Been saying it for years: Hyvee Gas is my sacred haven. I can think of no better place to scoop up some buffalo wing pretzel crisps and dill pickle slices. Need something to wash it down with? Don’t panic, they’ve got you covered. Nothing compares to the euphoria of running up to that f’real maker in the back, aimlessly clicking the buttons on the screen, and making yourself a beautiful oreo milkshake. Now THAT’S what true freedom tastes like.

I get gas and air here often. Pumps always work good but the air pump is sometimes down. Not a big deal, but its free and the best one around! Never had any issues with service inside.

I come to this gas station everyday and I must say the employees go above and beyond to treat me with a smile everytime I walk in the door. It makes me feel special. Our favorite gas station. Easy to get to. Gas prices are good and even better with full savers. They always have good snacks. The soda fountain is yummy. And you can buy lotto here. And free air for your tires!

The helpfulness of the all the employees here is like a breath of fresh air. They all take the time to learn the regular customers names and always greet you by name when you walk in. They always ask how you are doing and notice if you dont come in for a few days. I am moving away from this location but am going to go out of my way to still frequent this place. You dont find the kind of customer service that the employees here give you very often.

The restrooms were spotless and exceptionally clean. Joe at the register was fantastic. Joe asked me what I was looking for or if I needed anything. So refreshing to get great customer service!

Marci went above and beyond to find an old receipt I forgot to collect. Even when the store was swamped, she took my info and got back to me a couple hours later. Kudos to her and thanks again.

Everything you need and service with a smile! The fresh-baked cookies by the coffee are amazing if you can catch them before they sell out.

Employee Morgan P. who was standing on the outside of counter told me the line was over there. So, I said oh ok and proceeded to go stand over behind two others to check out. The other cashier a guy...my receipt says Marci M checked me out, while I look over and I see Morgan checking out a customer after he told me the line was over there. I walked over after completing my transaction and told Morgan I didnt appreciate his customer service making me go to another line only to check out another customer after that. On my way out the door Morgan looked at his customer and rolled his eyes, like I was in the wrong.When I went back into the store to get Morgans name. Long story short Morgan said he was ready to clock out and that was his reasoning. I said I didnt care what his reasoning was, he shouldnt have treated a customer that way only to assist another and then roll his eyes when I confronted him.For an employee owned company and one that boast customer service. This young man has a lot to learn about customer service and respect.My husband loves HyVee, I am more a Quik Trip customer and this is one more reason to drive a little more out of my way for the customer service that is always expected and given every time.LDT

Rude service. Won’t be coming back. The gas pump said to go in and see the cashier, so I did and they both acted like I was insane. Ridiculous
