Was traveling thru the area called to see if they had a certain wine. The sales associate triple checked and found it. He was also kind and answered all my questions. Even called the manager because I wanted some wine glasses to see if they could sell the ones on display. The store was also very clean as well as the restrooms. Highly recommended. He even bagged the bottles then suggested a box since I was traveling and carried it to my car!!! Wow just WOW! He should be promoted to management for sure. Super impressed with his Customer Service 5 hearts for caring♡♡♡♡♡

Went in to get a bottle of wine and the employee who was working greeted me, asked me if I needed help and told me what they are all about (wines and great selection of rotating craft beers) I think the rewards program is pretty cool. Since I live two blocks away I will definitely be back. Nice to feel like a local.

Im so excited to have this gem in my neighborhood! I stop by fairly regularly and every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even hold the door for me when I leave, which is hard to come by! Ive found some great wines here that I havent seen anywhere else, and love that they offer tastings!

This is a cool place to find new favorites. The employees greet you when you walk in and always offer assistance & advice if you ask for it.I like the selection and ranges of price and I can get in and out quickly.They have beer and liquor also.

Amazing staff and great selection. I came in while they were doing a tasting on a Friday afternoon and there were three people doing tastings and 8 different wines to taste. They have an impressive selection of wines for the store size. The whiskey shelf was top notch with some brands and names I havent heard of or seen before!This is my go to location in OP now!

Great first impression from this new liquor store! We stopped in on our way walking through downtown OP, right as they were doing a beer tasting, and both employees were knowledgeable and talkative about the two beers they sampled. Upon looking at their beer selection, I noticed that their prices were lower than competitors for some of the same products. My fiancé and I definitely plan to return!

Best prices I’ve found around town. Paired with a great wine selection, their selection of charcuterie help round out an impromptu visit with friends!Staff super friendly and helpful! Wine tastings also a plus!

I didn’t know you could really have a good customer experience at a liquor store, but the service at bottle shop was great. The folks there were super friendly and pointed out that I can select several different beers and when the one I wanted wasn’t in the variety fridge they offered to open the one I wanted so I could put it in my pick 6.
