Its 6:10 PM. Im currently sitting in the store waiting to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready by noon today. At least they are willing to stay open late in attempt to make up for their error? Also, they didnt have the lanyard colors in that I ordered a week ago. Maybe that was the holdup? Either way, I wont be doing business here again. Ill try my chances with one of the other 4 or 5 awards stores within a 15 mile radius of here.

A few weeks ago I was in a rush for some Christmas ornaments. We had a big family event in 2 days and I was worried I wouldnt have time to get them. So I called Absolute Awards in a panic. Within minutes of talking to a young lady, my mind was at ease. I emailed them photos of my baby and all information they asked for and I was quite impressed that within that day in the busiest time of year she sent me a proof!!
