Our process started on Monday. We wanted to get new phones but everything was out of stock or not what we wanted. Joey from the very beginning was kind, polite, and knowledgeable. She worked hard to find the phones we wanted and even stayed well past close to get us setup when our phones finally arrived. She really saved us. Thank you Joey. ❤

I visited them last January for activation of a new cellphone and they charged me. Then in May I had problems receiving messages, couldnt reset my VZ account and VZ decided to scratch the account. I talked to many helpers over the phone but none worked out. Then I went some 3 times to the local AZ store and ran into different technicians, the first one was busy dealing with other customers and ignored me for one hour or so, I left frustrated. Las time I showed up at 9:50am and was #1 customer. This guy was able to determine the problem was incomplete activation; After talking with VZ people over the phone and giving them some cellphone #s, I left the Victra store. It took one hour, and I had the impression this guy was really good and had identified the problem. That day at midnight I got a bunch of messages from VZ that were on hold. Problem solved! I reset my VZ account. Thanks

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE OR ANYTHING THROUGH REBECCA THE MANAGER. FIRST ISSUE, WE ORDERED APPLE WATCHES AND AFTER A WEEK OF CALLING ASKING WHERE THEY WERE AT BECAUSE THEY WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE A COUPLE DAYS, WE FOUND OUT THROUGH ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELED AND HAD TO REORDER THEM. THEN WHEN THEY ACTUALLY CAME IN, THE ONLY WAY WE FOUND OUT WAS WHEN WE CAME IN PERSON AND AN EMPLOYEE TOLD US THEY’VE BEEN THERE FOR DAYS AND NOBODY FROM THE STORE CALLED US. WHEN WE CAME IN, WE GOT THEM FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE, EVEN THOUGH REBECCA SAID SHE’D HAVE THEM SET UP FOR US SINCE WE WORK SECOND SHIFT AND ITS HARD TO GET TO THE STORE WITH COVID REQUIRING APPOINTMENTS TO GET IN. IM PAYING FOR MY APPLE WATCH TO HAVE IT’S OWN SERVICE, WHEN IT DOESN’T, WHICH SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SET UP. AND THE FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT REASON TO NOT EVER GET ANYTHING FROM REBECCA IS BECAUSE SHE IS THE REASON WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR $250 GIFT CARDS FROM SWITCHING LINES AND KEEPING THE SAME NUMBER. SHE BLATANTLY LIED TO US TELLING US THAT AFTER 45 DAYS OF BEING A CUSTOMER, WE’D GET THE GIFT CARDS IN THE MAIL, ONLY TO FIND OUT TODAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO ENTER OUR NUMBERS ON SOME WEBSITE AND YOU CANT DO IT AFTER 30 DAYS YOU START YOUR LINE. I’M SURE WE ARE NOT THE FIRST PEOPLE SHE’S DONE THIS TO AND I DOUBT WE WILL BE THE LAST. SHE IS THE REASON WE DON’T GET $500 IN GIFT CARDS. SHE HAS REPEATEDLY PROMISED THINGS AND NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THEM AND WILL PURPOSELY LIE TO YOU. REBECCA, IF YOU SEE THIS, YOU ARE THE WORST MANAGER AND ITS REALLY MESSED UP TO BE EFFING PEOPLE OVER ON THEIR PHONES AND PLANS. I REPEAT DO NOT BE GIVING THIS WOMAN YOUR COMMISSION MONEY BY BUYING PHONES OFF OF HER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF HER CUSTOMERS AND WILL PURPOSELY TELL YOU LIES TO MISS YOUR DEALS. Verizon and Victra are a joke. After being talked into taking a business account to them, from month 1 I was over billed by $200-$400 a month. Every month I spent hours in the store to get my bill closer to what I agreed. Never making it to the agreed number usually still $100 + over. Finally had enough and closed the account. Paid big money to pay off devices and end contract. Then I get a bill a month later saying 4 of the 10 lines are still active and I have to pay for a month of service plus more fees to end another account. I never agreed to a new account or contract. They of course can’t prove anything said because we the customer is not allowed to hear supposed recordings from the previous phone call, and if you wish to record the call so you have a record of what is said they will hang up on you. God forbid they be held accountable for the things they say.

This is not a thumbs up to Verizon, just to Heather at this location. The pst few months have been an absolute nightmare trying to straighten out everything that was messed up on our accounts. Heather personally took on following thru with everything. When I went back to her today she pulled out her stack of paperwork she had been working on, and had more information about my accounts than I did. She was extremely kind, and very determined to find the solution. She refused to except “no” or “we can’t do that” as an answer from Verizon and really fought for what we needed. She is probably the best customer support staff I have ever worked with in any industry, and she actually knows what it means to help and aid customers. Thank you Heather!!

I wouldn’t normally say that I associate good customer service with a large corporate company, Rebecca proves that people still go above and beyond. She personally helped us establish a farm account and figure out the lines we needed the devices that best suited the farm from phones to tablets and was extremely knowledgeable on which plans would benefit our region the best. Since we were taking up so much of her time I asked her to assist another walk in and she solved their problem efficiently and with a smile as well. To say I was stunned to see this level of personal care and service in a cell phone store in Ottumwa, Iowa would be an understatement. I went in expecting bored college kids that knew how to play games on the phones and got an intelligent adult that exceeded my expectations and had me leaving with more than I expected. I’m impressed and pleased. When I need another device I would check if Rebecca was available before making the drive to the apple store!

Went in to get a case for a new iPhone. The lady was on the phone the whole time. They also did not have a case. Wasn’t even sure who worked there because no one had a name tag or uniform. Hate writing these kind of reviews but hopefully it will help improve things.

When I purchased my phone I was completely up front about my needs, from the device itself and more so about what was needed and expected in terms of internet/hotspot usage. I went into great detail and had a very detailed conversation with the salesperson at the shop. Long story short, the rep (Jordan) completely and utterly misled me if not outright lied to me about the plan and the usage I was signing up for. My expectations about the service I would get were completely out of line w the service I was actually getting and actual Verizon personnel explained this to me and explained how the rep at the store fabricated the selling points . I also returned to the store on another occasion with questions and no one in there seems like they even really care about addressing your concerns nor even really knowing what theyre talking about. It will be more than worth it to me to go out of town to an actual Verizon Outlet the next time I need something.

Young lady was on the phone and didnt seem interested in helping me. When I asked questions she had an attitude and I was interrupting her games. I reccomend not going to any of the non corporate stores that are local. Seems to be the same story at each store. I reccomend the Corporate Verizon store in Des Moines. Always a good experience. Went the next day to the Verizon Store on SE14th (4932 SE 14th) in Des Moines, was in and out in less than 20min with 2 brand new smartphones and a less expensive plan.
I went in today to get a new phone. They didnt tell me the total untill they had my number removed from my previous phone. I didnt like the price, walked away. Now I had to dish out $60 to turn my phone back on. Prepaid phone mind you. NOT HAPPY THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A PRICE BEFORE SWITCHING OUT MY NUMBER!!!!Update. Called to talk to manager about it. She hung up on husband saying shed call back. No call back.

This business is not Verizon Wireless Victra it is still Verizon Wireless ZWireless & they should not even be a third party affiliate they should get there butts out of town and dont come back because they dont know anything about the phone they sell they dont do contracts they dont do prepaid they dont do nothing except sell the phone and thats it and explain how to use it anything else they dont know their head from a hole in the ground so to speak.If you want more information please get ahold of me directly and I will go back over to what I was really wanting to say about them.

The female Verizon representative was rude and disrespectful. She interrupted us when we were trying to explain our issue. She did not help us solve the problem and suggested that we go to a different store.
The manager was so rude and unwilling to help us through our transition to Verizon we did it ourselves over the phone. From now on we will conduct all our business at the store in Oskaloosa.
