This is my favorite location. They usually have what Im looking for. Its always so well organized and clean. The team members are usually polite and very helpful.

I walked in with my family. I was met by 2 young workers. I was asked what size we were looking for. My husband said size 10 and they said, we dont have any size 10 I asked in the whole store? I got back yup. I said I call bs but thats fine. I wasnt going to make a scene in front of my 3 kids. I just left. I came back a week later and the manager was there. I explained what happened and he pretty much told me it didnt happen because he was there. My very big brother went with me and as soon as he said that he asked him if he was calling me a liar. Then he magically remembered he was on a conference call in his office. Yet still didnt do or offer to do anything about it. I got the shoes there only because I was given gift cards to do so. I will never spend my money at this store.

This store definitely has great customer service.I was greeted by everybody, Jazmine was a nice sales person.Im very indecisive with tennis shoes, but she had patience with me.Ome.I Recommend this location if youre seeking excellent customer service. Cool staff assistance as well.

Wow they should just close down this location! Absolutely horrible horrible customer service, I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Footlocker location! The staff is unbelievably rude!!!
