Love this salon... The lady that does my eye brows and my nails (forgotten her name) she is very gentle and perfect at what she does... She has the table far left from the door. Been going here for at least a year now and even though Im out of state I still come to her when I visit.

Publix is a really nice store with nice employees, they also have a backery. The only thing is that some stuff costs more than it should.

This Publix has always been great except for one time a young individual felt it was appropriate to shop without wearing a shirt and apparently nobody felt it was necessary to say anything. I can only imagine why. I personally have an issue with this since i had my 8 y/o daughter with me. Other than that it is a fantastic store.

Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores.However, I stopped with this Publix I was surprised the any customers there dont wear mask. I blame Publix . Why? Make your the customers have to wear mask? WHYYour employees may get Coronavirus too..

I had the pleasure of visiting the store on the first day they opened. What a crazy day. So many staff per customer quite a bit of Overkill as with any opening, yet everybody was genuinely nice and friendly. Fast forward to this evening on my second return. We had an amazing experience Im so pleased to be able to share. The gentleman in the seafood area was able to make me a type of California roll not normally offered. In all seriousness I just needed something without avocado but all the rest of the ingredients. Much to my surprise the gentleman said no problem and made it in just a couple minutes just for me. He seemed quite happy to do that for me and just to be there in general. In the few moments it took him to make that the woman working with him was also very eager to help me and I purchased a few other items from her. When we got home and opened one of the seafood spread appetizers we realized it too seemed freshly-made just for us. The meat and vegetables we chose in those departments were also above-par. I cant wait to visit again in the next week or two and see if the staff is still as upbeat and friendly as they have been in the first few weeks of opening. Not to mention how good the product is. This is my first review and Ive never been so happy to actually do this, so here it is!

My new favorite Publix. I’ve lived in the Orlando area for about 10 years now after I moved here to go to UCF. I’ve moved around Orlando about 8 times in those 10 years and so “my Publix” has changed 5-6 times.This Publix is not the closest one to my house, but it’s on my way home from work. I stopped in today (3/5/20) to grab some things for dinner and it exemplifies what George Jenkins wanted Publix to be. The store is clean and updated. Everyone I encountered from the Deli counter, to the man stocking food, to the front end staff were all extremely friendly. I was honestly shocked that the cashier and bagger struck up a conversation with me instead of carrying on their own conversation. (Unfortunately, this has been the norm at my previous Publix stores)Even though this Publix is not the closest to my home, it’s now “my Publix” and I can’t wait to go back.

5 stars, employees very helpful and always smiling

I love Publix, but this store is an outlier. Its the only Publix I have the same issues with almost every time I go there. The employees are clearly told to talk to the customers and ask their preset 3 or so questions like Can I help you find anything and Hows your day going? or whatever. This is alright if one person does it, but when Im consistently stopped and asked by 4-5 Publix employees the same questions over and over and over again, it gets ridiculous. It happens when I enter the store, down different aisles, and they also do this at checkout. They are more focused on having a conversation than actually focusing on their job and ensuring the bagging is done well. The bagger should prioritize bagging to ensure the products maintain their integrity, which has consistently slacked at this Publix. Its over the top and creates a stressful shopping environment. On the other hand, the food and beer selection and stocking here is always great.

Only place we go to for groceries.

I love this store and employees, however I was very alarmed yesterday to see a child about 8 coughing and sneezing in the produce section. He was touching many of the fruits and vegetables that are not packaged. He picked up a few apples and asked a Publix employee to wash them. I mentioned to her that he obviously was sick and had been coughing and sneezing all over that section and she might want to wash her hands well also. She stated that the childs mother worked at the store. Thats when I noticed his mother was in fact wearing a publix shirt. I would encourage Publix management to talk more to their employees about spreading germs.

I was having a bad day and had to pick up some medicine from the pharmacy and the employee at the pharmacy was so nice to me he made my day. Thank you for being so kind.

Recently had surgery on my foot and got special attention by Kyle who was so helpful to me and my 4 year old girl. He helped us from grabbing groceries we couldn’t grab, to helping me with my 4 year old girl and unloading our groceries to the car. He did it with a smile the whole time while keeping an eye on my rambunctious 4 yr old which isn’t a part of his job, but made it very helpful to me so I’m one pleased customer and can say I love my Publix store.

Everyone who works here has been nothing but kind and helpful from the moment they opened! They once accidentally double charged me (I honestly didnt notice until a couple of days later) and as soon as I brought it to their attention, they immediately refunded the money and insisted I take my current basket home for free, no arguments. Ive had so many good experiences here and I recommend this store highly! No matter who I speak to, employees greet me warmly and I always make sure to apologize for interrupting their work--these people work HARD! I seriously cannot sing their praises enough.

I have made several large orders for bakery items for my granddaughters daycare events, Meats & Seafood for our large family events, etc.. Every time my orders are exactly what I ordered and expected or even better. I could not be more happier with this Publix and their amazing customer service.

This store is one of Publixs newer stores. The facility is clean and attractive. The employees are very helpful without being Invasive. It is well stocked with a wide range of products. The fresh food in the deli is excellent. My favorite store.

Maybe its because they are new and are trying that much harder but they have won me over. The customer service is incredible and that is saying something because Publix generally has very good customer service.

Staff is just incredible. I biked there with my friend and i got super dehydrated and my vision got really blurry so i had to sit down. They made sure i was alright and got me water. I felt like such an inconvenience to them but they were so nice. Couldnt have asked for better customer service.

No publix is the same as far product placement.

So glad they put a Publix closer to us in Chuluota. The store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. The only complaint I have is when I order a sub online for pick up I keep receiving soggy sandwiches even though I have the condiment sauce on the side in a packet. The only reason I can think of that would cause the sandwich to be so soggy is they dont use a slotted spoon when doling out the ingredients that are sitting in a water base such as olives, banana peppers etc. The bread is so soggy and dripping liquids making the sandwich messy and less tasty.

Its a Publix, so if youve ever been in a Publix you know exactly what to expect, except everything is in a slightly different place so you have to hunt for things. If you havent: Hi, and welcome to Florida. Sorry you have to go home and suffer through whatever inferior chain of grocery stores you have in your state after experiencing the Light and the Glory that is Publix, the GOAT of supermarkets. Four stars because they didnt have Butterfingers in the checkout line and Im still salty about that.

Today I stood in line to get a sub. The gentleman working said I will be right with you. 10 minutes later a man walked up and got immediate attention for a sub. I could not believe it. I usually get great service but today I walked out as an angry customer. So disappointed.

This is a fairly new store it is very organized clean well-lit the parking lot is exceptionally clean and organized well exiting the parking lot to get back on 419 can be a little confusing but not worth avoiding a visit. The store seems larger than the Publix that I am used to shopping at and I believe it has a larger variety, there was only one item on our list that we couldnt find and the store associate we spoke to was very helpful and offered to special-order it. I think that because the store is so new it was not nearly as crowded as my regular Publix which is a plus to me we got right in line no waiting and no searching for a lane.

Publix is always great. This Publix has many friendly people. The Deli Manager is truly awesome at this store.
