This is the place to get your eye exam. I wear contacts and glasses. Best exam ever. Dr. Watson took time to get my vision perfected. Ben in the Optical Department recommended some designer frames I simply love. Its been a pleasure to shop there for all my optical needs. Thank you!

Target optical prescribed the wrong script. They made changes but I did get lens elsewhere. Now I have to pay for less twice because of their mistake. Do not go there.

I lost my glasses while traveling. I thought it would be a lot of hassle to get a new pair in the short period I would need them. Fortunately, that was not the case. The Salesperson, Laura, was absolutely wonderful and helped me acquire new glasses in just the nick of time. No worries to be had. I couldnt be more thankful. Target Optical Oviedo, you are the best. I came in with bent glasses that I didn’t even buy from target that Angelique fixed in 5 minutes for free and they fit on my face better than they ever have!

Was asked to give one number to make appointment but apparently needed another I’ve never had to provide for Target optical. The receptionist waited until my appointment (said he called prior and left a voicemail that I never received). I was 4 minutes late and was ignored for about 10 minutes by every member of the staff while waiting at the front and social distancing to their requirements. As I discussed the issue with the receptionist, the doctor had already packed up to walk out the door. As I was on the phone I could hear her arguing that she was leaving because I was late. Between the stress of the situation and the crowded nature( and the fact they basically asked me to pay out of pocket even though they had my insurance number) I opted to reschedule even though I doubt I will be back. I’m not sure what I’ll do, because my glasses were shattered and I’m unable to work on my computer without triggering a migraine ( I’m in school and I tutor). Unprofessional, inconsiderate and RUDE. Not to mention I saw the doctor browsing the makeup section as I left the store🙄 Already looking else where

Entire office has an hour lunch break on Saturdays so you cant even pick up prescription glasses. Happened to me twice because I keep forgetting. Staff doesnt seem to be trained on the computer system. Manager is amazing and super helpful. I love the insurance program at target though so will continue to go.

Optician was rude and passive aggressive, and tried to make me get a new prescription despite having a valid prescription from my own eye doctor. Ill go back to the optician that works with the Doctor, less convenient but much more professional.
