Was charged $13.29 for a product clearly marked $11.99. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she said the price must have changed recently and they havent gotten around to changing the signage. Wouldnt refund the difference. Last time I shop here - its the principal of it. Lots of other auto parts stores nearby.

Surprisingly good selection. Brakes and rotors for my 10 year old car always in stock. Order online and pay in store is 10% off. Rewards program is another 5% off. Well informed staff and they bend over backwards to help. Glad theyre nearby.

Overall good customers service and reasonably priced merchandise. However, I ordered and prepaid an item that shows in stock but never found. First promised to be in store in 2 to 3 hours but never happened. Checked the next day and was again promised to have it the following day - not happening... Finally arrived 3 days later, and I had to call them to find out.

Its important to note, I know very little about cars. Particularly fixing them. However, Ive had a few small things go wrong that I didnt want to pay a mechanic for and this place was a game changer. Super friendly service! Explained things on a level I understood and in a very non-judgemental way.
