Local, small-town friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. New location (old Parts Plus building on W. 1st St) has better parking and access. Ive never had a complaint about NAPA parts. Always fit and high quality with necessary hardware.

Nice selection of quality parts at decent prices. Jim and Mike C. Do a very good job of helping customers. A lot of parts are lifetime warranty. (make sure you save the receipt) If you need to order a part they can usually get it in a few hours. They can come out and check your battery, alternator, electrical system, starter things like that and let you know what you need. Very helpful staff.

Excellent professional customer service. They were able to help me out with my car. I went to another store and was not greeted. I walked out. Drove to NAPA... greeted me as i walked in even when they were on the phone. Had my bearing on the shelf. I was able to get my car fixed and back to my job quickly. Thanks!!

Neighborhood Napa dealer with good counter service and decent pricing. I get a company discount but you can always ask for one. If they dont have what youre looking for on hand they can get it quick.

I just had a terrible experience at Malone garage and napa auto store today. The professional behavior was terrible. A place I would never return to. On Tuesday Oct 9 I had my car towed to Malone garage by AAA. I was told I would not be charged with a tow job if I choose an AAA repair shop and this was the one I they choose.On friday I left work at 3:15 pm and drove to Enterprise in Oswego and returned my rental car. Enterprise drove me to Malone garage, where I arrived at 4:30 pm. After paying my bill I asked if they could help me out with the battery. The manager said, you dont have a battery. I showed him the battery. He then restated that the location was not allowed to install things from other locations. I said you already charged me an hor of labor for something that probably took 10 or 15 minutes and now you wont help me out on a friday evening. I said I had an very tough week and I really need to get my car moving so I can go home. He was not willing to help so I said ok, install the 150 dollar Napa - Malone garage batteries. It was now about 4:35 pm. He said he could make his guys stay until after 5 pm because they needed to leave at exactly 5 pm and he wouldnt want them to not show up for work on saturday morning. I asked if he could let me borrow equipment to change the battery, but he again refused.Since I am a teacher I am able to stay calm and be reasonable even with the most unreasonable and unpleasant people. I was like, Help me out, I have had a very difficult week and I already paid you work labor that defintely didnt take a hour to perform. He started to get very hostile and angry. I said, Dont treat me like a child, I am not your kid. I also said that we are both adults. This really didnt mean anything to him. He was bascially yelling at me, I told you on wednesday that you needed battery and now you want me to stay late. He continued, I can work you into the schedule on saturday. I was dumbfounded, so I asked for a copy of my bill, but he refused. I then left and returned a few minutes later asking for my keys. After sitting for a few minutes I walked down to the dollar general store, but they didnt have the equipment I required to change the battery.SO I called AAA and asked for a tow truck and explained the whole situation. I will follow with a wriiten complaint because this is something that is ridiculous. At 5 pm each person working at the location left without showing any concern for my situation. This is defintely the worst case of compassion, empathy, customer service, and professional behavior I have ever seen. I work as a teacher in Syracuse school district and If acted in the manner directed at me toward any person working at my school or another school district personnel I would definitely be disciplined and likely my job would be in jeopardy.After waiting over two hours I was driven to Advance Auto Parts, purchased a battery for about 100 dollars and they installed the battery in my car in between 5 and 10 minutes. I have alrady told this story to about a 5 or 6 people and each person has said that this is the worst case of professionalism, customer service, and basically lack of humanity toward other people. They also said they would refrain from using the services of Malone - Napa in the future. I consider this behavior on level with dumping water on a homeless person by previous Dunkin Donut personnel in Syracuse.The situation is now fixed, but I would never return for any reason. I paid $98.62 basically for a oil change. Since they would not provide an bill, I am not sure what was charged for labor, but I feel that amount should be refunded. I would be ashamed to be a part of this business. As an educator I am sad for our society in general and adults how are suppose to be good role models for the next generation of citizens!
