I stopped by this morning to just get an estimate for a dent on the edge of my car door. Most places said because of the location, they would not even touch it. I spoke with Mark and he was super helpful and very kind. He acknowledged because of the location, it would be hard but was able to fix it so it blends very well. I really appreciate his honesty and his willingness to try and fix my car. I will be taking my vehicles there if I need any other dents or hail damage fixed!

Doctor Dent of OP has worked on a couple of my cars in the best with great success. Dings were completely gone. This latest experience with Doctor Dent was a little out of the ordinary. My daughter had recently purchased a brass Urn lamp with a decent size dimple to the brass. We werent certain something like this could be repaired. When I first walked in I was told a story about them fixing a super bowl trophy and they walked to the back with my lamp. Not too long later, the lamp was in my hands looking just like new. Love these guys....best place ever!

Our kids dented my husband’s (Coach for the Chiefs) Lombardi trophy. I took it to a car dent shop, a jeweler, a trophy shop and a metal worker. They told me it was a lost cause. I decided to try one more place - Dr. Dent. After carefully working on it for over an hour, Dr. Dent did what every other “professional” said was impossible and completely removed the dent. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with your dent repairs. The time and care they put into this was remarkable. I honestly can’t say enough about Dr. Dent. They have our business for life!

These fellows were miraculous. I had taken the car to the dealership for a crimp in my passenger-side door that made it impossible to open it. The dealership was going to pull the right fender and get into a very expensive process. Instead I took the car to Dr. Dent and they straightened the edge with a small wooden wedge in less than a minute and my door was fine. On top of that, they didnt charge me for anything. How can service get any better than this?

I have been doing business with Justin for 15 years both personally and professionally. They do great work, and always do what they say they will do. Never over promised and under delivered, just great work at great prices every time! Now they even do body work, and I have had several units worked on, and was pleased every time. You wont be disappointed with these guys.

Great experience! Went in for a quote and ended up setting the appointment up. Very professional, organized and worth every penny. I had a dent close to the edge of my door, in a tough spot. I knew it would be complicated and I didn’t think it was possible to fix. They used tools to go through a plug on the inside of my door and popped it right out. They told me it should be about 90% fixed because of the location but, I would say they got it 100%. I was very pleased and they were affordable. My photos didn’t come out due to glares and pictures didn’t do it justice. Will use again if needed.

Daniel and Team were exceptional! Nobody likes to get dings fixed, however, these guys somehow made this an enjoyable experience! Nice facility, great craftsmanship, courteous customer service and attention to detail. They treat the vehicle as if it were their own. I hope I dont have to go back but when someone dings my truck again, I know where I am going!

Took our car there to have a dent on the drivers side door fixed and after the work was done and we payed out of our pocket and were told we would be reimbursed by our insurance company, we find out these clowns never put in the claim.Therefore were out for almost $150 and their behavior is Oh well thats not our problem no let us try to fix OUR mistake but who cares we got paid. I will never do business with this bs company again cause they are not a trustworthy company. Im surprised theyre still standing with the way they do business.

I drove from Lawrence to fix a dent on my bumper. They fixed the dent and got me out in 40 minutes! I was really surprised and they did the job so good that I could not tell that there was ever a dent on that spot. The price is really affordable too. The staff is friendly and service is great. These guys are clearly the experts and I definitely recommend them if anyone wants to fix their dents, dings or other type of body work.

I took my 1980 Porsche 924 in to have two dents removed from the car and it looks fantastic. The car was painted about 20 years ago and you cant tell that they repainted the rear end! There were many places in Kansas City who wouldnt take my car and Dr Dent did and they were able to fully blend and match the paint with perfection. I am beyond happy with the work they did and will take my other cars to them in the future. Stand up people and very honest, even called me the next morning to make sure I was happy with everything.

Lincoln MKC had some door dings and a couple of pretty bad creases in the from fender and right rear door, from rubbing against garbage cans in the garage. They werent sure the creases could be fixed without compromising the paint but they did a great job on all the fixes and it was only out of use for a couple of day, Great people and very honest,

Our new car (7 months old) was recently bumped which caused some damage. Took it to Dr. Dent. They said that even with a new bumper cover and everything, it was over 1/2 less than the dealers estimate. I picked up the car this week. The car again looks totally new, even with a microscope. Dr. Dent did an EXCELLENT job, especially with having Ed Shartzer (Damage Estimator) personally handling everything. I highly recommend Dr. Dent!

I could not believe they were able to get out a crease, not just a little ding, but a 4 inch crease and least a half inch deep, in my fender. I had a $1000 estimate from a body shop that would have entailed a new fender, repainting, and blending into the hood and door over 3 days. These guys were able to take out the crease, fix a couple other dings, and get me out the door in 45 minutes for a fraction of the estimate. Super facility, nice people, and they deserve a 5 star rating.

These guys are rip off artists. I had hail damage and they quoted me $250 for the repair. After they started the repair, the called me back and told me they miss quoted me and said it was going to be an additional $150 for the repair and would not honor their original quote. I would not recommend this company and management team to anyone.

Amazing place to bring in your vehicle(s). I have been going to Dr+Dent for almost 5 years anytime I found dings, dents, or scratches on my cars. Jeff is a great guy to work with; hes friendly and very knowledgeable about vehicles paint and finish. He has done amazing works on my Jaguar XFR and Lexus RCF. Beside doing amazing works, he also respect your car and treat it carefully...thats something to be said about his work ethic. I love his work, and hope that he wont retire :)

Just wanted to say what a excellent job these folks did with a small dent and scratch on my Cadillac CTS Premium Coupe. had a shelf collapse in the garage with a heavy toolbox hitting the 1/4 panel. I wasnt so much worried about them getting the dent out, as I was matching the tricoat white pearl paint. Lets just say its like it never happened. The paint was blended to perfection. Not an easy task due to the location that was damaged. The entire 1/4 panel was re-cleared along with a the rear bumper that also had some minor damaged from the incident. I was lucky to get the car in prior to a business trip allowing them to have the car for the entire week. It was done on schedule. The cost was that of any body shop or a dealer might have charged for the repair, but these guys were my first choice. Thanks again for doing the amazing work on my pride and joy...ride. Cheers...

I just picked up my 2008 Acura TSX today after work and I have to say, they did a fantastic job on fixing the hail damage on my roof. Everything went smoothly and everyone I talked to there was very nice and professional. They do a great job and are fairly priced. Ill be taking my car back to have the trunk lid hail damage removed soon too. Dont get ripped off at the dealership, take it here and youll be happy with the results.

These guys do great work. After a string of bad luck, I ended up taking my new truck there twice this month. The first dent was more prominent, and was told by a different PDR shop in town that it could not be fixed with PDR. That shop was either wrong, or didnt have the same capabilities as these guys do. They popped the dent out, and had me on my way in under an hour. Would never know the dent ever happened. Week later, a coworker dinged up my wheel well. It was a much less prominent dent, only noticeable from a certain angle and certain light. They again, had me in and out in just over 30 minutes this time with zero signs of dent to be found.

I used to believe that paintless dent removal was a process involving dry ice and a heat gun. Nothing could be father from the truth. If paint-less dent removal is an art form -- Dr. Dent is a Rembrandt. I brought my vehicle to them that had been brutalized by a hail storm with some 200 dents of all sizes. It looked hopeless. Dr Dent handed me the keys yesterday and the vehicle looks as good as the day I bought it. In the future I wont hesitate to recommend Dr. Dent.

I have used numerous PDR companies over the years. Dr. Dent is by far the best I have ever used. Good prices, excellent work and pleasant to deal with.

In 40 years of dealing with shops in the automotive industry this is the most disreputable business I have ever dealt with. They damaged paint around the hood on my car while taking out hail dents. Someone was very heavy handed with a buffer and cracked paint at the fender seams on both sides. They said they never buffed the car but there is residue of wax on the car. When my wife tried to point out the damage to Ed he was rude to her and wouldnt listen probably because he thought he could intimidate a petite female. These people lied to us at every step of the way. When they received the car on July 24th we were told it would be a week . When my wife called a few days later they said there was much more hail damage and they had to have the Insurance company increase the claim allowance by almost $1000.00. Now 2 weeks later when we get the car back the paint is cracked away in 2 places and from a paint standpoint the car looks worse than when it went in. When I called to talk to the owner he allegedly wasnt in, when I took exception to Eds behavior toward my wife the owner was suddenly available. He was no help is discussing a resolution either. He said it is an issue with Toyotas paint. I called Toyota there have been no paint issues. He also suggested that I called my insurance carrier and add this damage to the claim. I called my insurance company and they agree adding damage done by Dr Dent to this claim is totally inappropriate. So do you see a recurring theme here, lying, and trying to intimidate a female ( my wife). Im considering legal action and will speak with my attorney tomorrow.

Fixed hail damage and I got a fantastic deal not using insurance.

A few months ago, I had a dent that occurred from my wheel being pushed into my fender after driving over a pothole the size of Texas. As a result, I got a good sized crease along the body line of my car. It was very noticeable and really bothered me. I called a few local paintless dent repair places at the recommendation of my friends, but they seemed disinterested as I didnt get any returned calls. It was then that I started to do my own research to find a place to fix my dent. The i-35 northbound ramp from 95th street was closed, so I had to take the road parallel to i-35 in order to get to the other side. This is where I noticed Dr. Dent. If it wasnt for the highway on-ramp closing, I would have never noticed this business. Today, I dropped in on a whim in order to get an estimate, not expecting to be serviced today as their garage and lot was full of other cars.Justin greeted me, and upon looking at my dent, was able squeeze me in today and I was out within 30 minutes. The dent now looks unnoticeable. I wish I could upload a before and after picture. Kudos to Dr. Dent and staff. Great customer service goes a long way with me and their service was top notch, and it also came at a very reasonable price. Should I ever need future PDR work (crossing fingers that I dont), this will be the only place that I will ever have my car serviced. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

My car has large scratches and part of door got hit inside some four years ago. Before selling this car, I dont want to spend too many dollars on it. After running to several stores, this one give me best quote and seems reliable. I directly talked with Justen who might be the boss and he seems to be professional. I waited four less than two hours there and they got out all the dents. My car didnt destained too much so I didnt pay further for painting. Paying $270 in cash, I am very satisfied with their fixation. My wifes car freshly hit a metal bar on side of door too, so I also bring her there. We left the car there for several days and will follow up by another review or refresh this one.

Horrible customer service they are unnecessarily rude and the service is exceedingly slow and poor quality. My car was in better condition before taking it into the dr dent shop.

Dr dent was great on hail repairs iv been inspecting cars for damages for a long long time and even I can barely notice the pdr work very good, however the body shop was to paint up my front bumper and hood for chips and scratches and blend into my fenders and it is the worst work iv gotten from a body shop. They said they had to paint the car 4 times they painted half the car when they didnt need to and it looks horrible, dirt galore, paint lines are everywhere because they wanted to be cheap and not even take off my mirrors or door handles to do the job correctly. They left my headlights unplugged, and left bolts missing from my rocker panels, come to find out they also left my mud guards off and left in the back seat luckily I received some money back and I said screw it Ill fix it myself since I know how. Id give the pdr side 10 stars and Dans paint booth a negative 10. Beware of what u pay for as far as painting goes. Ruined a 2013 car looked better with a key scratch on the hood.

Outstanding work. Had two creases, one in each door from a detail session gone wild....they fit me in on a lunch break and had me out the door within 35 minutes.

Had my car in there shop to have a fender liner put on. It got ripped off in the car wash a week later!! Also had a new brand new bumper put on at the same time and they used the wrong mounting hardware, and the paint flaked off as well.

I have hired their services many times in the past, referred them on to friends and heading their way again soon.....MY GO TO for taking care of my girls.

I hated seeing the ding someone created in the door of my brand new car so I went to Dr. Dent. In 20 minutes they gave me an estimate AND completed the work. I was amazed!

They did a good job making my back bumper look like new after I got side swiped in the parking lot - but - they left a paint smear on the drivers seat (Im guessing when someone sat in the seat without realizing they had it on their pants) and it took a couple weeks for the paint smell in the car to go away.
