Towed my car half a mile and charged me 200$ to get it back

A & P has amazing staff that provides great service and I will recommend them to everyone! I was in a car accident that totaled my car. They towed my car off the highway and were kind and patient with all my questions. I was visibly shaken and overwhelmed by the process and they guided me through everything with compassion and understanding. Tom is a delight to work with and everyone was extremely helpful and honest. They genuinely want to help their customers and dont try to take advantage of you to make a profit. If you want honest, quality service these are your people!

Took me two years to write this but review yet I just referred Ray to a friend and had to dig up the number for her. I will only refer a business I highly regard, and Ray and company went over and beyond repairing a big ding on my former Lexus, was impressive. It can be daunting for a woman walking alone into a auto body place and they were all respectful and mighty helpful...goes a long way. 5 Stars

A & P collision is a great place to bring your car or truck to get fix. Ray has worked on two of my own vehicles and also a few family members and friends. They gave me the fair and honest prices, the work performed was of quality repair . I keep going back to the same place with great results.

I was forced to give this place a star, but it doesnt even deserve that! They towed my vehicle as a result of an accident. I wanted to have another collision place work on my vehicle. When my vehicle got to the other place, they had damaged an item in the trunk area. They swapped out my new spare tire with one that was damaged and didnt fit my vehicle. They also stole a tool I had in the glovebox. When I protested this, this guy named tom hung the phone up on me! DONT USE these people. Theyre thieves!

I have been bringing my cars to Ray for 20 years. I know body work and Ray is one of the best in the business. I have had him do work on cars that were almost brand new and his paint work actually looked better than the factory finish on the rest of the vehicle.Additionaly, he is always fair and honest with his estimates.For anyone that really takes pride in their car, this us the shop for you.

I broke down and found them randomly. Tom and his crew were polite and helped a very lost lady with a dead car.

They stole my $200 DRONE .and my ez pass and all the coins that I had in my center council. When I asked to see the box where the drone was .. they couldnt even provided .. they are thieves.. becareful.. dont leave your car there ..

A&P Collision did body work to my car twice. Yes, I should have made the same mistake twice and hope others wont make the same mistake (it was only because A&P Collision was so close to my home, for convenience). The repair was done very poorly, and I even went back for some fixes to their repair before. Now the car trunk is leaking with rain getting in, and the body paint is rusty. I visited some other garages recently and they said A&P Collisions work was done very poorly. I totally agree, because even I can see the problems clearly. Avoid A&P Collision!
