We only go here if we absolutely have to because its next door. I know almost zilch about vehicles and some of these associates make me look like a master mechanic.

Someone busted my drivers side mirror and I didnt have the right size tools to put it back on. They were nice enough to let me use some of theirs and do it in their parking lot.
Overpriced big time. I went in for a mower filter $15.00 bucks, I said scree that went to its competitor AutoZone....$11 bucks!!

This happened a few years ago but I had received the wrong brake pads and needed to go exchange for the right ones right before close. I called and the manager on duty said hed wait for me to come swap out before locking the doors. Not only was this excellent customer service but he also helped me when I was desperately trying to change the brakes before work the next day. Love this place and the rest of the staff are excellent as well!

Not a good auto parts experience, just went in for some chemtool and it was almost impossible to find. After 2 trips around the store with 3 employees standing around at the parts counter not busy, I asked someone. Very poor planogramming. Customer service lacked because it was obvious I couldnt find what I was looking for. They were nice though. I also needed to pick up an online order that come to find out part of it was being shipped. I didnt pay attention to the website but for some reason it split it up. Advance lost a customer today.

Everything I need
Theyre a good chain, decent prices,warranty, can get most part you need. They ask your phone number when making a purchase so they can add you to the computer. I had made a purchase for a spark plug wrench,ratchet and socket. Was changing spark plugs on location. When I exited the shoplifting alarm sounded. The socket had a magnetic tag that needed disabled. It wasnt a very expensive socket and it made me wonder. Good job!

They lie to me when I buy wheels lock they told me if those not work for my car I can return it and when I go back they cant take it back. I dont know if they do it all the time
I love advanced auto and to be honest, this store is one of the most professional Iβve seen whether I do an online order or an in-store order they are never pushy, they know what they are talking about and they are just there to help. Pleasantly surprised. Iβll be back again.

Great deals on oil and filters almost every week. This place is much better than the other automotive supply stores. Great that they recycle used oil.
Product policy needs to discussed further on what can and cannot be done! An Item that HAS NEVER BEEN USED, canβt be exchanged or returned for in store credit. This COMPANY POLICY needs to amended for certain situations that deem it necessary to be exchanged. I will tell you this βCOMPANY POLICYβ and customer has been lost for life due to certain situations and interactions! Word of mouth has effects!

Its a chain auto parts store, not much to figure out really. I stopped in because the Redline website said they were a dealer of their fluids; they are both BTW. Other than that, not much I can say, I didnt make a purchase, and Im not a fan of chain stores by and large anyway.

Jason is absolutely correct, this store policy is horrible. I tried to return a brand new idler pulley and they would not let me return it without the box. I had the receipt with the date on it, 1.5 weeks earlier. Nope. Wasted $25. No more advance auto for me.
