Went here on multiple occasions to get groceries, etc. The staff were all very helpful with finding everything. The cashiers were also really helpful! I had an issue with my card that only allowed manual entry of the number and they were still able to help me cash my items out! The cafeteria/restaurant they have in the store is also good for grabbing a quick bite to eat or getting a full meal.

I love the store. So clean and nice everyone is friendly and helpful. Baked goods are great.

I found this Hy-Vee Grocery, Floral, Pharmacy and Gas had a lot of neat and specialty items. Great quick gift items. Caribou coffee shop located just inside the store.This location also makes fresh sushi to order and standard sushi rolls Ready-To-Go. They have fresh habachi, choose your ingredients. Social distancing - Customer does not touch, they prepare for you. Also has chinese food selection, and traditional items such as fried chicken and mash potatoes.Groceries- Beautiful produce in great quality with beautiful presentation. Meat selection is incredible and stocked with fresh Beef, steaks, Pork and fresh fish.Notable store doesnt smell fishy which is impressive, considering amount of fresh fish offered.I found the prices of groceries and pharmacy items to be $0.50 - $3.00 over priced, which is to be expected from a grocery store. Especially for specialty items that would otherwise be ordered online and wait. You pay for convenience.All in all, Id recommend this store. Very clean and organized. We worked with Cindi to caterer our wedding. We did cake. floral, and food all through Hyvee. They did an amazing job! Working with them was so easy and everything looked and tasted great! Would highly recommend them for any occasion.

HyVee has the best produce.Had breakfast in the restaurant, food was very good, server was very friendly but not really attentive, had to wait and then ask for refills several times.We also always look to see what Kc Chiefs stuff they have as they are usually less expensive than other places. I wish they had 3xl t-shirts. Found some we liked but only small sizes. There was a group of us and we would have purchased several bigger Chief shirts. Also some items didnt have tags, we had to go to the checkout before knowing the price, some items had to be taken to the service desk as there wasnt even a bar code to scan.

Im a big fan of Hy-Vee and, in particular, this store at 95th and Antioch. They are very friendly in the store is clean and well stocked. Actually, Im not sure that I could come up with anything else they need to do to improve the place. It is great!!!

The people that work there are great. The remodel from last year makes the store much more pleasant. My only beefs: variety of products noticeably lower. And you cannot get a decent phone or wifi signal anywhere in the store! Really annoying when you need to call the spouse to check on whether you need to pick up milk, etc. Also cannot use my bar code scanner on my phones Weight Watchers app to check nutritional value. Grrr! This is a big deal for me! This is my neighborhood grocery, but I find myself going to other stores more frequently for specific products and just so I can scan the nutritional information! I have shopped here for nearly 20 years, but its starting to not fit our lifestyle. Kind of makes me sad.

We cant say enough good things about our catering experience with Cindy at the 95th st. HyVee location. She never tried to sell us on anything, she was honest and upfront on all costs and services and went above and beyond to take care of us from day one until the end of our wedding night. HyVee food itself was great and easily the best value we could find, but we truly didnt expect the kind of service we received from Cindy and her team. It was one of the best choices we made regarding our wedding day. Cindy also worked with us to get a 10% discount on all our services by using HyVee for food, bakery, and some florals. Again, she didnt try to push this on us, but it truly was a great deal that essentially made our florals free and Im so glad she told us about it. She knows what shes doing and will take care of you on your big day.We also worked with Anna in floral who did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on our bouquets. (see photo) She worked with me on pricing and delivered much more than I thought I was paying for (she also included a free small bouquet that we ended up giving to our flower girl). You wont find a better value on wedding florals and they were gorgeous and easy to work with.

You’d think a store with more employees walking around than customers could keep shelves stocked and/or provide adequate customer service. Staff would rather stand around and chat amongst themselves than be attentive or productive.

The store is always nice and clean. They have good sales. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This store has a different layout than the other stores. I don’t really like the way the dairy department is laid out. It’s confusing because they have it broken down into too many individual sections. You really have to look around for everything that you need. It just takes a lot of time to shop for everything.

Of lots of grocery stores Ive been, hy vee has best customer service. They are helpful and courteous.

Produce actually looks fresh. Deli has a large selection. Meat counter looked great. All things Wal-Mart cannot or refuses to duplicate. Every time we are in KC we stop at Hyvee. We enjoy this location as it has a full bar in addition to being a great grocery store.

Aisles online has taken a severe dip in quality. Second week in a row where my order is delayed for an unknown amount of time. Last week my order was delayed by over 2+ hours. Half of my order was missing and I was unable to check until I arrived home. Dont worry though, we still got charged for the missing groceries.

Im from New York and Ive never seen a place quite like HyVee. Theres so much variety of food you can eat on premises and then its also a giant grocery store its awesome.

Probably the nicest Hy-Vee Ive ever been to. Ive been to quite a few of them as well, due to traveling for my job. Friendly employees, clean, organized and great service.

Ill be glad when Hy-Vee goes back to the all you can eat asian buffet. I dont like having to eat half a plate of noodles or rice. Too much! Id rather be able to choose more than two vegetable-rich selections.My guest thought the food was good.

Fantastic store! I use this Hy-Vee market for pharmaceutical, food, toiletry supplies. It even has beauty supplies. There is also a gas station right beside the building. (Not sure if its associated with this Hy-Vee or not) That being said I practically use this store for everything I need. Staff is very friendly. They also deliver and have a wonderful floral selection. Very clean place. Highly recommend!

Hyvee on 95th has amazing service at the Mia pizza department. Ms.Stormy Keller does an amazing job on homemade pizzas and theyre amazing to boot.

6/7/21 @ 135th St OP location: Horrible customer service experience on all fronts today. After notifying the manger on duty, his only action was directing us to the comment box, to write down our grievances. He stated that the actual store manager/director likes to read them, which I highly doubt it, as reflected in the attitudes of the employees we encountered there. Up until now, we loved shopping @ Hy-Vee, but will be moving on to a grocery store that still knows what good service is.

Almost always has what you want and will do what they can if they dont. Employees are always helpful.

I love this Hy-Vee because they carry my Bio Coffee and on Wednesday there is 10% off of the entire Health Market section! 👌🏽

Great store. Clean and always friendly. Needs to stay vigilant at the checkout stations with cashiers and baggers and not start to lean on the self checkout stations that offer very little space to run a grocery cart full of food through without running out of room to set your groceries. But I always find what I want at Hyvee and recommend this location for all your grocery needs.

Stopped in for breakfast, food was great but the hospitality was not.

I really like this Hyvee. Its big, theres lots of parking and the dining area is great! Its not the fanciest looking Hyvee Ive ever been in, but it has lots of products choose from. Bonus points for having a Caribou Coffee in the store. That is one of my favorite things about Hyvee stores, and I always hope to find them.

The people that work at my local Hy-Vee are the absolute best. Many of them know me by my first name. Provide incredible service as well as being extremely helpful. Including everything from the butchers shop or trying to locate items on the floor. 10 out of 10

As the spouse of a diabetic, I have to say their sugar-free is practically non existent. While other chains offer sugar free pies, brownie mixes and other offerings for the diabetic, this store has a single rack with nothing but prepackaged cookies. Disappointing given the size of the storediabetic

Besides groceries, I also needed a peace lily and their flower shop had them. Yay.Clean store, friendly staff.

One of the most ironic things is that this is the only store that don’t have any coins. Either that or the staff in this store have a bad attitude.

Always a great selection of food, both the staples and seasonal items. They have a wonderful organic area with my favorite teas, and oat milk.

This HyVee is the only store that had a hickory smoked shank portion ham! Went to four other stores and all they had were hardwood smoked. Hickory smoked is the best in my opinion. Thank you HyVee on 95th and Antioch in Overland Park KS, for making my day!

I love Hy-Vee! Its clean and well stocked. They have a sushi chef and that is really nice. Deli and meat counter is plentiful with alot of unique items. The bakery is amazing and you can find nicely decorated desserts that coordinate with the holidays. The ready to eat meals they have are really tasty also.

Always clean, brightly lit, great staff! Ive been a professional cook for 12+ years, but when Im not in the mood to cook, HyVee has great grab-and-go or premade meals and none of them have disappointed! I know this sounds like a commercial or a shill, but its for real. Love this store.

I like going to this particular Hy-Vee because its very bright and roomy. The associates are always very helpful. They treat you like family. I also like certain food items that you can get hot and cooked to go.

Awful experience every time with the pick up orders. At least an hour long wait, always have excuses for why your order isnt ready, even though you get a text message saying its ready. I would find another store to shop at.

The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they are typically well stocked. I used to love this store and actually enjoyed grocery shopping. Enter self checkout.The self checkout has made getting out of the store nothing but a headache. There are only 4 registers now, which means if you have a lot of items, or items that cant go through the self checkout, you have very limited options and wait for an extended period of time. The self checkout machines themselves are horrendous. You cant skip the bagging area, and it is extremely sensitive, so you are constantly having to call over store staff to override mechanical issues.Now my choices are a small Price Chopper or dealing with a cluster to checkout at what used to be my favorite store. The Price Chopper is mid-remodel, so I think Ill start going there once its done.

This is one of my favorite hy-vees. Clean store, polite employees, the produce is pretty good, not to mention the bakery and deli.. I also appreciate that they have a good keto, sugar free and gluten free area. I drive an hour out of my way to shop here.

They need to up their produce game. Hard to find what youre looking for and too often get fruit like grapes or strawberries that have moldy or soft.

Good folks to shop with. They are really helpful even in masks. They have a special SterilCart, cart washing machine to cut down on spread of germs. Give them the business for being a leader in Sanitizing carts.
