For free ear piercing, this place was pretty darn expensive. Most of the starter earrings are over $50. That part was okay, but I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and asked the woman working if she could pierce both ears at the same time. She said she was going to do one at a time even though there were two sales associates working. My kid is only six so she was excited, but really scared. She decided it was okay for the woman to pierce her ears separately, but when I read the little pamphlet they give you at the end, it said they highly recommend piercing both ears at the same time if it’s a child so it’s a better experience for them. Kind of bummed they didn’t seem to care about that part.

Honestly If there would have been a way to write a review without giving any stars that is what I would have done. The entire expiernce was terrible and I wont be going back to that one again. I will say the earrings that I purchased for my daughter was good quality and they are really pretty in her ears. What I am the most concerned about is the quality of customer service that we got while being there. If this is how they treat all of their customers then I feel sorry for them, and really think that piercing pagoda should look at the people they have running their stores. For starters we went and was looking around and stood around for quite some time and not one person talked to us to see if we needed help. then when I finally opened my mouth to ask for help I got snapped at because the lady was eatting noodles. when I asked to speak to the manager to discuss my expirence I got a snotty look and disrespectful attitude as she said well I am the manager. I was not being rude at all and all we wanted was for a little help Im all for somone eating becuase they are hungary but it was just rude. then after she finally came over to help us, we asked to look as a few different styles and she really didnt know any product knowledge. I kept telling her that we could not have anything with nickle in it and she said that there was no nickle in the jewlery at all and it was 100 percent silver. she didnt seem interested in helping us at all and everytime we would try to get help we felt that we was being ignored and disrespected. never have I ever been disrespected like that at any other store in this mall. when I was checking out I asked nicely if they offered a military discount and was told that you dont offer it. so that would be something I would suggest your company to offer in the future. I dont think i will ever go back to piercing pagoda as long as that lady works there. But I truly hope that she does not treat all customers like that.

I got my first ever piercing here and I had such a good experience! I was really scared and the person who pierced my ear, Dylan did an amazing job! He made jokes with me and made sure I liked it before piercing my ears! If I ever get another piercing I’ll go here but I am so happy and it looks great!

The staff are amazing. They are always so helpful when I buy my jewelry. They always go up and above to help and I saw them pierce a little girls ears. She was so scared and nervous, but they were calm and patient and made it a fun experience for her.

I went with my 5 year old niece to get her ears pierced. The lady that helped us was super nice and super friendly. However her boss came in talking about a conference call in her car and interrupted the majority of our experience. The lady was trying to continue to help us but kept having to answer or chat with the other lady. Was a bit if a bummer added to our experience and made it longer, which caused a hassle. But my niece has her ears pierced and she was happy ☺

Pagoda is my favorite place to buy jewelry, I love their system which allows you to make payments on your choice. Employees seem happy, management is great, they have a cool Asian guy there too

Got my 3 month old daughter pierced👂🏽 and Tori (downstairs pagoda) did a great job! My daughter only winced and cried for about 30 seconds only.... Quick and almost painless.... Prices are fair too! Would highly recommend pagoda! 🤗

I purchased a nose ring this evening. The sales associate did not ask me if I wanted the one-year warranty for $2.99. I didnt notice this until I ran my card and saw the extra 2.99 on the credit card screen. When I asked why I was charged for that and if she could take the charge off, the associate said she couldnt take it off because I had already swiped my card. Regardless of how cheap or expensive, I should be able to make a choice about how Im spending my money. Ive always bought my nose jewelry here, and now, will never go back.

Well, the staff was amazing which is why I am going to give this a three. My experience there was terrible though. I was having a great day going to get my ears pierced, but when I walked away I was extremely sad. My ears were pierced wrong and my earring tore through my ear. NEVER going there again.
