Really excellent communication, very easy. The shop has excellent customer service and manners. We submitted photos and information through the State Farm app and they were able to get all the info.We were given a choice of four nearby shops, chose this one based on reviews. They called us within 10 minutes of clicking the selection and scheduled us right away.Worked seamlessly with State Farm, probably the best thing that can come out of the accident is great service. Car came out sparkling clean and looking brand new. We only had to pay our deductible. Thanks!

A car accident is never a pleasant experience, but B Street was the silver lining! I was given a list of service providers by the other partys insurance company, B Street was on that list and was also recommended by my dealership. Every step of the process was timely and well communicated. Every staff member was polite and thoroughly explained repairs and schedule. Being a woman, I am used to condescending, rude interactions in the automotive realm, but every encounter with B Street was handled with the utmost respect. BStreet did a fantastic job. My Q7 had a fender bender from a hit and run and after the work by BStreet, you would never have been able to tell. They kept me updated throughout the process and walked me through everything that was done when I came to pick the car up.

Progressive sent me here after a hit and run that happened to my parked car overnight. After my car was hit there wasn’t much visible damage aside from a crack in my front bumper but I started hearing a rumbling from the front tires when I drive. I explained this to the mechanics when I set up my appointment and dropped off my car. They had my car for a whole week and only changed the front bumper (which would’ve cost a whopping $2500 of not for insurance). When I brought it back and told them I was still having problems they insisted that my problem wasn’t related to the hit and run despite the fact that it is in the front of the car (where it was hit).

Did a great job of fixing my car ahead of schedule, keeping me in the loop, and working with the insurance company for me.

B Street was referred to me by Progressive but I selected them based on their reviews and Lashleys (sorry if I misspelled that there) professional demeanor the first time I called. They got my Jeep in quick and had zero issue with me changing my date on them twice. Their level of communication throughout the process was superb. I never waited more than 20 minutes for a callback, they notified me at every step of the process, answered questions, and even made some good suggestions through the process.When I got my Jeep back it looked brand new. A lady lost control of her car and hit my Jeep causing issues all down the passenger side. Youd never know it though! They also warranty their work which is fantastic.If youre looking for a collision center just go here, youll appreciate it!

Pretty poor communication before, during, and after, to the point it caused delays on my repair. They ended up causing additional damage to my car while being fixed. They’re going to fix it, but it delayed my my repair and they never apologized.

I was rear ended and they made the whole process seamless. They kept me informed of the progress and went over my vehicle with me at the end. Connor was professional and thorough in his explanations. They even used new parts instead of used. There work is guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!!

2017 Honda Accord. Had to get all of the front trim and a light replaced. Also had to get hood and door paint and panel gaps fixed. Very reassuring atmosphere and they knew what they were doing. Took two weeks.

Came here with my wrecked van NC Progressive told me abt them as a choice and they were super great and helpful. They had evenly together and handled it all smoothly and quickly.

So I took my truck in for a insurance claim, I get my truck back and repairs look great except they said my spare tire winch cable broke during washing it because it was rusted, I didn’t find this out until I picked up my truck. Was not happy that I found out this way.

As a first-time customer with this body shop and I was wholly impressed. The staff members were quite helpful. I spoke with Conner and found him to be both knowledgeable and professional, as well as his associate Tyler. Lashley is another staff member that really made the entire process quite smooth. She provided excellent customer service, taking charge of the process from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family.

B Street Collision is very professional and had my car ready before their promised date. The only thing I would recommend if you are planning on taking your vehicle here is to take pictures of your vehicle inside and out before dropping it off. There was damage to the door panel that wasnt there when I dropped it off. They fixed it but I was told they were going to look at pictures that were taken after I left. I was nervous and wished I had taken my own pictures before leaving.

I didnt actually get my car repaired here as it was totaled. That doesnt change the fact that the service here was first class. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

I got an estimate for a dent repair in 10 minutes and a full explanation for the costs.

My car was dinged by another driver and B Street is where their insurance sent me to make the repairs. I’m so glad this was the case- the service was excellent and my car looks brand new. They also performed a detailed cleaning of my vehicle, which I was not expecting so it was a delightful surprise. Hopefully I won’t need their services in the future, but if anything happens to my car they will be the first call.
