The only reason I’m not giving it one star is the girl who helped me in the photo department was very pleasant and helpful. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she had curly hair and glasses. The reason why I write this negative review is the manager I talked to. She was extremely terse, unhelpful, and honestly rude. I believe her name was Aaliyah. Not to mention, it took her over 10 minutes to come assist me because she was on her phone talking outside. Outrageous.

I love Walgreens in general. I love the fact I can go to one place and get an assortment of items. Love the pharmacy people. What I hate is, I am in the Rewards program but when I check out they NEVER ask me if I want to use my points! Tonight I checked out and had to ask if I had points to use and was told I had $5 worth I could use. I shouldnt have to ask!

Clean, and staff very nice

I shopped at Walgreens’s on Lackland in Overland this morning and a horrible smell was noticed immediately. When getting a cart, I saw the floor was filthy with much ice melt on the floor. Today is March 10 and our severe winter weather has been over for 2 1/2 weeks. When I asked the cashier for a price check she was very brusque. I then went to the photo counter and had a highly respectable and pleasant employee explain charging policy for pre ordered pictures.I have used this Walgreens location for over 30 years and have always had friendly service. The pharmacist and staff have always been nice. Walking in today was a shock, seeing and smelling how badly this store has been managed.

Love my walgreens

Called in and spoke with Bruce in the photo department. I had very specific questions in concern to passport pictures. He was extremly articulate and very helpful!!! He answered every question I had with confidence, I like that!!!! To whom it may concern, PLEASE GIVE BRUCE A SHOUT OUT, IN THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! He saved me a lot of time.

I slipped on the sidewalk out side when it was raining and had a pretty bad strawberry on my knee. I asked the manager if they had something to bandage it up and he ran to get me everything I could need. Was just impressed with the concern and speed of the staff

I bought baby formula as a precaution because my wifes milk hadnt come in and we were running out of the stuff they gave us at the hospital. I didnt really mind that I later found out it was more expensive at Walgreens than at other stores because everything is more expensive at Walgreens. However, when I didnt end up needing it an tried returning it less than a week later they told me Walgreens doesnt let people refund baby formula. I checked and nowhere in the store does it let you know this policy, if I had known that I would have decided to go to another store or wait till I really needed it. This felt like a sneaky way of getting $35 out of me when Im already having to pay a lot for a new baby.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for 19 years. They really need to fire the dark haired girl with glasses that works in the pharmacy. She should not be handing out peoples prescriptions. You can barely understand what shes saying. She tried to give me two of the same medications and then she announced really loud the other prescription that I was waiting on. Shes extremely rude and gets way too personal with her own opinions on your medications.

Always friendly and helpful.

Manager is unprofessional. Employees have terrible customer service skills. I will be taking the time to driving to a better location.

This is pretty much like any other Walgreens, a little bit overpriced. But convenient and quick shopping.

When these ppl know u? They love you. They didnt at first with me, but it took only 2 visits before i became a neighbor, a white brother. And they have gone to extremes for me, especially due to the nature of my conditions, that i was family. Yall got to understand how many ppl come here with a bad intent, a home written script, and things that could get rigeoutous folks fired unrightly. No, this is not a bad walgreens location. The location is to blame. The employees are straight. At least to me they are.

You need to wait cashier, very expensive. People dont waste your time here ! Go to shopping somewhere else !
