We needed a new panel.> Mark, who works for Hannah, comes out to do it.> Mark promised to come back next day, since half of the house didn’t have power.1 week later...> Mark no call, no shows.> I call Hannah and they apologize, stuff happens. I understand.2 weeks later...> No call, no show. I call them and they had an emergency and couldn’t make it out. Understood. Rescheduled.3 weeks later...> Dave comes out, hooks up the lines and we have power to the entire house, besides dishwasher.> Dave says the panel looks bad and apologizes. Dave says he’ll come back out to rewire the panel and fix the dishwasher issue.4 weeks later...> Dave comes back and cleans up the box. Says he’ll have to come back to fix dishwasher.5 weeks later...> No call, no show. I’ve got vacation for a week and decide to reschedule when I’m back.6 weeks later...> rescheduled for the next week.7 weeks later...> No call, no show. Turns out, we weren’t on the schedule, even thought I received a phone call that day, stating they were going to be late.The issue is that the no call, no show behavior continues. I had them at 5 stars when they made a promise to resolve the issue, but it never got completed. I’ll have to go through another company to get the dishwasher fixed.
I hired Hannah the electrician to come out and complete some outdoor electrical issues I had. The ease of getting an appointment was helpful. The fast service and knowledgeable technician made the overwhelming job seem like it was nothing. They even called back to follow up on my happiness of the job. I would hire them again in a minute!!!
I recommend this company! We just moved into a new home and had them put in new lights, outlets and a chandelier. The tech (I think his name is Mack)) they sent was such a great guy. He offered some lighting suggestions that helped us get better light in our living room and he also put in our smoke detectors at the same appointment.
I’ve used Hannah the Electrician twice now. The first time they were able to fit me in quickly after another electrician stood me up. I called at 4pm and they had my light fixtures changed out by 10am the next morning. I was on a timeline and they were great.Then tonight (Friday at 4:45pm) I got a call that I had a burning wire in my attic, i called Hannah the Electrician and with in 45 minutes they were at my house and fixed the issue.Hannah the Electrician has my business for now on.
Today was the last straw.....my initial call and visit by Dave were positive. After needing a follow up joint visit between my AC company and Dave, I could not get a return call to save my life. At least a dozen messages were left with no response. I even attempted an in-person visit.....to no avail. What a disappointment regarding their customer service.
We can never thank them enough. Our power box was sparking, and we tried to get some one out here. One came and told us we were lucky our house hadnt burned. Said he would have boss come look. 3 day, still no word..we called Hannahs. They came out right away, took care of our problem, putting in new box and fuses,and even helped fix a couple other things. And we have a 5 year warranty. So we can sleep in peace tonight. Love these people. We will use no one else.Thank you guys!!❤❤❤❤❤
Im really disappointed in Hannah The Electrician. I had an appointment scheduled for an electrician to arrive between 10am and 12pm. I received a call from Debbie at 11:55am saying that the electrician was cleaning up a previous job and would be about 45 minutes late - which wasnt a problem for me. Then 1:00pm came, and then 1:30pm with no further contact. I tried calling them back to check on the status of the delay, and left a voicemail. Then once 2:30pm came I called again only to go straight to voicemail again.I feel like I was understanding of the original delay, but having no further contact was incredibly infuriating - especially having taken a day off of work for this work. I cancelled the appointment (by voicemail, since they still werent answering calls) and went with a competitor of theirs, who was able to schedule an appointment for an hour after my call to them - and actually arrived on-time.
I was so excited when i looked them up ! but then was completely upset!how mess up the scheduling was and how rude the lady was with me. i wanted to support a local business especially, this one since its a girl running it now. i felt like it was awesome, but then realize they DO NOT KNOW any customer service skill ! completely rude 100%. Im sorry that i had to write it review! i would not do this to people. but Im serious i have never ever had the worst experience in my life!
Mark repaired 3 outside outlets in December- Dandy job- charged $700. Thought that was high but they ran underground and I wasnt sure what all was involved. Took about 2 hours, incl. a trip to OP for parts.THIS TIME, however, I made an appointment for a simple repair in my barn. They stood me up Tuesday, rescheduled for Wednesday. Said they would send two people to address other issues I had as well.They were almost two hours late. Said the diagnostic would be $220 including the repair of the line. One guy worked, the other stood around. Determined the repair required a junction box (a $2 part -I have a dozen of them). Repaired the line- I held the trashcan- the other guy stood there.Walked through the house discussing future work. I was told His Dad would have to come estimate it- that would be $400Time to pay the bill. $191.10 diagnostic and $163.19 install J-box. WHAT? $354.29? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????? I said I would pay cash.That magically dropped it to $300.00. What happened to $220.00? They were there 45 minutes.I called Debbie to discuss it with her. She called me back, said that was right- she had talked to both guys. Wanted me to be happy- wanted to take care of repeat customers- offered to send me a whopping $25.00. I told her to keep it.They worked for my parents ONCE also- they said their bill was all over the place and they had to keep coming back for the same issue.
I hired Hannahs to fix some electrical issues in my kitchen and they arrived on time, completed the job, and were a very easy company to work with. Happy with their services.
Id give 0 stars if i could. super disappointed. they replaced our electrical panel back in April, and since they did that the dishwasher hasnt worked.When we run water out of the kitchen sink the water shocks us, the sink shocks us, and the dishwasher shocks us. its too bad they cant be bothered to show up for their scheduled appointments to come look at it. and from the looks of it, others have the same attendance issues from them.
I hired Hannah the Electrician to replace outdated can lights in the bedrooms of my home. They offered convenient scheduling, friendly and efficient technicians, and great follow up. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER CALLS BACK NEVER SHOWS UP, DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE CALLING THIS COMPANY....funny she has time to reply to reviews but no time time call customers back, by the way im a customers daughter and have been around when customer was trying to contact company several times. Wow!
I was VERY disappointed with Hannahs customer service. First they cancelled the appointment without notice. We rescheduled and then they never showed. They called twice to let us know they were running late, but after 3 hours they quit answering their phones. I cant tell you about their electricians, but at this point it hardly matters.
Had a whole house rewire that went very smoothly and on time. Would strongly recommend
Showed up on time, found the problem & fixed it for a very reasonable price. Will use this company again & recommend to friends.
