Bought a Tour V4 with shift rangefinder last year at Christmas. Worked well for most of the golf season then oddly the battery would completely drain if left in the range finder about every 3 rounds. I submitted a warranty claim and sent the unit in. Few weeks go by then got a brand new V5 in the mail. Not sure the issue with the V4 but could care less since they sent me a new unit. That’s what I call customer service!

Its been close to two months since I contacted Bushnell Customer Support by email, and I have yet to hear back from them. If you are not going to get back to me anyway, please dont give me to option to get in touch...

I sent my scope in for a 5 dollar repair job after I offered to buy the broken piece, power control lever, and Bushnell returned it with a message that the repair was greater than the cost of the scope. Really? Great way to lose and enthusiastic gun lover that needs lots of sights. Great job dummies! Made in china or Korea. Not USA.

Picked up a TASCO 16x32 mini-binocular and love it! Replaces a 8x21 used for many decades.Update of 2 Mar 2019: Just added another pix of a sparrow on a post (45ft away); its actually MUCH sharper than seen in this SSG S5 placed by hand up to the binoculars. Really loving this little gem!!

No warranty honered here. Best to buy a Vortex. Bushnell has been lost in the bushes.

Got my Wingman about three weeks ago. The volume on the distance finder is far to low to be of any use without cranking the music. My units battery life indicator did not work and I could never tell if it was charging. Went out on the course several times just to find out it never charged. I emailed or chatted with support just to be told that it should be there and there is no way to adjust the volume on the distance voice and to just send the unit back at MY EXPENSE. Very disappointed with this company, hope you get lucky and get one thats not defective! 😔

They never answer the phone. Called last time at2:50 central time. Recording said they were closed. Website said they were open until 7:00 pm. Terrible
