Although very pleasant and helpful, The staff failed to give instruction on what would and would not happen as far as the delivery and installation. When asked why were not made aware of this, we were told, Im new and still learning and that she had no idea that the delivery team would not hook up the water line unless the turnoff valve was directly behind the refridg! Training ? We are now jumping through hoops to try to do what we should have been told to do at the time of purchase. The store mngr. Kkeeps using the excuse that she is new. Thats not an excuse, its a cop out and we are left holding the bag. Totally unacceptable! Very dissappointed.
Very disappointed with sears in general. Ordered a freezer in May still no word on delivery. Had to pay at time of purchase. Store is not helping at all to resolve problems,and neither is corporate. Dont waste time ordering from sears, go to your local mom and pop owned business they care
Although the prices are competitive, I did not feel that the methods to receive the additional discount was clearly communicated. When we got to the check out I was surprised that we had to apply for the credit card to get the sale price we were quoted and because of that we did not end up purchasing our items at that store.

Great set up and solid staff
We bought a Husqvarna 54 rider at this location about a month ago. Nothing but trouble...belt slips off and the deck actually fell off while mowing and chewed up another belt. We have relatively all level land. We have called Sears twice and no help, they refer us to Pella Husqvarna, whom did not return our call. Ordered a new belt on Ebay, will be here tomorrow. Hopefully this will work? My point, would not recommend a Husqvarna and do not buy one from Sears 😑 Buy one somewhere that will service it and offer something more than a ridiculous $ 600.00 warranty plan.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS STORE. They didnt come to service our refrigerator for weeks, then were a No-Show while we waited all day. Then we got a text that our new appointment is more than a week away.

Always gives huge discounts on appliances and will order anything in Sears inventory if its not in stock. Would not recommend delivery though - van left the store at 9 am and showed up at 12:30 (1st delivery of the day according to the driver). We are 10 minutes outside of town. Not sure what the guys did for 3 hours but they were pretty useless.
