The Eye Avenue made me feel extremely comfortable during my very first optician visit. The office and atmosphere is very welcoming and soothing to the eye. I met with Dr. Regina Tran who provided me with great service. Afterwards, I met with Allen who’s just awesome. His professionalism, patience and spectacular customer service is what every office needs for their patients/clients. I’m grateful that I chose The Eye Avenue to care for my eyes/vision.

I rarely write reviews unless its for exceptionally great or exceptionally awful service. This is for the former (great).From start to finish every person I interacted with was professional, courteous, and personable. I worked with Adria (the front desk ray of sunshine), Allen (the greatest stylist/glasses guru), and Dr. John (the knowledgable husband doc). I did not see Dr. Regina (the wife doctor), but I am positive she would have been just as great.For as long as I live anywhere near here in Florida, I will never go to another eye doctor or purchase glasses from another place. Thats about all that needs to be said I think. Do yourself this service and go hang out with these people. They made the entire process enjoyable, and I got to pick up my glasses after 13 days (they estimated 14).The place is clean & nice, they wear masks bc covid (& all guests wear masks bc winning), all glasses are sanitized after someone tries them on, the eye exam is quick and painless, and I got a white chocolate lindt candy when I picked up my glasses, which is arguably the best flavor, dont @me.15/10 would go again

This was the first place I’ve gone to for eye exams, and today was my second time there, but I can honestly say there isn’t a better place. The optometrist there is so nice and explains everything to you as she’s going over your eyes.Also, the receptionists at the front are great and answered any questions I had. Allan, who helped me pick out some frames was extremely helpful and I was able to leave knowing I had stylish and affordable glasses coming.Whether you need an eye exam, frames, or something more serious, I would 12/10 recommend The Eye Avenue. They make you feel comfortable and you know everyone there is very knowledgeable at what they do. Thank you to everyone at The Eye Avenue for always making my visits great!

If you want a great experience at an eye doctor this is the place. After years of average to poor customer service at a doctor off of Lockwood we discovered The Eye Avenue. Dr John and Allen were amazing and so helpful and nice along with the receptionist as my wife and myself got exam and glasses. Last week, my daughter has the same awesome experience as she got new lenses and got contacts for the first time. Thank You!!

I am so happy I found the Eye Avenue!! I was recently seeing an eye doctor that I have being seeing for years now on 434 and Tuskawilla, but after the pandemic I was starting to feel like the quality of the visit was starting to decline, it was not its best anymore. They were not requiring masks and had a sign on the door saying that their team members were sick with COVID and that is why they were short staff. But none of the staff (besides the doctor and only when he came into the examine room) had a mask on. The doctor also gave me expired contacts to sample. Well that along with not getting my prescription right, I knew it was time to find a new doctor. I wear contacts and have very poor vision, so it was important to me to find a doctor that would make sure they help me find the right prescription and the right eye contact brand for me. So that is why I was beyond happy to find the Eye Avenue!The ENTIRE group at the Eye Avenue is absolutely amazing! From the receptionist to Dr. John Tran to Allen, it was higher than a 10/10 experience! I felt extremely comfortable while not feeling like I was being overly charged for that excellent care. They require masks and you can tell and smell that they keep their facility extremely clean! Setting up appointments from your phone through their websites was super easy. You are able to fill out all the forms also through your phone, so when you arrive all you have to do is give your name and that is it. Then the visit with the Dr. was super easy and amazing! You can tell he truly cares and takes his time. Then lastly, meeting with Allen was as amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me. He didnt push any products on me. He just informed me of the options I have for eyewear and how to place my order for my contacts once I decide on which brand would work best for me. It was just the best visit I have ever had! I am looking forward to making an appointment for my husband and kids! Did I mention that their customer service is amazing?! :) Thank you Eye Avenue!!!

This is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever been to in all my 21 years of living. Dr John is very informative and takes the time to make sure you are getting what you need and gives you options. Your not stuck waiting for hours, I literally came in at my appt time was seen right away and was in and out less than an hour. Allen was also awesome when it came to finding the best pair of frames for me and giving options for purchasing my things. If you don’t have it financially they will work with you to find the best option. Hands down the best eye doctors office in Central Florida.

Best experience EVER! My husband & I went to Target last year for glasses that were way overdue. Horrible experience to say the least. Loud kids, space is small, customer service lady was extremely rude. This year we decided to go with a locally owned company. BEST decision ever! This place is clean, well lit, tons of space, quiet (makes the experience very relaxing), both Doctor & assistant are friendly, knowledgeable, not to mention the prices for much better quality glasses. We will be back and will send our friends and family to The Eye Avenue.

A place that I’ll be going to as long I’m around the area, I was surprised the entire time to see the difference between this place and some of others. I won’t be going to Walmart or Target if I want my eyes tested, I’ll be coming here. It’s clean, tidy and quick as long as you make an appointment, I felt comfortable since Dr.Tran gets well-acquainted with his patients as well as Allen, so if you’re looking for a place to check your eyes, I suggest The Eye Avenue ten times over.

This place is great! Spotlessly clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were ready for me when I walked in for my appointment and my glasses were ready when they said they would be. A big difference from the first place in Oviedo I called. They didnt answer their phone or return messages.

Dr John, his wife and Allen make such of great team together.Today, i had my annual check up visit and it was super pleasant and very informative, now what really set my level of “wow” was that Allen already had picked options for me without me even looking at any frames. He knew my taste, style of frame lenses that was so easy for him to choose the right fit for me. That’s right there was amazing. We were able to pick a pair in a matter of minutes.It goes without saying but i honestly will not go anywhere else for my eyes!! This is the place for me!!!

I accompanied my aunt and she was not disappointed. Their staff members are extremely friendly and will make you feel comfortable. The technology is advanced and they have a wide range of glasses. I love how they are able to adjust your glasses to your liking/facial structure, and the prescriptions are exact! You can count on Allen, the optician, to answer all of your questions. I had such a great experience here! I had no wait time, the doctor was so helpful with explaining things, I actually learned things about my eyes. When we were done with the exam Allen had already picked some glasses and had them ready for me to try if I liked. He was right on at nailing my style and needs in glasses. Even after a great experience, I brought my previous pair of glasses that my dog had chewed and without me even asking they fixed them at no cost. I will definitely return here and recommend them to everyone!

Upon entry, I was greeted immediately by their friendly and kind staff. They offered me a coffee/water and made sure I was comfortable during my wait. The office was clean, organized and was setup in a way that definitely removed the negative stigma of a doctors visit.I wasnt the easiest patient to say the least. During my examination, I had a plethora of questions and repeatedly had them redo certain segments of the examination. Instead of getting flustered/frustrated, they were very patient and kind. As I was walking out of the examination room, Dr. Tran said he wanted to examine my eyes again just to be sure. Wow!As you could imagine, I took even longer when it came time to pick out my frames! Overall, my experience at Eye Avenue was amazing. The entire staff was sweet, kind and very professional. You can tell they take their line of work seriously and truly care for their patients. Excellent visit for my daughter and her first contact lens experience. The doctor was patient and explained everything clearly. We were not rushed and every aspect of the process was explained. The prices are competitive but the whole experience is definitely worth it.

The office was beautiful, and everything was laid out nicely. Dr Tran was so patient with my daughter, and took the time to answer all of her questions (and she asked a lot.) The optician had quite a few choices of frames ready when were done with the exam. We were able to select our choice and got our glasses in less than the two weeks estimated. The entire process was so efficient and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great optometrists.I have astigmatism which makes my contacts exam a little more complicated than usual but Dr. John Tran took his time to evaluate my vision, concerns and thoroughly explained the processing of the retinal exam. Each staff member was beyond helpful and exceeded my expectations (and no, I am not related to any of the staff; I was referred by a friend).

I had my first visit and never had such a good optometrist experience. Every single detail and procedure was explained to me very well. Plus, the staff is incredibly sincere and nice. I highly recommend.

I haven’t been to an eye doctor since moving to Orlando 3 years ago and found this practice via a google search. Dr. Tran & Allen were both so very kind. Dr. Tran went into detail about everything he was doing and actually took the time to get to know me. Allen was amazing in helping me pick out my new pair of glasses that would fit my face the best. Neither of them pressured me to add more fancy amenities to my glasses unlike so many other optical stores. Just laid out the facts, the prices, and let me choose. Their prices are very fair as well. 10/10 would recommend!

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had, buying glasses. I had a prescription from another office and had gone to multiple places to find glasses and just couldn’t find anything I liked until I went to eye avenue. They have a lot options and even a customizable glasses option which I had never seen. If you’re looking for different glasses options that aren’t available anywhere else, this is the place to go.
