CVS on 95th Street in Overland Park promised PCR covid test results in 1-2 days. Test taken 9/19/2021 at 2pm. Now it is 2pm on 9/21/2021, sitting on my AIRPLANE and still NO covid test results. If I would have depended on CVS my vacation in Europe would be ruined. No trust in promises!
While dropping off my fiances prescription at this location Lindsey accepted the prescriptions acknowledging the fact that my fieance had a prescription with a lower dose and a prescription with a higher dose the prescription with the lower dose needed to be filled first as he was supposed to start off at a lower dose and slowly increase up. We also had asked this location to fill a 90 day supply of my fiances medications as we were getting ready to move out of state and knew we werent going to have insurance coverage first thing after the move. The pharmacy tech advised us that we were not able to fill out a 90-day supply as the doctor needed to write a prescription for a 90-day supply we couldnt believe this was possible as the doctor had written six refills on each prescription at the time of our last appointment because we advised the doctor of our move. So to make them happier we decided to contact the doctor and have the doctor provide 90-day prescriptions with refills. They then advised us after getting the doctor to do that but the insurance was not going to cover a 90 day supply. We then went ahead and transferred our profile over to Walmart where they were able to provide us with 90-day supplies of all of my fieances medications and magically the insurance covered it. During the whole procedure my fieance did not get the medication he needed of the lower dose to be able to start what the doctor had put him on as a new medication that he needed to slowly increase the dosage. I then contacted Walmart to have it filled and Walmart stated that they had not received that medication from CVS. Proceeded to contact CVS in regards to the medication and Lindsay informed me that I should not be in the middle of this and that Walmart could call themselves and get the medication information and that it was transferred with the profile. And that Walmart must have somehow lost it. I ultimately did not like the way that this was all handled on CVSs part as from the beginning it was a huge mess trying to get prescriptions filled with this company. Walmart has gone above and beyond to ensure that my fieance was taken care of. I would say as for this location the customer service Lacks on the pharmacy tech side. And would not recommend it to anyone.
On 9 March I tried to use my CVS card for a 40% discount. It didnt show up when I typed in my number. I asked for the manager. I got the impression that I had interrupted her in from something that was more important than customer service. First I was given a very rude lecture that I had to send the discount to my card. I checked my phone. It had been sent. I was then told in an unfriendly manner that I was trying to use the discount on a sale item. When I showed the manager that the item was not on sale I was told that they didnt give us enough signs to use on every item. I could understand that but I cant understand why I spoke to in such a gruff manner.I did purchased the item at another CVS without a problem. They couldnt be more friendly.
We seem to hit CVS regularly for prescriptions and various supplies. Usually very little wait if any. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.
I have been coming to this CVS pharmacy a minimum of 5 years (used to live down the street). Im a regular face in this building, the service has never been spectacular but it was convenient as I lived a couple blocks away. When I moved I continued to shop there frequently as all my prescriptions were on automatic refill. I made the decision to pull them yesterday, and will not be back at this store. This last customer service interaction was one of the worst Ive had. A check out assistant named Brooke scanned my items and as she rang me up I said Oops! I forgot to give you my CVS card She pushed the total button and said Well, its too late now. Shocked, I said You guys normally ask for it up front. Her response? Yeah. Then nothing! No apology, no have a nice day just a flat response, no emotion/smile. CVS lost a loyal customer over increasingly bad customer service...you can thank Brooke.
I come to this store fairly often even though there are two CVSs closd by. I completely understand not all items advertised in your flyer are available at all stores, but when I asked the young associate a particular item, she had no interest in helping me. All she said was seasonal items are on isle... period. I willl avoid this store.
Tech at window claimed to be another employee and threatened to call the cops when asking for our scheduled covid-19 test.
I come to this cvs all the time like at least 3 times a week and everyone usually pretty nice but today i came in after a super long day of work and the lovely woman who checked me out, I believe her name was Ally, was just so genuinely kind it really made my day. It’s rare to encounter someone so nice and who gives such amazing customer service. I really really appreciate ally’s positive and kind energy, makes me want to go out of my way to come to this cvs versus other ones.
This is the best CVS ever!! All the girls who work there go out of their way to help you.. They make you feel at home!! Thanks CVS!
They tell you, they have fast efficient service in the pharmacy, where?
Nice friendly staff, clean environment . Easy parking...handicap accesible
The clerk was very friendly and helpful. She could tell I was looking for something and took me right to it.
Generally the wait is short and the place is always well kept.
The CVS store at 95th & Nall is the worst store that you can possibly imagine. Virtually no customer service. If you need to find something in the store, dont even imagine that you will ever get someone to assist you. I promise that it will not happen. A 15 or 20 minute wait in line at their drive thru is common. Avoid at all costs. We are now getting all of our prescriptions filled at HyVee at 95th & Antioch. All the difference in the world. They even smile and say thank you. How very nice.
Disgruntled pharmacist came off very rude when I asked when the prescription would arrive for a refill. Never going here again
Good
