If I could give them 10 stars review I would.Amazing customer service, so professional! The guy was super friendly and helpful. And smiling all the time. It’s not easy to find people who smile while they work. I’m so happy I found this place.

Once again this location proves to be the best around.I wont go into all the details but I called up and asked about a special favor.I mentioned a time a few years back when they went above and beyond to help ship some art work to the California. The owner remember the shipment AND our names and took care of our special needs once again.KUDOs to these guys. Friendly and helpful everytime!THANKS

I wanted to express my gratitude,  I had two packages I needed to return and I made it to the door about 3 minutes after the store closed. I just needed to scan them in and the lovely young man let me in. He remained so patient while trying to finish up another customer before he got to mine.  He said it was his first day of classes too, I could tell he was tired but his professionalism and patience really stood out.

This UPS Store has always been very helpful to our business. They recently took good care of us to ship some items by Freight. Theyre always a good source of boxes. We have used them for notarizing documents and returning Amazon items. They have never let us down. They are very responsible in what they do for their customers.

The owner of the store is amazing! I had to ship a very expensive painting to a client in CA and he made sure it was packaged in the best possible and the most affordable way too! Thank you!

The manager or owner, is rude. He isnt helpful and is usually blabbing on a personal phone call. He has poor people skills. He also put the wrong labels on items that didnt account for my returning them. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone sorting his mistake.

Jay, the owner, went above and beyond to help me get my Christmas package delivered overnight. I needed to find a cost efficient way to ship perishables overnight and Jay exceeded my expectations. My package arrived first thing in the morning! They always go out of their way to provide excellent service and they are super friendly and kind! My go-to place for shipping anything and everything!

Very friendly and quick. Over heard someone else arguing about box and tape for Amazon return. Don’t understand the confusion since Amazon gives them instructions on whether THE UPS STORE will pack or or they themselves need it packed.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owners are so nice and always looking out for you so that you arent paying too much for shipping. They recommend different size boxes, different shipping options to save you money. They treat you like family. This is definitely the place to go for your shipping needs.

Its hard to believe some of these 1 star reviews of this UPS store. I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly hello and very well taken care of in a timely manner. I was in there today to ship an expensive camera lens to New York; and again, I received the same kind, quick, professional service. The price was great, as well, to ship standard ground.

This is the GO TO store for transacting my shipping and office needs. Im always greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. I was AMAZED at how quickly my packages reached their destinations. To me that meant they were out of the store on the scheduled pickup times. On any given day regardless of who is working, I leave with a satisfied smile.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had a package ready to go for Fed Ex but did not want to drive to a Fed Ex store. They keep the packages in a safe spot at the UPS store until the Fed Ex pickup comes by every couple of days.

Make sure you research all possible shipping options. I spent a TON of extra money due to my own ignorance about other, much cheaper, shipping methods. They will only offer the most expensive possible delivery methods if you go there unprepared.I went to their main competitor to ship a package and was made aware of the ground shipping option (Florida to Florida) both places offer, but this UPS store never even attempted to offer me when I was dealing with them.TL;DR: Its probably an okay place to drop off prepaid deliveries, otherwise theyll try to sell you synthetic headlight fluid.

Easy location to get to with plenty of parking. I was in and out in two minutes. Guy behind the counter was nice and helped answer my questions too! My go to UPS location

DONT USE. They put the wrong labels on my items and sent my item to someone else. They refuse to reimburseme me. will have to sue to get my money back. Not a great owner in the Oviedo community.

This is the only shipping place I will go because the staff is very polite and they protect your shipments. I have been going here for years and never had any issue and will continue for many more.

On Thursday afternoon, I went to this store to drop off a return box and I already had a label. I had the box entirely taped and ready to go, except for the label. First a kid came out and had no idea what to do; he even scanned the wrong label, hence I had the wrong tracking info. Fortunately, I knew that! An older guy came out of the back, apparently the owner and I asked the guy if he had one of the plastic envelopes to slip my paper return label into and he said they didnt have them. I asked if I could use his tape gun to secure my label and he started yelling that he doesnt make any money on my pick up and if he touches my box, hell have to charge me $2. He even had a sign and tapped it several times stating he would charge $2 for tape. I said that Ill tape it, he didnt have to touch it. Again he yelled he makes no money on me dropping the box at his store from UPS.I took my box and said that I will never be back in this store. Our community doesnt operate like that. I went home and taped the label onto the box.This morning, I went out of my way to another UPS store that is about 5 miles away. I dropped my box off and discussed what happened at another location. Knowing they are franchised, he said they have the envelopes for paper labels and pulled one out. He also said that they tape for free all day long and that they do get paid by UPS for accepting drop offs.I thought UPS stores were in the packing and shipping business. This is a small community and I will never use that store again. His attitude and demeanor was not what Ive ever been taught was good for a business owner. And I am one myself! Ive lived within 1/2 mile of this store for 20 years and the original owners were wonderful and I was sad to see them retire several years ago. I will share my experience in the community and go to the other store, even though it is out of the way, for my shipping needs.

Terrible, they charged me $4.32 to put one piece of tape on a package. Also, the last time I was there, they faxed documents for me costing $52.00, $2.00 a sheet, crazy!! No communication of the price before they faxed it.

As a college student, I tend to procrastinate at times. Naturally I needed some business cards made but only left my-self a few days time to get them done. I called around and was quoted some ridiculous pricing. Terri at the UPS store not only quoted me 70% less then any other place, but she also helped me get my card finalized to print. When I took my JPEG into the store it wasnt formatted correctly so she took the time to help me fix my issues and get them printed perfectly. I highly recomend this UPS!

This guy charged me $20 to notarize one document. I normally go to my bank where it is free but was short on time. This store is a total rip off not to mention the store owner was very rube when I questioned the $20 charge. Never going back here again.
