Off the charts great experience. Of course the products are fun and adorable, but the best part was the way my entire family was treated by the staff. My girls got to try several products and play around. The staff (Bree in particular) were fun, engaging, informed and playful. We bought several different types of products and will definitely be back.

I’ve never bought anything from Lush but today I was feeling splurgy. I was really excited because I’ve heard good things and I was hoping the price would reflect the quality but alas I was disappointed. Turned my tub green (frantically had to scrub so I wouldn’t get charged with damages) and didn’t even fizzle. The only good thing about it was the lemongrass scent. I wish I could honestly get my money back.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place all together! Unless you’re looking to be ignored and talked about while walking around the store, never actually helped, greated nor told to have a nice day AFTER spending an ungodly amount of money on 3oz of product….. I would simply keep walking. There are plenty of locally made products of better quality and far better value than being snubbed by jerk employees! This place is The Worst customer service, or lack thereof, I’ve ever experienced in a brick and mortar mall. Do better Lush.

OMG! This is the place to go for all of your luxurious body & skin treatments! They have a HUGE variety of vibrant colored bath/shower bombs, as well as moisturizers for your skin, hair, face & lips. Such a fun place to shop for yourself and others too! Love this place! The atmosphere is awesome too!! 🤩

Hayden and Morgan are amazing employees. I have never been treated so well by sales staff before, I was truly amazed with how knowledgeable and helpful the two of them are.Products are amazing, very happy. Im even happier with the samples I was given!Hayden and Morgan, you two made me feel so welcome in your store, and I cannot thank you enough for that.10/10

Went to lush to get a mother day gift. I opened a container of shower scrub and smelled it. An employee comes over and goes with a lot of attitude “you are not allowed to open the containers, you should of asked for a sample. Now I have to throw this away.” I understand if that’s your policy but that should be communicated at the door. She could have approached the situation a lot better than she did. You lost a sale today and sales in the future.

Love the bath bombs here! Great selection! Such a beautiful blend of natural ingredients! And the staff is so kind and willing to help! And the scents vary so much! I think there is something for everyone! Not just bath stuff but skin products too! which Ive heard good things about! Ive only ever seen it at the mall though! I recommend checking it out!

I love lush products and the brand it’s self. i think their mission is a wonderful thing. however, mine and my boyfriends experience at this location did not reflect the quality of their brand at all. it was actually quite the opposite. we both understand that every store is putting protocols in place to try their hardest to keep everyone healthy during this pandemic. however, being condescending to people who are going to spend money at your store is not the way to attract business. we lifted our masks for a second to sniff something mistakenly, out of habit. but we apologized because we did realize they had asked us not to upon entering the store. our bad. in turn, the woman speaking with us was condescending in her tone and threatened to kick us out. so we left without buying what we had came in for. upon reading recent reviews, it’s clear we aren’t the only ones who have experienced this type of treatment at this location.

If you want to experience the best customer service you could ever imagine, stop by lush and you will be amazed at how friendly and caring they are. I went in there with a friend who needed shampoo from there and so I looked at their skincare products and one of the employees (i want to say Lindsay but not 100% sure) filled my brain with knowledge about things I thought I knew already. She had worked at Sephora for over six years which is where I get my skincare products and was able to inform me about what I should cut out and what I should add, without trying super hard to sell me something. She truly cared about my skincare and I will definitely be back.

AMAZING staff helped me become acquainted with Lush and made a lifelong customer out of me. The cleaning procedures and required hand-washing made me feel very safe while also getting to try out Lush soap. The young lady that helped me was so sweet, informed, and accommodating, helping me pick out a shampoo bar and lip scrub and finding something that I saw online. She gave me some great samples as well, and because I loved everything so much, I bought the full size of the samples and spent (too much) money online at lush. Thank you to this store for a wonderful introduction and being a great example of what customer service should be!

No one greeted us when I went in. Everything smelled of patchouli. Very disappointing.

This store has some of the best safety measures I’ve seen any company use. Masks must stay above nose at all times and you have to wash your hands upon entering the shop. Thank you!

Not only is this brand an absolute favorite of mine. But their attention to every detail during this virus to keep their staff, and customers safe has made me come do business with LUSH even more. The “ICE is not welcome here” stickers on the windows of the stores, speaks volumes of those that run the company. I really can’t say enough good things about LUSH.

Employees were extremely helpful. Store was busy but we still got what we needed and we in and out quickly. Their products arent cheap but are well made, well packaged and worth the price.

I love lush. But this is one of my favorite locations. Even if you have to go to the mall. The staff is always on point. Helpful and informative. I’m kind of a wander or a hit it and quit it shopper. The times I wander around and ask a million questions, they are always ready! Always love going into lush.

My girlfriend loves Lush . She especially loves the bath bombs she gets there . Alot of the other ones she has tried irritate her skin but not the ones from lush .

Bad experience with a rude staff member at this location. I understand COVID regulations & support them 100%, but accidentally slipped up by pulling my mask down just slightly enough to smell a bar of soap. I realized my mistake and pulled my mask back up, but not before a sales associate descended upon my girlfriend and I. We apologized and I told her that I didn’t mean to & that I would not be repeating the mistake. In return, the sales associate was rude and condescending to us and threatened to put us out. Mind you, this was the first time we had made this mistake, and this was the first time a staff member had to remind us, yet she spoke to us as if we had been sniffing around the store entirely maskless. We discontinued our shopping and showed ourselves the door; we had planned to buy multiple products, but are not going to put money down on items we can’t smell, nor did we want to give business to people who talked down to us like children.

They always have stocking issues and the manager always lies about what products are available and acts like she hates her life and job. she treats new customers old customers and just about everyone like theyre beneath her its disgusting to watch. Always is and always will be rude about questions if you have any they always act like youre a nuisance and makes the atmosphere unwelcoming and dramatic as ive over heard her say rude things about previous workers. Please get new management ive never seen a place so disorganized and all over thw place

The staff at this lush is the best. Theyre always so helpful but not too pushy for sales and theyre friendly and chat with you to get to know what you need. Its like talking to a friend about what you want from Lush! So fun.A few weeks ago I ordered some bath bombs for Valentines day for in store pickup from the website, then on V-day, the day I planned on picking them up, got an email saying they had shipped. I called the store to check if they had my order and the email was just worded weird and they didnt so they put what I wanted aside for me, so I ended up buying double even though the website messed up my order method. Still happy with it!

I shop here because Im all natural and mostly package free. But also because I work in the service industry and this location has always been great with customer service and I feel like I’m being pampered even though I’m just buying products! Love everyone here and what they do, everyone is very knowledgeable about the products. Stop giving me free samples! I end up buying one of them! :)

DEAR CORPORATE - you can blame the disgusting EMILY lady that works there for your empty store. I’ve run into her TWICE and she’s a disgusting human being. Asked for corporates number and she gave me a fake number. I’ve spoken to two people who’ve had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with EMILY - you’ll want to fire her before she gets slapped for being disrespectful.

Id never had one of those before and really enjoyed it!! and I am loving my products that you showed me!. just wanted to give a shout out to some well deserved employees!

I was so anxious to spend the money that I did here. I was thinking but its just soap! i suffer from TERRIBLE dry skin. the skin on my face flakes and i have tried hundreds of products. i spent probably $15 here on the Milky Bar and the Bumble bee body scrub (cant remember the name) and let me tell you!!! i am SO IMPRESSED. i also have a condition where I have male pattern body hair and have to shave. I shaved my legs, face, and chest with the SAME disposable razor. I usually get pimples from shaving my face and chest and its a never ending cycle of bleeding and pimples and torture. normally I am bleeding everywhere like i was murdered. especially only using one disposable razor. i got out the shower and I dont even need lotion!!! P.s. i didnt even use shaving cream! I cant imagine how great the shaving cream must be. if you need an excuse to come here please let my review be that excuse. i will never buy any other bath or shower products. one bath was enough for me! 😍👏

Products are cruelty free, vegan, and come in recycled containers that can be recycled again. Excellent selection and quality of various products such as body wash, bath bombs, and exfoliating body scrub. Very friendly staff who are eager to help and excited about the products. This experience does come with a price but responsibility and quality always do.

It has a light scent of oils which is really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They will give you free samples if youre unsure about a certain product. They have really high quality options, with bonuses like zero animal testing and zero waste options. It can seem pricey at first glance, but their products last a LONG time! A very well rounded store.

Honestly the best place for luxury bath and skincare products. They have hair care too but Ive never used it; judging by the quality of their other products though Im sure its great! Employees are super nice and educated about the product, and theyre all happy to show you how products work.

There were other helpful staff as well, I just didnt catch their names. The customer service at this store absolutely won me over! They let you test products before you buy them which is fun and awesome. Only thing I didnt like was that the bombs dont have the same effect as they do in store. Still super fun and I love the bee shaped scrub soap! Its amazing.

The sales clerk had a bad attitude and DROPPED my daughter’s bath bomb into the sack which cracked the edges off and then said “Have a nice day” in a tone that conveyed she definitely wasn’t having one. We drove 3 hours to shop in the KC area and my girls were super excited about LUSH. Bummed that our experience wasn’t better. Seems like others have faired better.. maybe she was just holiday help and it was a one-off.

I love how environmentally friendly this place is. Just a heads up some of their product dont come in packaging so you can get a little paper sleeve for them but I prefer to bring in an old bandana and have them wrap it up in that. The people that work there always really friendly and really knowledgeable about all their products.

The staff was super friendly and they encouraged me to try a lot of products but the staff member that checked me out misidentified a product and over charged me. It is a cool store that has an industrial chic vibe if you can avoid going during the weekend

It took me 8 months to fall in love with my boyfriend, yet it only 3 minutes to fall in love with Paige. I made the horrible mistake of focusing more on my margarita intake than my sunscreen application at the pool yesterday. Paige set me up with everything she could that would help turn this tomato back into a human being. She explained how to apply, how often, and how all of the ingredients would help me. Very knowledgeable, wonderful human being. She gets 10/5 stars.

This was my first visit to an actual Lush store, although Ive bought items online. The entire experience was marvelous!Friendly staff helped if you needed it and knew to back away if you were too busy sniffing all the yummy scents, lol. The store did not have an overpowering smell, like my MIL was afraid of, it just smelled great.I found some new favorite bath bars & bombs and am excited to go back when they run out!

I LOVE LUSH. Seriously. The more I go there and the more samples I get, use, and love, the fewer products from any other place I am using. I have made a serious switch to LUSHs not only amazing feeling and smelling products, but also to more responsible buying. I trust the LUSH brand and I know when I buy a product, it was resourced humanely and responsibly while being environmentally conscious and without animal testing. Although I have switched over in almost all my cosmetics, even if you only go for the bath bombs or something, I hope you do so knowing that by buying here, youve made a little bit of a difference.

Bad customer service!!! They act like its the end of the world when you ask them to get you something or do something. I asked for an additional bag, because my bath bomb came in a small wrapper and she asked me why I needed another bag, I told her it was for a gift and she said I dont know why you cant give it to her like this, and I said I just want a bag, so she grabbed a bag and rolled her eyes!!
