Store is a joke! Zero Professionalism, zero customer service - Went in for Rayban exchange for smaller size, which were declared used under 2 seconds! Took long to convince they look newer than what she had on shelf.She later claimed she cant give a receipt cus Id used a coupon! Again convinced her to play by the book as this is nothing illegal, and miraculously the rules became ok to give a receipt! Irony is the Website says in bold letters Free and EASY returns !!Edit: Surprise! they preyed on my naivity and sent me back with non-polarized when the originals were polarized. Went back again for more denials and settled for a different color and no receipt (= no warranty)!

Had very Brand and the man took special time with me to make sure I got the right pair for me.
