People are really nice, but seem to be understaffed. I live near here and a couple of times I tried to run there real quick and the employees had a sign on the door stating they were closed early.

Cashiers always friendly. They wete majorly understocked on cold meds which is what I was primarily looking for.

Wasnt the worst experience Ive had however it was definitely awkward being checked out by the cashier whole he cursed and screamed at his wife the ENTIRE time and he never once said a word to me. It was so loud I kept walking around the store hoping hed get off the phone once he saw me coming up to the checkout counter bc I didnt want to get in the middle of his argument, but he never did and There was a line of 4 of us that he was doing this in front of. Very unprofessional and Im just glad I didnt have my daughter with me. I will definitely be going to a different store the next time

False advertising if the whole shelf says it’s a dollar it should be a dollar. The guy didn’t even try to ring it up to see if it was a dollar he just said it’s not a dollar. I even showed him a picture Price change would have been nice since that’s what it was advertised as. The chick that was working was cool tho. The guy not so much

Parking lot is fill with litter of trash . Write outside the main entrance into the store.Store its self seemed clean.

Ok place good customer service not alot of selection

Its one of the best family dollars around that area sue takes care of that store and they open at 7 am I think during the week which is earlier than most dollar stores thats convenient

Family Dollar on Lackland Road is the only dollar store I go to. Very friendly and helpful employees. Clean and organized!

Staff was nice. The clerk even sang a song for me. She had a beautiful voice. Overall, great store.

Family dollar is the worst place to shop every time I go there when I get home with the stuff Ive bought I regret it I always say Ill never go back and I did again and bought some of their sports laundry detergent and when I got home it was a little above half a bottle and it was priced like I bought gains which is what I usually buy but not from there I bought dog food priced like I shopped at schnucks or dierbergs I will never go back to family Dollar again

I guess you have to call to see if they are open. During store hours I came at 9:30pm (they had 10 o’clock for closing) and the lady had the doors lock

Everyone was friendly, store was a bit of a mess but I still found what I came for.

I love my neighborhood Family Dollar! The staff is always friendly no matter what time of the day you go shopping. They have EVERYTHING I need and is a great convenience for my family and I. It reminds me of the 1980s sitcom Cheers because of its family feel and they always know my face, whether morning or evening . My products are always good and rarely do I have to return anything. Great location, good people. I go at least 3 times a week.

Great customer service and well organized

The store didnt have much of anything. This was always my favorite Family Dollar location. I dont even know how they can only have one employee working, but they did. He was working his butt off.

Spent 172.00 in cleaning products today got home missing a 6.00 bottle of spray.Went back with receipt in hand store mgr. Sue Walsh stating we took it with us.If I took it with me why am I back at the store? It was not in me bags.A shame Ms. Walsh would cost Family Dollar approximately 200 00 a month in sales over a 6.00 product.I will shop elsewhere.I am a restaurant manager and I know the importance of customer service obviously she was not properly trained.

Look buddy with dreds. This isnt your store. When you get fired, me the customer still gonna come here.In general this store already slow af. You will be fired before summer for being a stupid dummy to shoppers.Casual atmosphere is messed up by dreaded employee.
