Went to get a sub and was treated rudely by a lady called Nancy. Not only she asked me and my friend zero questions while preparing our food (like offering sauces or to toast the bread for us), I also had to repeat 4 times I wanted cheese on my sub and she just kept going folding the wrapping paper over it. She also gave us attitude when we asked for another sub. She clearly either didnt care or didnt know what she was doing.Very surprised to have a negative customer service experience at this franchise.

I quite often visit this Publix to get a sub weekly, and I don’t know if I have ever been so disappointed after leaving any store to the point that I had to write a review. But, while getting my sub there we’re about 4 people behind me waiting for subs and right as I stepped up to get my sub an employee by the name of Jordan was pretty rude in my opinion.Even as I approached her and asked how she was doing she didn’t have any response that I could hear or she mumbled under her breath. Furthermore, I asked her to toss my chicken in sauce and she refused and said the line was to long to do so, meanwhile the girl next to Jordan making a customers sub was tossing his chicken in sauce. I get that it is busy and that you have other things to do, but if I’m paying for a sub I expect it to come how I please. Ridiculously bad customer service.

This place is always clean and has everything I need. The bakery is supergood and fresh.I always find organic produce and their organic brand is wonderful. I love this place.

Customer Service is unmatched! Just moved here from TN where the BOGO doesnt require you to get both items and made the mistake of only grabbing one of each item. I realized when I got home and Customer Service was so accommodating that they allowed me to come back the next day and get the second of each item!Only complaint I had was the other Customer Service person tried to tell me that only GA still allows half price on a single item. Which is blatantly untrue after doing research and finding that only FL requires you to buy both items!

If you dont mind paying $4 for a ice coffee that you make yourself. This place is for you. Never ever will we be going to Wawa. I miss Cumberland farms so much.

Bought this cheesecake last Saturday and must say we were highly disappointed. The chocolate version tastes like pudding and the regular cheesecake resembles frozen yogurt. We always buy cakes at Publix and are always very satisfied but this one was a let down. What happened #Publix?

I went to get a veggie sub today and the person making my sub, didn’t care to ask me or my friend if we wanted it toasted, which would’ve been okay because people make mistakes but her attitude was stank the whole time. She also didn’t wipe the area where she was making the sub and just kept placing the sub on whatever was already there from other subs 🤢.The customer service everywhere else was fine though.

This is the first Publix I have visited that has a chinese eatery inside. The downside is that the deli personnel seems most interested in cooking rotisserie chicken, popcorn chicken and hot & spicy wingettes but not the 8pc mixed fried chicken. I inquired and was told it would be ready in 15 or 20 minutes. It wasnt. More hot & spicy wingettes were put out. Not everyone eats hot & spicy food. On another note, store was semi crowded (to be expected). I was surprised to count only 7 people, including me and my sister, wearing mask (during this pandemic. Store was clean and employees were pleasant.

I went to buy argan oil, and this associate took her time showing me the different brands they have. Then I went to the meat department and a young man told me to buy rybeye not only it was on sale but it a good grilling steak. Thanks you!!! The steaks were a hit😊

This has always been our Publix. We shop for food and even all of our prescription are sent here too. Always clean and organized, also friendly associates. We love the new look in the produce area

The store was messy. Bakery employee shirt was hanging out and was dirty. Selves were in disarray and that made hard to find things. Customer service employees were busy playing around so I walked away after a few minute wait. Casher was very professional but had no name tag visable. No use to this type of service from Publix.

Ordered a sub for the 1st time online. Never again. Sub preparrer obvisously cannot read order details. Will wait in line and order in-person going forward. Very disappointed.

You can always find what you need

It is a wonderful place. Fresh vegetables and all sorts of food from India. I felt like I was back on Bangalore. The people were nice and helpful and the fresh samosas were out of this world.

This is my main Publix to go to, as it is the closest to my house. It sits at the edge of Orange and Seminole County. Public is next to UCF and during the school season is packed on Sundays.

Very friendly! My digital coupon didnt show up on my recipe. I went to customer service and showed them it was clipped. So the refunded me the coupon amount. They were so nice and I will be coming back to this one again.

Last night, I experienced an injury and agree the customer service is horrible when a bag boy grabs a food item out of my hand so hard that its leaves your arm in pain. The cashier and him placed like 5 large deli cooked items in one bag and I began to remove them and place in different bags. Thats when the bag boy grab one of the items from my hand without asking me for it. I will be calling a lawyer. I went to customer service counter and did not get help.

Getting REALLY hard to stay loyal. Customer service at this location is going down hill. Coupons should be fun, feel like I need my lawyer to use them, would not take one because the expiration date was clipped. It is my understanding, if it is expired, it will NOT scan. I get the evil stare when I find a pricing mistake. Ailes are cluttered with workers. A herd of managers seem to be always walking the store or having a circle chat!

The manger, Andrew and store associate, Javoney are the main reasons why Publix is my favorite grocery store. They were able to assist me find some items that were in high demand. I believe that these Publix employees should get a promotion ASAP because they do everything in their power to make sure that Publix is a store Where Shopping is a Pleasure.

Been going to this Publix for years and its always been in my favorites. Wish they had some of the stuff you find in Miami like Empire Kosher Chicken and Authentic Cuban Bread, but what can you do.

A great Publix. Always clean and stocked. I stopped by here the day before our last hurricane, and didnt even have to wait in line at checkout. They had EVERY lane open. Thats how you run a business. I mentioned this to a friend, and they left the store they were at to come over to Publix to get their last minute hurricane supplies (probably wine and beer) : )

Customer service at this location is goes up and down but recently it has went down even more than usual. This is the transfer store with employees that come and go as well as the managers. It is disappointing that this location believes they only have college students as customers. Will be driving out of my way to other location as tired of the terrible customer customer.

Expensive but quality food

I come to this Publix every day to make purchases. Today, this old customer lady rudely approached me at the check out lane claiming I was disrespectful and I cut her off. However, that wasnt the case. I saw that one of the Publix workers was opening up a lane because of crowded check out lanes. The Manager takes over and checks me out and I pay for my food. The old lady that approached me was awarded her steaks for free. This is not right. I paid for my food and she is awarded free food for approaching other Publix customers disrespectfully? As a veteran that suffers from PTSD and anxiety, I am appalled by this Mangers decision to award disrespectful customers free food. That was not right nor fair. The manager runs out right in front of me and gave her the food for free. That is not making the situation equal. Having a backbone should have been taken in this situation as a manager. He could have checked her purchases out on her own lane due to how privileged she thought she was.

No longer sending any prescriptions to this Publix!!! I have experienced not one but THREE bad encounters when picking up my prescription(s). The Pharmacy Staff is extremely slow and do not have any urgency. Recently, I fell under the weather with the Flu. I had to leave work early and went to Care Spot for immediate treatment/diagnosis. The doctor called and placed an urgent prescription order in due to the physical health status I was in. One would think with an hour plus call ahead time that the prescription would be ready. I was in distress and not feeling the best at all. Went to the pharmacy and waited in line for 30 minutes while the cashier helped customers in front of me. It was then I realized they were under staffed and/or could not handle the customer flow they had. When I finally got to the counter and informed the cashier I was there to pick up my prescription of Tamiflu due to having the Flu, she rudely responded stating she did not have the prescription order in the system. Immediately I became more upset. I asked her to please recheck the system, because I know for sure that I had my doctor send the prescription to this location (as I do for other prescriptions). She decides to cooperate and actually look for the order. Finally she finds it and states that it is not ready! I repeat my current situation and politely asked is there anyway the order can be expedited since I am very sick!! She then informs me that I will have to wait an additional 35 minutes to fill the prescription. So I decided to wait in store and do a little shopping for orange juice, chicken noodle soup, etc. to kill some time. I come back to the pharmacy and take a seat to ensure to her that I was waiting for the prescription. Time goes by and she is just having the time of her with other customers while she was so rude to me not including the that my prescription still had not been worked on. As I wanted in agony, each minute that passed seemed to go by very slowly. I just wanted to grab the prescription, go home and get in bed. After 30 minutes went by I walked up to the counter to ask if the prescription is ready, she takes a look and informs me that yes it was. She could have told me the prescription was ready the moment it was ready as I waiting in the chair rights in front of the pharmacy cashier window. I placed the few items I had gathered while waiting for the prescription to check out at once. The items included four can of chicken noodle soup, orange juice and Tylenol. The Cashier then says to me, Youre not suppose to check out with grocery items here. Next time you will have to go through the check out line. This made me even more upset! Are there not exceptions when customers are sick? Is there no urgency to take care of someone who is sick? I understand that there can be a new policy on where and what to check out items. But on that day... all I wanted to do is go home!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt horrible.The pharmacy cashier was VERY inconsiderate, rude and lacked any urgency. You do not pick and chose which customers you give good customer service to. It is a shame and I would not wish that kind of treatment to anyone!

Excellent Bakery

It’s taken me almost a week to write this review I’m so upset. If I could give this Publix less stars I would. I’m pregnant and decided for my gender reveal that I would do a cake cutting (cut the cake and the icing is either blue for a boy or pink for a girl). The kid who filled out the form for us never put on there that it was a gender reveal and since he didn’t do that, this is what we were told, the baker was confused if he should make this icing the color of the paper or blue since the paper said boy. Instead of calling me to verify what he should do he just made the icing purple which was the color of the paper. When we cut the cake we saw purple, we were surprised that they chose purple for a girl since usually in a cake gender reveal is pink for girl. We had people over for this reveal, we had multiple people on video chat that we hung up with shortly after cutting the cake because we all thought it was a girl. After a couple minutes of excitement we checked the paper they gave back to us and it said boy. We were all so confused. My husband and I immediately left our party and went to Publix to see what happened and obviously complain. At first we were denied being able to speak to a manager but eventually we were able to speak to an assistant manager, Stacy. Who, for the situation, did everything she could and stayed calm. But there was nothing she could do, you can’t give me that moment back. A single moment that is suppose to be special and exciting, with photos and videos being taken. There was nothing anyone could have done. A refund for the cakewas given to us but it doesn’t give us the chance to experience the surprise again. Our gender reveal was ruined and there was no fixing it, all because of the bakery’s incompetence. When we got back home we had to call back everyone that had watched it on video chat and explain that heartbreaking experience. I have no pictures, no videos because why would I want to remember this. I will never go to this Publix. This is not the first incident I’ve had at this Publix but it will most definitely be the last. I hope this review helps someone from experiencing what I had to go through. We are beyond thrilled we are having a boy, it never mattered to us if it was a girl or a boy, but this moment was still supposed to be a special and an exciting moment that just ended up being a nightmare.

I absolutely hate when I have to go to this Publix! the only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because it is kept up well (it is clean and well maintained) and it has a unique eating area for an extended Deli with ready made food which most Publix do not have. This Publix has horrible parking, it is always ridiculously crowded, the staff is rude especially in the deli and bakery, they either run out or have a limited selection of everything, and it is hard to find anything because its laid out different than most other stores. If you are able to avoid this particular Publix I would.

The chicken I bought here looks and tastes old and over fried, it was like they made it yesterday and re fried it today, there was a thigh that was so fried that was shapeless and the meat was dry and hard (the top piece in the picture).

Publix chinese food make me wanna love it long time.

The staff is always friendly and I am grateful for their carry-out service. I use the electric shopping carts. The carts here are a little on the slow side but they are always charged and they always have some available.You probably wouldnt shop here if you were interested in saving money on a large grocery list, but if you want to escape from the big box store experience with unattended children crushing nuts on the floor and no employees to be found, Publix might be the ideal shopping experience.
