My pumpkin spice latte was good. Oatmeal was good. Today, the service was horrible. Not very friendly employees. They ignore you while you stand there waiting for your mobile order. Waited and waited and waited and waited for my oatmeal and it never showed up. After half of my drink was gone I had to ask where the rest of my order was. They kept passing my order up making other peoples. They all saw me standing there at the counter waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and didnt even acknowledge I was there I guess I was invisible. Not a good experience today. I wont be back to this location.

Its nobodys fault that works there I believe. They are understaffed clearly. If the argument for not paying more to employees is prices will go up the just raise the price. Im not waiting there when I have such little time when I can get free, though not as good, espresso at work. Ive already replaced the morning coffee with my own espresso machine. I may have to replace Starbucks all together. Ive had this issue at every location Ive been to in the last few weeks. Everyone waiting at the mobile order line was frustrated. Raise wages....charge a little more....have better customer satisfaction.

SB is alright, but usually have better experiences at local or smaller footprint chains. Drink I ordered was initially incorrect. They asked if Id take both. Sandwich I ordered, bacon egg and cheese, had no bacon for whatever reason. Didnt say anything, cut my losses and left.

I enjoy this location EXCEPT THE LOUD MUSIC!!!! Its a newer location and acoustics are good SO MUSIC IS TOO LOUD!!! YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS because of it. Its close to my house but go to 119th location as larger room so tolerable music.

That Ted guy is a real piece of work. But everyone else on the team is usually pretty great. Thanks for the great service.

Monica & Teresa are so sweet!!!!! We came at about 9 and it was empty. They were closing in 30 minutes and we had lots of questions. They let us try lots of drinks off the menu and let us take home some of the snacks that were going out that night. They had so much energy and were so fun to have almost been closed, and their warm hearts will bring us back! ❣️

Staff is always really lovely, even when line is long it moves decently fast. Felt very safe grabbing coffee during the pandemic. The staff always has masks and minimizes contact. Would recommend getting the Starbucks app to minimize contact even more for virtual pay.

Pink drink was ok most of the time. Its mixed up right. But this time it was like done n such a hurry it was not mix right. And it was too pink . I seen it was a different team members than usual.

Unfriendly staff and the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that makes me provide my name and wait for a cup of drip coffee every time I go.

Doesnt care to listen what youre order was, makes something totally different. Then you call the store and they tell you they dont make it that way but other Starbucks do. I will never do my business here again poor customer services of not listening just talking over me.

A bit slow

Pretty frequent customer just because its 2 minutes from my house. Every morning that ive gone latelly theres been rediculously long waits. Yesterday i showed up for my mobile order 15 minutes after ordering and qas still there for another 15 minutes. Today i guess they couldnt keep up qith the crowds and locked everyone out of the building. It sucked because i had to wait another 20 minutes for the mobile order i ordered 20 minutes before. What bothered me the most is there was no sign on the door or anything. Theworkers would look at people standing there waiting for people to come in and would just ignore them.

Always an awesome place to get away and do homework.The staff is always professional and friendly.Got suggested a new favorite tonight: Nitro with cream and cinnamon flavor, excellent! Thanks to Colin

I felt safe going inside to order my drink and food. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping people distanced while waiting and picking up orders.

This Starbuck’s is relatively new and looks great. The store is in a very accessible spot and can be easily seen from the street. They have some outdoor seating and plenty of parking. I typically place mobile orders and pick-up here and have never had an issue. It is nice for the people (including myself) to have this location here on such a busy intersection. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location and will continue to do so.

Nice location and easy to find when driving by. Good service, but drink order accuracy can be hit-or-miss. Store is well laid out, with plenty of seating. Just a short drive from route 69 too.

I frequent this particular location and have never had a bad experience. My drink of choice is a cafe americano. That being said, I still like to try seasonal drinks and other menu items and have never been disappointed.

They do a good job with my drink but every time I go to use my points in the Drive-Thru they screw it up somehow.

I ordered a Tr Black Ice Tea this morning. Half way through it I discovered MOLD SPORES in the bottom of the cup!! I called the manager of the store and she said, Thats weird! We clean every day. No apology, no offer to make things right...nothing. Then I chatted with Customer Service and basically got canned answers from a script telling me someone would contact me in 3-5 business days. What a joke!

Been in here a few times over the past year, maybe once a month or so. Ive never had an order come out more than ~5 minutes after I order, they always get it right, and theyre never out of anything I order. The staff are super friendly, and back in October when we asked about a specialty seasonal drink they had and what was in it they were excellent about answering the questions.All in all perhaps a bit of an odd location, but considering it was built to be more of a drive-thru than a sit-in place Im not surprised. Still its a Starbucks, the service and food are what youd expect, and overall its a great place.

You guys are doing great! Obviously busier than usual, a LOT of call in/mobile orders. You handled an upset guest very appropriately (another guest mistakenly took her sandwich). Ill be back!

UPDATED: originally I gave them 2 Stars because of their incredibly slow service and always being out of Cold Brew. Id then only go there if I had no where to be quickly. Now I can say they run about like any other Starbucks as far as speed and being able to get the drink I like. Theyre very friendly every time Im there! The drive through its way faster than it used to be even with a long line. There still seems to be an organizational lag when the staff arent sure where theyre at in the process, but overall this is way better than it used to be.

Make sure to taste the drink even if you do mobile order. Rushing to work and forgot to check and ended up with the worst coffee drink I have ever had. No flavor on the white chocolate mocha. Also the cup looks dirty from spilled coffee??? Not sure

Staff is nice. The store inventory is rarely accurate in person or on the app. Also, they never have bags, even if youre carrying multiple food items along with beverages. Seems like every trip to this store has some disappointing factor.

Great inside store. I was expecting this place to be always busy when it was built. But now, usually when I go in, the lines are light and easy and I get my coffee pretty fast.

At the airport. Starbucks is in the center. So easy to get to. And at 6 am. Tea sounds and IS DIVINELY HELPFUL.

Starbucks has more than just coffee and latte they have a lot of desserts absolutely delicious. A very good place to talk to your friends for a little while.

New Starbucks location near 95th and Antioch with a drive through. Ive only ordered inside, and was shocked at ho much seating was available for a drive through location. The staff is still getting trained, so orders may take a bit longer, but over-all this is a very nice spot.

The last 3 times Ive been there they say theyre sold out of cold brew.They dont do enough business at that location to be sold out of anything!Do yourself a favor and just go to the Starbucks you normally go to so you wont be disappointed.

I frequent this Starbucks at least once a week, but usually more. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon though. They’ve been filling my coffee up only about 3/4 of the way. And the last 2 times I’ve gone they have given me the wrong food item. The label is correct so I don’t think to check until I’ve already driven off. The people are friendly but you definitely won’t get what you pay for. Very disappointed!

I came in about 9pm close to when they were closing. Both baristas, Taressa & Monica where very sweet and welcoming. I had many questions about their drinks and they did not hesitate to answer. They where also very generous and let my friend and I sample some drinks, and deserts! Amazing customer service!❤️❤️

Slow service

I’m at this location 4/5 days a week and at least 3 of those days, they mess my order up or don’t have what I’m asking for. Most locations try to correct what they messed up, but this location does not. Also very slow.

Five employees working, all wearing headsets, and serving the drive thru window. I stood there, inside, for five minutes before someone even took my order, & I was the only person inside there. I watched like eight cars go through the drive-through that werent even out there when I entered the store.I ordered two drinks and two food items. I was given my first drink - a London fog, and asked if I needed anything else. I said still needed one more coffee, a pastry, and my oatmeal that I ordered.I left thinking that was not the typical service I usually got any Starbucks.Then comes the worst part. I take a drink of my London fog and its totally plain in flavor-just water, milk, and the tea bags. It had no vanilla. Which actually happens a lot, no big deal if I go back in any Starbucks usually will fix it.So after I ran my errand I took the drink back and explained that it was missing the vanilla and was plain with no sweetness. Of course they were out of the Earl Grey tea bags and had to pull some out of stock. They were high up on a shelf so the girl had to go to the back and get a ladder. She stood in the doorway -from the front of the Starbucks to the back of the Starbucks- holding the ladder talking to someone in the back for a few minutes while I waited. When they finally got the teabags down, she asked another employee to make the London fog . The employee asked what was wrong with it and she said no sweetness. I watch the girl make the drink, and she put five pumps of vanilla into my Grande London Fog.Finally, I get my drink and leave. After letting my tea set for 5 to 10 minutes and steep I take a drink, and its still not tasting like a normal London fog that I get every other time. Totally syrupy and overwhelming, So I google how much vanilla goes in a Starbucks London fog and it pops up the answer of two pumps vanilla. No wonder it was gross! I just wanted my drink made correctly, not with extra, not without any, just normally how it supposed to be made. So, unfortunately I will have to return for a third time to see if I can get my drink correct. I honestly dont even want to go back there even if the drink would be free. Ill just go to the other Starbucks I have no problem making the drink right the first time

Im addicted to their egg bites, the picture is of mine covered in Sriracha sauce, surprisingly available at this location. The baristas are too busy, it looked like they could use another staff... This store is so slow. I have begun to mobile order 20 mins before I arrive now and sometime is still not ready. This past week 3 different times it took over 30 mins from when I mobile order to when the drink was ready. Today i ordered at 7:40 am and the drink wasnt ready until 8:07 am and they still messed it up. This is unacceptable and is becoming common for this particular store. I will now be heading across the street to Scooters for my morning coffee. It shouldnt take 30 mins for a Venti Cold Brew with Cold Foam and a Splash of non-fat milk. Will be taking the $4.64 a day to Scooters.

I hate this location. They always get my order wrong and never give the right information. It’s not an occasional thing either. My SO insists upon going to this location instead of College and Quivera and every time my order is wrong. Every weekend. I’m disappointed and annoyed instead of starting my day off my desired caffeine. Today, my drink was the wrong size, they continue to say the seasonal pasteries are no longer in season when they can be ordered on the app and I get them at all the other locations except when they’re out for the day, and they lost my pastry. They never try to fix anything. It’s just... frustrating. If you want to use Postmates or Doordash, don’t count on getting what you ordered from this location ever.

Go there on the weekends and the staff is the same, which means low turnover rate. Drinks are always good!

This is absolutely ridiculous...I have been stuck in this drive thru since 344 for 2 iced drinks...430 and I finally got them. Apparently they had 40 people come into the lobby and instead of closing down the drive thru they just let everybody sit.

This Starbucks has very friendly, courteous baristas who serve excellent Triple Grande Nonfat Lattes with one sweet n low in it. The baristas are great!

Good location, however their hours say open until 8:30 BUT they stop taking orders at 8:00...so that’s misleading

Starbucks fan for years, and this is the worst location Ive ever consistently gone to. Could be anywhere from 15-30 min wait in the drive thru, or as of this morning almost 40 MINUTES. Never get coffee comped or even an apology for the abysmal wait, and as an added plus my coffee is not made right half the times I come here. Thanks 95th, youve finally convinced me to buy a bag of coffee and save some, time, money, and gas.
