Customer service is fabulous! My refrigerator died towards the end of the business day. I called and they said they would stay open until I could get there. Within an hour, they were delivering my new fridge. They even helped me transfer the food from one fridge to the other. You would never get this kind of service from a big box store. I heartily recommend!

Real helpfully know what there doing get you right parts friendly would get parts there again

I called to check on a part for my dryer just before they closed for the day. They looked it up and had it ready when I walked in the next morning.

Our dryer stopped heating. We called and they came out the same day and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We thought that we would have to replace the dryer. When we finally do we will shop here.
