I need to stop looking at plants! Always a massive selection of everything you are and are not looking for. Excellent customer service people as well. Long time custom (20+years).

I go here pretty regularly. Probably rethink that after todays experience. Took my item to the register expecting to pay what the label on the shelf said: $36.99. But the girl behind the counter was asking for $44.88. I questioned that and told her that the shelf price was the lower $36.99. She studdered a bit and told me that most of the shelf prices were wrong because prices have gone up everywhere and they havent had the time to update them to current prices. I find this outrageous. I was charged more than 20% more than what is displayed. An honest business would honor the displayed price and work hard to keep and make the customers happy instead of the lame excuse of we havent had time. Especially since I see the workers walking around talking on the phone or standing around. Absolutely ridiculous! Always tried to buy local but when local are not worthy the Tractor Supply and OReilly auto is a short ride up the road. Update your shelf prices! Customers appreciate honesty.

The food here is good. It is above average for the area. There always fast in prompts with your order. And your order is always correct.

Not so good, I purchase from hardware to plants and the one time my wife bought the wrong nuts that were only $1.50 and I went back 15 minutes later to get the correct ones, I was told we dont have to take them back even know I was getting the correct ones to finish my job, so at this point I dont need to spend my hard earned money to support bad customer service, I even went as far to let this woman that had brown hair with glasses that I would put them back in the correct spot because she said they wouldnt know were to put them Back and the part number and price was clearly marked on the bag.

I love going here to get propane. I also like the variety of different things they offer a lot of different things

Well stocked for limited space. Prices higher than big box businesses, but Grainery is more convenient. Has large selection of flowers, herbs, seeds, plants and trees in the spring. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very large selection and a helpful staff make this place shine. They are always willing to help you find something and willing to order for you if desired. Flowers and garden supplies here, too. Easy access off Rte 16 (southbound side) and plenty of parking.

Mask required sign at front door is TOTALLY ILLEGAL. No law for mask requirement, in places that accommodate the public! Keep your overpriced garbage, mask wearing puppet.

We are a local family that came in to pick up some hardware. During our time there my four year son had to use the restroom and when my husband asked where the bathroom was Kim, who was working the counter told him it was broken when my husband asked where the close one was she yelled at him to take my son to the trees outside... While they were gone she continue to talk badly about customers and always cleaning up after them. Personally I think that is part of having a job. I will not be returning or recommending Ace Hardware to any one starting from today for I feel that they were rude and just did not care about the customers needs.
