Went in with my granddaughter to grab a charging cable for my car, ended up getting leggings, goldfish* for said baby* drinks, and car Cleaning wipes. Only spent 21$ for everything and the charging cord covers 3 different types of phones, super long also. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes, store was organized and the signs were true to what was in the aisle.

I always find something affordable here whether it be batteries, or some funky food option, or kitchen supplies of all sorts. So happy they opened one down the road in Rochester NH.

Talked to a cashier who was a very good sales lady and who should upgrade her resume and wardrobe and go for the six figure income.Surprising to find a selection of organic food, esp Bobs Red Mill flour.

Went in looking for a float to relax on my pond. They actually had a decent selection. Got what I wanted and reasonably priced. Noticed they have a lot of seasonal items, clothing snack food, etc a good mix of just about everything. To my surprise being an outdoorsy person they even have kayaks !

This store is clean organized and Def my new favorite ocean state. Only complaint I have is due to living 30 mins away from everything I called to make sure they had what I needed, 50 gal sized containers, and the woman on the phone told me they didnt carry them. However Im a long time customer of multiple ocean state locations so I know they do carry them plus they were right in the flyer for that week so I took a ride there anyway. They had an entire isle of 25 gal, 30 gal. 40 gal, and 50 gal sized containers with lids and locking lids the selection was massive and exactly what I needed! Just wish the woman on the phone didnt lie to me, or act like they didnt have them when I was very descriptive and said big Rubbermaid containers to store clothing, toys, blankets, etc!

Staff is outstanding. Always willing to assist a customer. The store is to small. Not enough floor space to display that items they want to sell.

Stores are beginning to look empty and schlocky looking. Need to have items in the flyer actually in-stock in the store. Not a better way to tick off a Customer than to have them plan a shopping trip to purchase specific only to have none on-hand.

It is a discount big box store. One word of caution, if you buy something, and think you might return for more, buy all that you think you might need the first time because when you return it may not be available.

Amazing place awesome service!

This was my go to spot during Christmas! They were the only store that carried my BIGFOOT candy! It was highly addicting and I most definitely bought out the entire store. They also have great stocking stuffers and neat little gifts. I actually bought my daughter a 5ft teddy bear which she had to have. Its a good place with good products.

Fantastic surplus variety store which has some major brands. Almost anything you need can be found in here except fresh food. Also stocks swimming costumes and a variety of Lakeside sporting equipment. Very reasonably priced and a fun store, you spend hours wandering around looking and wasting money on stuff you dont really need. :) Located next to the grocery store so hit job lot first and then grocery store 2nd.

Twice in the last month I have gone to this location found what I wanted got to register waited in line only to be turned away because their lines are currently confusing the women who turned me and my children away after we waited in line for 20 minutes to get turned away because I was confused by their tape lines on the floor was rude and belligerent. I will NOT be returning to your store 5x of people being rude in one year is too much.

The store itself needs some cleaning.. but thats not the reason Im writing this review.. theres a manager ( assistant manager?) that works there that is in fact one of the most loud obnoxious individuals I have ever had to displeasure of meeting. Her name is Kris.. and she likes to yell.. not in an angry way.. but simply yell across the store & draw attention to herself. I have actually been the unwilling recipient of one of those exchanges.. She stood there .. unwilling to walk over to me and talk to me like a NORMAL human being And screamed at the top of her lungs.. that item is not a Christmas item .. its just the design.. I have Santa sheets too.. but those are not Christmas item either . Its just a design Obnoxious! thats just one of the many examples.. but the only time I was personally caught in her inept attempt at communicating with her customers

A favorite for sundries of all kinds, providing you are a reasonably competent shopper in terms of pricing. Cant visit the store without finding some bargain, though more often than not it was something we could have lived without. Seriously, it is an interesting store with.something for everyone. And there are plenty of bargains.

Picked clean

Fun store with great deals, but I had a personal experience that worried me.I was burned by a bottle of caustic Liquid Heat when it leaked at check out. The staff had no first aid training! As a nurse, I had to rush to restroom to wash it off, asked for ice as the burn was deepening, they kept offering paper towels! Fortunately I had a kit in my car, so i treated myself. The issue was exacerbated by the fact that as a stroke victim, the burn was on my hand and lip where I have no feeling. After leaving th3 store, a wonderful older angel came out with a used dirty ice pack and asked for my name and number. It has been several weeks and my burns are healed but my hand is scarred and my face is still working to heal.First aid and toxic material training is VITAL in this store. But I will return for the crazy selection and Crazy Deals.

The staff are nice. Products are a mix. Some good values. Quality of the products varies a lot.

Just so everyone knows and what job lots in Ossipee doesnt tell you. When you buy a heater and it is defective you have to exchange it for the same exact one or another one at the same price or more. You will not get a store credit. You must explain what is going on with the machine and if they feel it is defective only then will they allow the exchange. The customer service manager is exceptionally rude . They are not service dog friendly you will be questioned.

Some good buys can be had here. Large selection of goods & food items. Some current brand name items as well as closeouts, overruns & discontinued items. Never know what your going to find there. Worth looking at. They also offer weekly internet coupons which offer certain items at a reduced price. No other options of a general type store in the area.

Slow slow service. Went in last night with 1 item in my hand, credit card in the other. They only opened 1 register and the line was 6 people long. Cashier was moving very slow. Had to leave item and comeback in the morning. No one at checkout. Larry was standing across the way but did not offer to help. He stood there until someone asked and he said he can’t help he’s locked out of the register. Didn’t call anyone just made us wait until the cashier realized we were there. This store is lucky it’s the only place around because I would never go back

I like this small chain. The stores are like a treasure hunt, sometimes a bit messy, and you never know what you might find. Know your prices, some are too high, some are very good. Unusual products and lots of variety.

Its our GoTo place when we are in Ossipee for the summer. Something for everyone, and many things for some of us.

Ive been going to this OJL for years. We now have one in my home town in Nashua. I love OJL for there deals and selections. I ran a major drugstore chain for store 32 years. I have to say there is something seriously wrong with this store. Im surprised the Fire Dept hasnt close this store. There pallets upon pallets filled with merchandise thats needs to be stocked. Many alise are un-shoppable because there so many pallets full of merchandise. It almost appears to be a safety hazard. The employees work and accept these conditions because it seems this is all they know. If some way you could fill your shelves and stock your departments clean up all these pallets I bet sales would be up at least 35% on constant bases. Its the only big box stores around. So sad... I can only imagine what the stockroom looks like.

I have never been to this place before moving up to Ossipee last month. I LOVE IT! I think about going here on a regular basis and fight the urge. I moved here to save money and this place may end up ruining that plan with all of the cool little things they sell for your home.

Lots of stuff - cheap. Quality and selection varies on some items weekly, other stuff seems to be available all year long. Find name brand products and food / snacks / spices for less. Sign up for their weekly internet deals for bigger price breaks on a changing list of specific items. Most stores have plenty of parking in small shopping plazas.

Five different employees none of them were on the same page... Asked for a sale items... One employee says yes you can rain check... Desk clerk no you cant... Third person oh no you cant do that... Five people all then start chimming in on the subject... Desk clerk says it shows 7of one 5 of the other but non on shelf... Again can someone please check if anymore out back... No..Go to Sanford Maine or almost 2hours back where we live.... Ah that defeats the purpose of buying sale items.... Spend 2hrs one direction ah no.... As we are leaving manager appears.... I ask to speak to him away from everyone else... I begin to tell him situation... Well cashiers dont have the right to say you can have a raincheck...ok Then proceeds to make excuses for his staff.... Seriously I have had Cancer twice 11major surgeries .... Then this conversation is done and walks off.... Real good customer service... NOT.....
