Oh my goodness this place is about as professional and kind as they come. In a last ditch effort to try to find balloons sold out on amazon and wal-mart, Ive discovered that not only is this company the warehouse some 3rd party vendors order from but also that their customer service is lightyears better. Im grateful for the errors made on my amazon/wal-mart orders (nefarious 3rd party vendors) because I discovered this total gem of a place. A- called me from customer service because she suspected my address might have contained a typo (it did). Then when i called the number back i mean, the sweetest people answered the phone and connected me (no wait time!). What stranger takes the time out of their day on your behalf to work out a issue thats your fault to begin with? these people do. and its first thing in the morning too. i want them to run amazon. i want to be their neighbors. wonderful!

American Balloon Factory is my favorite place to shop for balloons. They have a large variety and they are always very friendly and helpful. Great service.

They have everything a balloon entertainer could need and more. The ladies are very knowledgeable and they have a bash on the first Tuesday of every month so you can learn from or help other entertainers. It really is a one stop shop and a twisters dream. First time I was in they let me know of new products that I fell in love with and cant go without in my kit. This place is seriously a godsend for my craft and I let them know everytime Im in! 5% discount when you spend more than $100.

The very best balloon suplier around! They are very helpful, and have a large, well-priced selection of balloons and balloon products. I have been getting my balloons here for a few years now and they are fantastic!
