I went to Sherman Williams and bought paint for the pool area. I went with Cool Feel produced by H.M.C. Over time I noticed that the paint would get soft and peel up when it got wet. I called Sherman Williams to voice my concern. It was one reason or another to say, “Let’s wait and see.” They let the Rep, Johnathon, know. The employee at Sherman Williams said, “Give it 30 days to set.” It has been three months; Johnathon made no effort to follow up and the paint is still soft when wet. The point of this review, go somewhere else to buy your paint. I am not going to consistently hound a company to follow up to make sure they follow through with customer service.

The entire team at Sherwin Williams is amazing! They are friendly, helpful and great with follow up. I opened a professional account and the following day their representative John reached out to say hello and to also help familiarize me with their services including coming out to properties and recommending paint finishes for commercial properties. I’m thoroughly impressed with their personalized customer service. I feel that I’m a valued customer each time I come into the store! Highly recommended! Also, did you know they bring your 5 gallon paint bucket to your vehicle!

I cant say enough about how professional and helpful the staff here are. Ive been going here for years and have never had anything less than exceptional service and product. Even the painting company who painted the outside of our house uses them and told me how the staff here went out of their way to help color match the paint Id requested. The result was a truly beautiful custom color. Highly recommend!

Staff is helpful, interested and knowledgeable every time I shop there. And Sherwin William colors have rich faceted colors that are amazing in different lightings.

Its super convenient to have an SW store in Oviedo. My experience over the years is that the staff is not all that interested in waiting on you and not experienced enough to provide guidance on the types of paint and how much paint is needed. This last time I bought 2 gallons of paint. When the second can was mixed, it was dented so badly on one side that it was almost flat. If I wanted scratch and dent paint, I would have expected a discount. I love the SW paint but the Oviedo store staff needs training on their products, calculations, and customer service.

Useless, said theyre literally out of every sample color and cant mix new.

This has been my go-to store for all my paint needs for the longest time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff always eager to help. Always good to know that I will get the same service every time I go in no matter whos working. Went in there the other day and it was almost closing time and Heather was by herself and there was a bunch of people coming in last minute. Very much the pro. She took care of everybody and didnt lose her cool. Definitely recommend them.

Spoke with Nick on the phone. He answered all my noob questions professionally and at no point did I feel rushed in the call. Super helpful!!

Excellent and fast customer service. Mike explained the numerous paints for interior application. once we decided on color and amount he completed the order quickly and took t our car. Great work.

I went in this morning to look through the HOA books of approved color combos for my Oviedo neighborhood. The salesman was exceptionally helpful and spent time pulling color chips from the various color schemes- even paperclipping them together and marking the schemes!So patient and polite!

We came thru the contractors entrance and saw the 30% off but Heather told us of the up coming sale at 40% off. It was posted at the front entrance which we did not see. I am so looking to Friday to save 40% plus they are going to have pastries.

Great products & nice people, but lack of follow-up as promised is disappointing.

My wife and I have bought indoor and outdoor paint for our home here on multiple occassions over the past few years. Staff is always super helpful when we have questions. In several occassions, they have also made us aware of upcoming sales and encouraged us to come back with big purchases in a few days (saving us tons of money). The wall of swatches can be a bit intimidating, but they have every shade of color imaginable ready to be painted I any surface. They also carry all the supplies (brushes, rollers, dropcloths, masks...) you could ever want.

Mike was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient .. There were numerous people waiting, he was working by himself and worked well under pressure. Nicely done.

They didnt ask for my discount, to expensive.

Totally ignored as I entered this store without anyone asking me for assistance. I called the Longwood store for help while standing inside this location. Horrible customer service.

It’s lit, they got a bunch of guys in the store at all times helping you out. The manager Maria is super chill and they are all friendly, only bad thing is the assistant Kevin is a little aggressive when it comes to questions, but I would place it as someone who’s is passionate about their line of work!

The team here is very knowledgeable and helpful. We discuss many different options for exterior paint shades and using the Sherwin Williams paint types. Now that I have 8 different paint samples, its now narrowing down which color and shade.

The staff was amazingly helpful and professional. Their abilities to match the color of any brand of paint is second to none. Of they can’t match it, no one can.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! The man helped us get exactly what we needed for our project in a timely manner!

Terrible service. I have been using Sherwin Williams paint for years. I walked into the Oviedo store with the intention to purchase exterior paint, concrete stains and sealers for my new home. As I walked in there were about 3-4 people in line and about 3 employees attending. I walked around the store for a bit before getting in line to ask a few questions. When it was my turn, who seemed to be the manager completely skipped over me and started helping the person behind me that had walked into the store about 10 minutes after me. It was clear he was a long time customer by the conversation. The other 2 employees looked fairly baffled that I had just been completely looked over and ignored. I proceeded to leave and not one employee attempted to correct the problem.

Pricier than Lowes. This is really a place for professional painters (since they get a discount) and for retail consumers to check out paint color options. If youre getting some samples though, head up the road to Lowes as the paint samples are almost half the price of the SW store.
