it. Can they make mistakes? Sure. Any mechanic can/will. However, what I have failed to find in the past is a mechanic who owns up to their mistakes and makes things right. Susan (current store manager), Eric (former store manager), and Tires Plus have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make sure Im happy. They have always been more than fair.Before trying TP I went through just about every mechanic in the Fox Valley. Most were garbage and if it was legally allowed I would have punched some of them square in the face. Total corrupt crooks! Im so glad that one fateful day nearly 10 years ago I happened to get a tire sealed there. As long as Susan remains in charge and Tires Plus continues to set the bar for excellence in customer service I will continue to go there. They have truly earned my business. I believe that going to Tires Plus has saved me more money than it has cost me. They have such great warranties! To me, a business that cares about customers and puts them first is priceless and very rare these days. Thanks TP, Susan and Eric!

We asked the technicians to put our spare tire on the back of our jeep and instead replace the tire that blew but they left the bad tire on the back and just took our spare off the rim and threw it in the back of our jeep. We now have to switch those two tires because we do not have a spare tire and we have to drive all the way to Colorado yet. The customer service was okay. We walked in and there was 2 associates up front and one customer at the time and they all sat there talking instead of one of them helping out if it was a conversation about services I wouldnt have minded waiting but it was a personal conversation. After that person left they were otherwise very nice.

These guys are top notch. They were out of the tires i tried to buy but didnt realize it because they were labeled wrong in the shop. They gave me the Bridgestone tires for the same price. Saving me close to $200. Refreshing to see that there still places out there that value their customers. Thanks TP

Wow! These reviews are a surprise. Ive had nothing but great experiences at the Oshkosh Tires Plus whether new tires for two cars or mechanical work. Theyve even provided repairs beyond their listed services. Timely and reasonably priced.

They were able to schedule appointments quickly, but I waited more than an hour and a half for thirty minutes of work. They honored the warranty on their workmanship without hesitation, but it was frustrating that the job wasnt done better the first time.

Nice people but they dont always seem to know what they are doing. Try to get in early in the day. Dont forget to bring a rag with to wipe the oil off your engine where they spill it. Also use the dirty restroom with caution. Not bad if your standing but I feel bad for any ladys that use it (go before).

I will NEVER do business at Tires Plus again. I had them change my tires only because I got $150 off and they were cheapest. They told me one of my wheel bearings was completely broken and needed replacing. They were going to charge me $360. I took it to my familys mechanic and he did it for much cheaper and even needed to order an extra part.Out of desperation, I had to take my car to Tires Plus 2 weeks later for an alignment (trust me, I did NOT want to do this but was my only option at the time). They had my car for an entire day before calling me to tell me they would not even touch my car because a control arm bushing was broken. When I went to get my car they informed me itd cost me $600 to fix. I managed to find a new mechanic in town who is charging me 1/2 of Tires Plus; HOWEVER< that mechanic called to let me know he cant even get my tire OFF because Tires Plus put locking lug nuts on and failed to give me the key. Ive NEVER had locking lug nuts and didnt even know such a thing existed until about 12 hours ago. I called Tires Plus to ask why they did this and they said my car was stocked w/ them, so they used the same kind when changing my tires. I then asked how they got my tires off if I didnt give them a key? Their reply to that was a snotty laugh, which indicated to me they know I know they screw people off and are a scam of a business.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. RUDE PEOPLE, SCAM BUSINESS. Id rather pay more at a place I know isnt scamming me.

Already about 4hrs on the road, 2 kids in the backseat (tired,etc) and of course, it is Saturday about 5pm. We are not in a good spot. Chris and his technicians fit us in, fixed a very difficult flat, with no replacement tire available within 100miles and a 2 day wait. This place doesnt even deserve one star. I had a mildly unpleasant experience the last time I visited this place, but today was the worst. I had called five days prior to make an appointment but when arrived they lost any record of this appointment. So I was left to wonder around for an hour plus with two toddlers, something I would rather avoid doing which is why I had made an appt in the first place. 35 min after we left they called to tell me that they flat out refused to use my ford filter for my ford truck because its against company policy and they would all lose their jobs. I have been bringing our trucks here for YEARS and they have never had a problem using my filter. The manager SUSAN continued to argue with me that every last appt I had in the computer I have been charged for the filter and pretty my called me a liar. Susan, I dont want your crappy aftermarket $4 oil filter in my truck. Susan would rather argue over an oil filter and turn away the money from all our vehicles then provide good customer service.Now that sounds more like something you could lose your job over.*update* I took my vehicle to PDQ in Appleton and them where more than happy to use my filter and give me a discount for the filter. They said lots of people bring there own parts if there vehicle requires special attention and I could even bring my own oil If I wanted. Now that great customer service. plus the oil change even includes a full service wash!

Had my wifes vehicle in to have a radiator replaced. I dropped it off with them on a Friday, and they told me it wouldnt be done until Thursday when they had an open spot on the schedule. By Tuesday Kolton updated me that he was working on it, and by that night, he called me and told me that it was all done! Plus they offer a credit account. Its literally they only way I can afford car repairs. Who else does that? Kolton, Myles, Susan, and Michael are very very good at what they do. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else when it comes to things I cant do on my own.

Quick oil changes but terrible customer service! Wouldnt honor a card with free oil change written on back because the employee no longer works there. He literally said, How do I know you didnt write that yourself? Hello! We are repeat customers that bring both our vehicles in to you! A little trust would go a long way! We wont be back. Id rather pay a few dollars more and to not be called a liar.

I went to Tires Plus to get new tires put on our truck. We had done some research online about how much it would cost. There was an online quote given to me. When I got to the store, the bill was about $150.00 more then the quote. As I looked at all the itemized things that were being charged, they had added a fee for $138.00 for roadside hazard recovery. After telling him the quote was higher than the internet and questioning him about this charge, he told me this was optional. I wonder how many people just pay the bill without questioning it. If something is optional, they need to ask you if you want it before they stick it on the bill. What a scam. After I was done, I was given a warranty for the tires anyhow. Will never go back there.

Worst customer service. They had me waiting for two hours. Brought in my car to install new tires and decided to add in TPS Sensors because I thought it would be a great idea for my new tires. Had issues with the TPS sensors not working. Had it rechecked and the wait again was forever. I wouldnt recommend going here.

Arrived for a 7am appointment to have a new tire fixed that they did not properly mount all locked up and nobody there. Waited for a half hour and still nobody showed up! Ridiculous!

We waited 2 hours to get our tire plugged so we could get back home which is 3 hours away. They wouldnt plug it and didnt even come get us to tell us that. Just set the tire by the front desk. Told us they couldnt plug it and wanted us to buy all new tires from them. Awful service and awful customer service.

I went to the oshkosh location after my tire blew out. They were very cold after I had been the one waiting for 20 min for someone to even come to the lobby. I asked them to look at my other tires and they said all was fine. Yet one week later another tire blew out. They dont look out for your best interested they just want your money. Not friendly at all.

I have a 2017 CX-5 and after 20,000 miles (yes I drive a lot) the steering wheel was off. When I held it strait the car went right. Easy, well apparently not for these guys. Right must be left for them because after the first aliment nothing changed and the second time (which I paid nothing for at least) they made it worse! Hold the wheel strait and the vehicle darts off to the left! So now I have a potentially unsafe vehicle and have to go to the dealership now to see if these wack jobs damaged something.

Expensive compared to other options and more upsetting, very rude. The service advisor didnt appear to be the least bit interested in my business and legitimately seemed like I was bothering her just by walking in the door.Very poor experience.

I was checking all my fluids under my hood, in my car folks, and my dang hood would not latch back down...of course. I am a pilot car for oversized semi trucks. These guys are the best. Thank you Ryan Soukup for getting me in even though your docket was full, James Gallo and Miles Bork for getting the job done pronto because you knew I was in a bind. There are really good people out here, and these guys are at the top of my list.

Called ahead to get 4 tires put on rims. We waited over two hours. A couple came in about an hour after us and needed two tires done and they received them within 15 minutes of waiting and we had been there even longer!! The store is also very dirty. Carpet ruined in the waiting area, dust everywhere, and the bathrooms yuckkk. Will not be back anytime soon.

My disabled father recently got a flat tire on his way to visit us. Luckily he ended up here. Instead of racking up a $600 plus bill in fixing the additional broken spring and strut that they found they took the time to find out this is a recalled part. Shawn got all the information my dad needed and even educated him as to his rights in dealing with the dealership. I am so blown away by this ethical company. They have made a lifelong customer out of my family. I will sing your praises to everyone I know. Thank you!
