Terry the store manager is a friendly guy. He knows his products inside and out. I think hes been with this company nearly 20 years. Sherwin-Williams should be so lucky to have him.

Pricing model is a joke. Went in for simple wall paint (promar 200) and got the standard run around on price. Was buying for personal use, but gave them my contractor account name for pricing, and after I had swiped my card and recieved my recipt I realized i was charged over double what this paint usually costs. And all this after the sales associate did the standard hummmm.... o I will just discount this for you song and dance. Frustrating.

Sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our shopping experience at the Ottawa store. Definitely the place for all our paint.

I had a bad experience with the assistant manager who seems to lack experience in his are of work.Fortunately another employee who happened to be there was A LOT more helpful than the assistant.

We just stopped by to purchase 5 gal of white paint and we were not honored the 40% off nor did they accept the $10 off $50 coupon. The rep said that the discounts were only for account holders. Nowhere on the terms of the sale or the coupon does it say that requirement.
