They had some challenges because my car was a Audi instead of a Ford but they stuck in there and made sure they had the right knowledge to fix my car issues and due to poor mechanics in the past they ran into some kinks but they went above and beyond to make sure all was well thank you to all the team at quick lane you guys are great and will keep coming back

Everyone at Bob Allen Ottawa were very kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. I found a car I really liked, but had to hold it there until later. They allowed me to keep the car on hold until I was ready to buy. The buying process was fast and easy! I would most definitely buy another car from here!

Not real happy with sales part as i use to be but their service center is awesome for the price to do an oil change they fill the washer fluid, rotate tires... nice people!!!!

Last time I come here. People are nice but hit n miss on service. I had an oil change go bad when they didnt put the dipstick back in all the way... Big mess. Just had a balance and rotate done, took hrs from the time they pulled the truck in. Tech said he got pulled to work on a new car the dealership sold. Sorry guys, you will not get my business any more.

Quick Lane is always quick with oil changes and checkups with a great price. They also offer specials and coupons.

Moved here last year and started getting oil change done at this place. Both times they didnt put enough oil in. Both times I had to add oil. Thought truck was burning oil but husbands been changing oil since and oil levels stay normal. Wont go back ever again.
