Way better price than the big name places. Not only did I pay less, they used the same brand oil as the other more expensive place. As for service, it was top notch! Albeit without all the phony service, like checking your tire pressure and turn signals. For the price difference, Ill do it myself.

Total thieves! Paid to have my oil and oil filter changed today. They never replaced the oil filter but charged me for it anyway. I thought the man changing my oil was too quick. Feeling like I was just scammed I went to another oil change company down the road. When I explained to the man there what had happened he looked at my car and confirmed that the oil filter had indeed not been changed. Furious I drove back to this oil change place and the manager admitted my oil filter was never replaced. When I demanded my money back I was told they couldn’t do that. He called the owner and let me speak to him. He told me no refund that they were God fearing Christians that went to Church on Sunday. I won’t be back and will tell everyone I see not to go either. Steer clear of this business. It’s the one next to 7-11 off Aloma near Dean Rd.

I was having a weird noise come from my car and thought it was comming from my breaks, they were super nice and checked my breaks for me. It took no time at all! My boyfriend went there weeks earlier to get the oil changed on both our cars and also had a very present experience. We will deffently be back there in the future!

I get my oil changed and fluid service there and they said my brakes were very low in back. I dont remember changing them in about 8 years, and I think we were living with faded performance. I saw they did brakes there so I set up to bring in our van. We did both axles, and I upgraded to ceramic pads from the organic. I took it in as they opened and they were done in about 2 1/2 hours. The van brakes perfectly! UPDATE FEB 2021: I brought them a 2nd vehicle for brakes. They completed brakes on both axles, tire rotation and oil change in under 2 hours! I really like these guys, this is a good business!

After replacing the front and back brakes, the pedal is still going down to the floor. I took it back to this place and they didnt check it out and told me to take it to a mechanic. Edit in response to the owners reply. That information was not presented to me at the time of purchase. I spent $208 on your so called special. If you were not able to bleed the brakes you should have said that before hand and I could have taken my hard earned money elsewhere! You are being less than truthful! No one ever told me it needed more work! I would not have driven off knowing that I could be endangering my life and the lives of others!

Outstanding service! This is by far the best place Ive ever been to. Jedis friendly personality and knowledge was amazing! You will definitely find excellent customer service here! The other wonderful staff member who was working that day (unfortunately, I dont remember his name) is also worthy of mentioning. I am incredibly thankful for the 2 quarts of emergency oil that they so kindly supplied me with to hold me over until the weekend. I just wanted to say thank you so very much to the two gentlemen you had working at this store on 9/19/18 around 4pm. Im sorry I did not get their names. One had a shaved head and the other had short brown hair and glasses. Well I can not say enough of how much I am grateful for their service today. I am 8.5 months pregnant and had my car battery stop working today, I bought the battery at an auto parts store on dean and university, only 4 months ago and the battery terminals were corroded and leaking. They cleaned them for me and checked my battery. I spoke to my husband and we decided to replace the battery with your store and not return to the other store. I am so glad we did. They also changed my oil, filled my washer fluid, and put air in tires. The service and attention to detail was excellent. I hardly waited at all!! I could not be happier. The car started right up! thank you so much. These guys went above and beyond and they should be rewarded for their service. Excellent!!! Super friendly, two men approached me as soon as I arrived. Very friendly, answered my questions quickly. started the oil change right away. Was very impressed when a car came in next to me that was sitting low, instead of allowing potential damage to the car they stopped him and made Ramps to allow the car to pull into the bay safely! After getting my oil changed at Oviedo Oil Change, I noticed that my car started to leak oil. I investigated and found that the technician did not properly tighten the oil filter. The oil filter was actually loose. Tightening the oil filter fixed the problem and now my car is no longer leaking oil. Can you imagine the damage to my engine (Cadillac Escalade) if I hadn’t noticed the leaking oil or if I had gone on a road trip?I was very disappointed that the technician couldn’t do a simple job properly, however, I am even more disappointed in the response I got from the manager on duty when I went back to inform them that their technician didn’t tighten my oil filter like he was supposed to. The manager on duty had a very lackadaisical attitude towards the whole thing.The manager on duty asked me to describe what the technician looked like and when I did, he knew exactly who it was and even said, “Yeah… I suspected that he wasn’t tightening them up all the way. I’ll have a talk with him. Is there anything you want done to your vehicle?” I asked him how could the tech not know how to tighten an oil filter? Is it a lack of training? The manager said, “I just think he’s not putting enough muscle into it.”I was blown away by the manager’s carefree attitude, and that he was aware and even suspected that his tech wasn’t tightening the filters properly. He didn’t apologize to me or even give me any kind of acknowledgment that it was a serious issue.I had expected and hoped for a response along the lines of: “Sir, I am so sorry that you’re oil filter wasn’t properly tightened. That is totally unacceptable. We care for our customers and pride ourselves on doing great work! I assure you that I will look into this matter and have a talk with the tech and make sure that this doesn’t ever happen again… to any customer.”Had the manager said anything close to that, I would have been satisfied. Instead, I discovered that he suspected that the tech could be doing such a huge disservice to many customers, and he did nothing.I was not satisfied with his response so I asked to speak with the owner. The manager on duty refused to give me the contact info of the owner and said that the owner has told him specifically never to give his number out to anyone.I would recommend you go somewhere else.FYI ... Im not sure why but this place is listed on Yelp as: Valvoline Express Care Oviedo. So dont be confused into thinking its a different place. Its the same place. Same address and same phone number.

Most honest mechanics in Oviedo. I went for an oil change but the owner pointed out I was coming too early and my oil still looked good. Valvoline changes twice as much and would have replaced my good oil just to make a buck. As an Oviedo resident since 1999 this is now the only oil place Ill go now. Whoever was running the floor today did an outstanding job and the prices and service here are unbeatable!

Took my car this morning for an oil change. First place Ive been to where I didnt have to get out of the car to have an oil change done. I dont remember the names of the two guys this morning, but both of them were very polite and respectful. They didnt push any sales tactics, etc that you see at other shops. Quickest oil change Ive had, true to their word it was about 10 minutes.

Came here a few months ago and was charged $75 for a simple oil change after waiting 30 minutes with NO ONE else there... and I just learned they stripped one of my bolts. Was not planning on going back anyway, but this solidified it.

I only trust Oviedo Oil Change for my cars (yes I bring all our cars here!) Oil changes! Honest, fast and kind. I never feel like they are trying to get me to upgrade to things I dont really need- they have even gone the extra mile for me without extra charge- like filling up a tire that needed air! I used to go to places like valvoline, jiffy lube, and other big names places but always felt swindled and undervalued. Here they ALWAYS perform quality work, honestly service my car, remember ME, and are just so darn nice. Love my hometown Oviedo Oil Change!

It’s crazy to advertise this as “10 minute oil change.” Was there with 2 other cars for 40 minutes. 40 minutes. You can say your understaffed as an excuse, but don’t make me pay full price for that kind of wait. They were really nice about it but that’s just insane.Also wanted me to stay longer to clean the oil they spilled in my engine when pouring it in

Avoid this place. We tried it once. You can get an oil change for 19.99 plus taxes and fees but then our car leaked some oil. Took it to Valvoline instead because it was open and this place wasnt when we noticed and was told the area was not cleaned or tightened. Well definitely not be using this place again.

I would never get my oil changed anywhere else! Or my breaks and tire rotations! Oviedo Oil Change has earned my trust and my business, as well as my friends and family’s business. I’ve used Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Take 5 (Formerly Havoline) in the past and this local shop exceeds all of them. The best part is they don’t hassle you like the other shops, where if you say no they treat you like you’re stupid. Not at this shop! The manager is always friendly and explains everything. Took my car to get an oil change 3 months ago and got an oil change and cabin air filters replaced cost me $85. Told my husband to take my car in to have an oil change today and they charged me another $85. They told him that they needed to be replaced on visual inspection. But did not tell him they were just replaced and only need to be replaced once a year in normal driving conditions. What a rip-off.

They do not know how to change the oil filter to the toyota, the mr who attends is a bit upset and is very aggressive, does not respect the customers, was upset because I asked a question about the invoice, I do not recommend the service is bad.They have no knowledge of mechanics and can cause you a serious problem your vehicle engine

Came in for oil change, on 3/31/17 invoice # 24514. They told me my oil pan plug was loose, I asked them if it was the plug, or the oil pan threads that were stripped (or both). They told me the oil pan threads were stripped, I made a mental note to do an oil pan repair, and left the premises after the oil change, wiper replacement and radiator flush. Later that night I was backing out of my driveway to go to work, and noticed a (verified) oil puddle where I was parked, so I stopped and checked my oil plug, and it was leaking. So, naturally I went to tighten the plug, and found it to be stripped (as expected). So I took my wifes car to work (I am now late), so the plug will not fall out on the 16 mile drive to work. All night I stressed on how to do the repair, do I have to replace the oil pan? Can I install a helicoil? Can I just tap the the hole and install an oversized plug? So the following morning I bought an new oil drain container, 5 quarts of oil, a rubber plug (remember I was expecting the oil pan threads to be stripped, I always expect the worse, that way, I am never disappointed) and various other taps, plugs, and etc. Anyway, i gathered my repair items and removed the plug, and to my surprise and pleasure found the plug to be stripped and not the oil pan boss! I then torqued (properly) the new plug with new gasket and like magic no more leak! Anyway obviously, these 2 guys at valvoline express on aloma, did not understand basic mechanic skills. Therefore, I cant recommend this station/group.Sincerely,Eric W Smith
