Since when does DQ not offer butterscotch flavor? Such a butterscotch malt or a sundae. This was at the Ottumwa, IA DQ on 06/26. Very rude ees! They lost our business and we went to another business that does offer what we where we wanting.

The worst chocolate skake I ever had. Didnt have any flavor. It was like drinking skim milk. Could of went to the store and bought a gallon of milk. Thats how thin it was and no flavor. Dairy Queen used to be the best. What happened

The Ottumwa location does not have chicken strips and that makes me sad also what ever happened to serving your blizzard upside down. Lol. You can get ice cream so I guess it is what its supposed to be. Lol

Definitely not a normal dairy Queen. Blizzards are half melted, they cant even hand them to you upside down. Theyre also closed for the winter months.

I bought my grandmother a Mothers Day Dairy Queen gift card for $15. I purchased this card at Target in Ottumwa Iowa just right down the street from this Dairy Queen. Grandma and I then went into town which is about a 25 miles drive to this Dairy Queen and she wanted to get a cone. She handed me her card and I walked up to the window. I noticed a sign that was really small in size stating cash only. I then proceeded to ask if they even took this kind of gift card the cashier said no. Very dissapointed. The cashier told me Pella Iowa Dairy Queen would be the closest one, umm not really because that means a 45 mile drive from grandmas house to the Dq just for a darn cone. Pretty sad that all the Dairy Queens dont acknowledge this gift card. Why even sell these type of cards in the same town as a Dairy Queen that dont accept them.

Not affilliated with other DQs, so doesnt sell nationally advertised items. So, no Orange Julius. (Is locally owned, which is why they dont do the gift cards.) We got shakes instead and all 4 were extremely runny. Staff does handle money and then food without washing hands or wearing gloves. Will wait to eat at DQ in Kirksville, Mo.

Very small and ice cream is bad!!😞 very dirty inside. There fan food is bad. Recamend not eating there.

Terrible experience. The owner lady was very rude and disrespectful to me and I will never go back.
