My daughter got her air fixed here last summer and when she went to use it this summer it did not work again, they called her after she dropped it off and told her it also had an oil leak and the oil leak caused the air to quit working because of oil soaked sensors. They fixed both issues and charged 150 more than they said it would be. 1 week later it quit working again and they said it was more oil soaked than they thought and ended up charging her another 100. the week before cost 700, last summer was almost 300. This place needs ran out of business.

I took my car here because it would not idle. I was told that the A/C has a sensor on it that works in conjunction with the sensor on the throttle body. They ordered the parts to replace all of this mess took nine days to fix my car.replace or put a kit in the compressor and replace the other parts that was bad.this place closes at 6:00 P.M and was called at 5:45 P.M to come and get the car, I had no ride to get there and just pull the car inside overnight until the next morning. The woman behind the counter laughing at me for even asking this. Now my old car was not worthy of being put inside with the other high end cars. The bill to my car was $1171:00 and change. I believe there double dipping on the parts and labor. I will never use this shop again, so be Leary of this place If your 60 years old or more. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Seems like a great shop until they take your money. Then good luck having a running car. Literally the bigger scam artists Ive ever encountered. The guy who answers the phone is a royal POS and will refuse to give you any information ABOUT YOUR OWN CAR. You have been genuinely warned - dont make the same terrible mistake that I did.

Was charged $115 for a $1400+ quote for repairs from a service message on my car at Classic. It would take a few days for parts and a day to do the repairs. Drove straight over to Pinnacle for a second opinion. $100 and my car was fixed in under 2 hours. Love these people!

I was told my car repairs would cost $410 and be done the day after I dropped it off. On the third day, we called to see what the status was. They said it would done later that day. (Although they still had not done a smoke test I was paying for to see if there were any other leaks/issues. Which I can see now was just a rip off) My wife shows up to pay the bill and get the car back only to find they told me it would be $499 over the phone. You would think since I am a police officer, I would be able to tell when someone was taking advantage of the fact that I am trying to sell this car. However, at least now I know to never go back to this business.

I went in for a problem with my car randomly shutting off. They ran their computer on it and test drove it. They couldnt see the problem on the computer or when they drove it, but they were very friendly and didnt charge me. Ended up figuring out the problem later.

Horrible. Had my car towed here and when they looked at it they told me it would be $900 to fix a hose. The part, at high end, cost $120 plus fluids. To access and replace the hose took 20 minutes. I found the hose for less than that at around $60 and all in all spent $75 with a 20 minute fix. I wont trust them again if I can help it.

Faulty Repairs - I have had multiple repairs done to my vehicle at Pinnacle. None of them have lasted. The last repair was a coolant leak due to a faulty thermostat. The repair was done, but they didnt seal it, as required. As a result, the leak is back...... I dont like leaving poor reviews, but this is the THIRD repair that has not lasted, or been partially completed. I would take my business elsewhere.

2 separate stories of bad customer service as well as incompetent poor workmanship...... First I brought Mike and the guys my 2014 Camaro Zl1......My brother brought them His C5 corvette.....My car was suppose to get an upper pulley and a tune.......was told it would take 2 days tops......Ran into some fuel issues so I had to get more pump..... So I was told..... Every tuner and even Ligenfelter told me I never needed a new pump for the mod I did.... they do it all the time without boosting anything.... So before I did any research I was frantic wanting my car to be drivable so Ispent over $1,000 on a DSX auxiliary fuel pump and then took my car back..... Had to practically hound them daily to get ANY info.I went up there to get my car and he tuned it in less than 2 1/2 hours...... had a scheduled dyno time at noon and he had another car on the dyno as if my time wasnt valuable.....So tells you what you WANT to hear..... But really doesnt care about your time....the two stories took place in the same 3 week time period....I lost confidence in mike as he was never returning my calls and his wife at the front desk Promised he would call me back.... dont know if she told him or not, but it never happened. if you are reading this mike you know I am absolutely right....got the car dyno tuned, and took her home...... My boost gauge wasnt reading properly for my boost or vacuum..... and when I went to inspect my car.... Which I should have done at their place of business, which they should have done.... My throttle body was missing 2 of the 4 bolts that secure it to the supercharger snout...... how they missed this is beyond me.... poor workmanship.... no excuses....the bar sensor on my snout was completely unthreaded and the only thing holding the bolt and sensor in place was the fuel rail..... the sensor was half way out of the snout the fuel rail was holding pressure on the screw enough to where it didnt fall out.....Again..... NO EXCUSE...... poor workmanshipThe boost gauge wasnt working so I decided not to take it back..... I just couldnt trust my car with them....Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with...........Took it to another local tuner and he figured out......they had the bar sensor and the MAP sensor swapped.... he put them in the right place and my boost gauge started working again.Put it on the dyno and my fuel rail pressure was at a dangerous level..... Mike could have blown my car up..... scary to think that....When I would start the car it was so loud and idled very rough....The new tuner tuned it and it starts quieter and idles like stock...I paid another shop $1,000 to do the work right and tune my car to a safe level where it would be reliable and comfortable.......mike spent 2 1/2 hours tuning my car.....this other shop spent over 12..... that just shows you right there he didnt really care.....My brothers story is even worse......They were to install a procharger on his car..... they did....... but the hood wont even close properly now.......they blew him off for a few weeks and never returned his calls.....His dyno sheet should have read a C5 corvette 8 cylinder......actually read a vin number for a 6 cylinder Dodge Challenger. That to me is just pure lack of pride in workmanship and honestly just embarrassing....My brother is now taking his car to the same local guy to have him rework his tune and go through the car...... just to be safe.....If you want to know what your car will be like leaving here..... Just open up the hood, unplug a few sensors and take out a couple of bolts....... take $1000 cash and light it on fire..... and you will have the exact same results..... patheticWhen you are having someone work on your car...... Pay the money to DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME........Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...... take your car to a dealer before you take it here.....NO EXCUSES!!!! absolutely no excuses

I was informed by a different shop that I was needing transmission work performed on my truck. I took it to Pinnacle and was told that it was only an electrical wire short to a fuse and a crossed spark plug wire. I will take all my vehicles here.

Sadly, I cant give zero stars, or I would. We took our car in for work. I was suspicious of the quote (they said we needed a new air filter, but wed just had the oil changed, and I knew that checking the air filter was among the services included in the oil change). We allowed them to do the work, but they then called back with more work to be done. I was even more unhappy, but again, my husband, wanting to be sure that I had a safe, working vehicle, OKed the repair. We went to pick up the car only to discover theyd changed the oil without asking (it had just been changed) based on an outdated windshield sticker. I wish Id trusted my instincts: now Im certain we were overcharged for work we didnt need. Stay away from these con men & cheats!!!
