My husband and I needed to purchase a mattress and box spring for our guest bedroom. We didn’t want to spend a ton of money on this purchase, but we still wanted our guest to get a good night’s sleep. Derrick was wonderfully patient and knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. We were able to find the perfect set, and I have my eye on a new mattress for myself. It was so easy and they offered to deliver everything the very next day.

Everything went smoothly. I went to mattress firm with intention on buying a good bed and Im more than satisfied. The delivery guys were fast and professional. The salesman was very nice and patient while I tested multiple $4k beds. I got the Tempur-Pedic and love it. Mattress firm offers every price range from $250 to $6k without pressure to buy out of your price range.

The showroom was clean and presentation was excellent. Xavier assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable in answering questions and very logical in detail. Customer service was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use Mattress Firm for bedding needs.

Single star in order to post this review. My review is based solely on the sales guy with dark, wavy hair, on the short portly side. No idea what his name is. I went in with a friend to specifically see their Sleepys mattress in order to determine quality. First off, I absolutely feel he predetermined our financial status based on how we looked. I highly doubt hed speak in such an unprofessional manner to everyone. He began speaking with a somewhat normal tone. At some point, he began pretty much arguing with my friend claiming my friend was wanting very different things, and contradicting himself. We were merely expressing my personal like for firm mattresses. This guy even dropped a SOL comment as if were some high school kids getting a lecture. Horrible experience and I went and purchased a temper-pedic from a different company.

Garrick was our sales person and he was very friendly, patient and accommodating. He made buying 2 new mattresses that was stressful a breeze. We got 2 years 0 interest which is awesome. Thank you!!

We went to the Oviedo,FL location with a good idea of what we were looking for and both sales associates were helping other customers when we arrived but in just a few minutes, Shayla was helping us. When I showed him a picture of what we were looking for he said they did not have that one but did have a newer and improved model! He did such as great job explaining everything I ever needed to know about getting a good night sleep and mattresses! We ended up buying several upgrades including a second high end bed for my dad. I am so excited for our new bed to arrive I don’t want to sleep another night in our old bed.We work hard for our money and I don’t mind spending it when I get good customer service, but this was excellent customer service!We ended up purchasing a King size Beautyrest Beyond mattress with an upgraded adjustable base and luxury accessories including sheets, pillows and a mattress protector, and a Twin size with all the same options.

She had us in and out, with delivery in 2 days and being that my niece had no nap and Im 8 months pregnant...I WAS SO PLEASED! She took her time, explained everything with great detail yet was so knowledgeable and efficient, the whole process took 20mins or less! The store is also very clean and colorful, I hope our mattress is as great as our experience. Will recommend to everyone I know!

From the moment we Theodore greeted us and gave us all the information on how to buy a new mattress. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the perfect mattress as well as allowing us to give it a try. The Sealy Silver Chill felt good and comfortable! Just what we needed to sleep deeper and better! It took a couple of weeks to get the mattress delivered but it was done right on time. The mattress has been a blessing and we sleep much better at night. It contours to my body and I dont feel pain after waking up in the morning. You can definetly feel the difference from cheaper mattress. As soon as I walked in I had people greet us but everyone seemed busy with customers which I understand but as soon as another couple walked in one of the employees walked to them & started helping them right away. We came to buy for sure & I felt like because how we came in dressed in comfy clothes & are a young couple.. we wasn’t taken seriously & im super upset because my husband really needed a new pillow but I will go somewhere else.

Excellent service. Of course we started at the high end matresses but after explaining what we needed we were promptly led to a moderately priced Posture-pedic that met our needs. The delivery left us with one correct punkie board and one twin sized. The correct one is on the way and we were provided an inconvenience credit. Loyalty here.
