Went there Sunday afternoon to get my son an office chair. The gentleman that helped us was great. Not only helpful. But friendly. You rarely see this in the retail industry these days. Most of the time they make you feel like youre putting them out. Will definitely be going back to this location.

I want to give huge thank you to Kenneth at the Owasso store. I lost my son, and went in a few days afterwards still very emotional. I needed funeral folders for my son’s celebration of life, since we forgot to order them from the funeral home where we had him cremated. I was overwhelmed, and Kenneth took the reins and helped me design what I wanted. He took a huge load off this grieving mother. And they looked amazing. Your kindness and big heart will not be forgotten.

Amie Hahn, the Owasso store manager went above and beyond to make sure we received our desk furniture after the wrong delivery address was on our shipment (not the fault of Office Depot). Amie offered to deliver our furniture to our new address herself if we were unable to pick it up from the store. It was sent there instead of sitting at the old address which is now vacant. Amie and her delivery driver were great and also helped my husband load up the furniture in his vehicle so he could get it home.

We arrived this evening 10 minutes before closing to find the doors locked. A tall young man with brown hair came out and informed us they had shut their registers down early and were closed. I asked to speak to a manager a red headed man came out and told me their registers were showing 8:00 and they shut them all down. I asked him to open a register so I could purchase an external hard drive for my sons project and he refused stating he was going home early tonight. This will be the last time we attempt to purchase from Office Depot.

Its alright. The guy that tried to help us wasnt exactly knowledgeable about office chair wheel casters. Dont blame him I guess. Also, the store is warm. After talking to another employee he said that corporate controls the temp from Florida. Not sure if thats true or not. But he says its hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Something obviously need to change in that regard. I dont go to Office Depot but once a year it feels like, so I cant really give a technical and specific review. I will say that the candy they sell seems overpriced.

Great place to go if you needed something printed quickly. We dont have a printer and I dont ever see us needing to buy one and have to purchase expensive ink when I will rarely use it. So its a wonderful service they offer!

Went in to get computer software. Unfortunately they were out of the one I wanted. I was greeted when I came in the door but nothing else from employees on staff. Didnt even notice when I left. Employee was too busy looking at his phone.

Great store but the staff seem not to know what is being sold at what price. I wanted to purchase a new Lenov Ideapad in the store and went to this store but the person who helped me didnt believe me when I told them there was an ad to buy it for the price advertised and instead tried to convince me to buy something else. Quite disappointing.

Surprised by the number of employees offering to help. Impressive for a big box store. And they didnt have what I wanted but did online. Very helpful.

They are not friendly and I had to track someone down to help me and I am disabled so that was very frustrating. The young man that finally helped me a little bit was nice. Bad bad experience

Its amazing when you think of all that can be purchased on Amazon. Why it has surpassed Microsoft in dollars. We had a last minute need for spiral binder springs for our binder. Office Depot will bind your items for you but doesnt sell the binding supplies. We were in a bit of a crunch and didnt have enough supply to finish a project. I called the Owasso branch to see if they might happen to have the coil binds as a stock item. They didnt but since they do the binding there and use the coil binds they said they would sell me 50 from their stock. I was excited to see the customer service they were providing and said that would be great. They wanted to sell me white rather than the black since they had more of those their stock. Great I said, I will be right over to purchase. I arrived, they had them ready to go. Here is the hitch. They rang up 50 6mm coil spines and the price was $154.00. I was shocked. Wow, are you for real. A box of 100 on Amazon is only $14 I understand I am in a bind but that is crazy. She said sorry but thats what we have to charge you. $2.89 each or there about. Which is what they charge to do the work there when you bring in something to have it bound. I was beside myself. My initial response is why would I ever need to come in here again when as I started this review, Amazon can sell it to me for way less and I can get it tomorrow in most cases. No one should wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing to online retailers. They cant and dont even try to complete. However those that do remain. I will say this off the subject but Starbucks and Best Buy both have shown a level of customer services that draws you back to their locations. As where for office supplies - I dont think so.

The brand new large format machine prints BEAUTIFUL POSTERS (generally 16X20 and larger up to a max 36 width) and, although this store tends to run lean on headcount, the employees and store managers are smart and nice and work hard to exceed - not just meet - customer expectation.

Office supplies. If you need something specific good place to go to. Wasnt really well stocked or organized last time I went there.

The lights were on, but nobody was home. Entering the store, there was not a single living soul in sight at the registers, or anywhere else in the store. I looked thru the paper department searching for a specific paper, but there was NOBODY to ask. When I started for the front doors, I looked back through the store. It looked as if it was a ghost town. I remarked to my dad, when I returned to the car, that anyone could have gone in and carried off half the store without anyone even speaking as they left. This was around 7:30 PM on Friday, 3/2/2018.This has been my THIRD disappointing trip into the Owasso, OK store in about 2-3 weeks.Next time, Ill just go to Staples!

Always helpful anytime I have a question about where to find something.

By time they answer the phone ask someone a simple question then put on hold when someone finally answers they say they are not open for 5 more mins very rude then hung up on. Piss poor customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. They are the most inept employees I have ever dealt with. We ordered Company checks on 7/24/13 and was told by the printing desk employee that the checks would have to be picked up at their store and they would call and let us know when they came in. On 8/1 we called their store and was told that the checks were in fact being shipped to our home address and would be there on 8/2. On 8/5 when NO checks had arrived yet, we called the manager of Office Depot store in Owasso and was told by Chris last name not given, understandably, that he would check into it and get back to us right away. Two and 1/2 hours later I called back and was told by Chris that someone was supposed to call me and tell me the tracking number so I could find the package. NO LONGER HIS PROBLEM obviously. After four phone calls to get the correcttracking number from Adam. My fifth phone call to their store, after UPS said they had no record of this tracking number, was answered by Chris and I was finally told that the checks had been returned to the printer.I am the manager of a large corporation and if my employees and managers pointedevery finger except at themselves and did not have a clue what they were talking about, I would fire the entire STORE. We decided to use this Office Depot insteadof going to Staples in Tulsa because we had made quite a few non printing purchases from this store in the past, never to happen again in the future. We areoff to Staples tomorrow to get our checks printed as we should have two weeks ago.

This Google map location entry has obviously disabled the viewing ability of the Review Summary section so that others cant read the written reviews, and for that, Office Depot has lost more of my trust. I came in looking for three things that turned out that this location didnt have: A Pentel SFX auto-pencil, packs of Papermate Grip pens(specific), and an L-shape USB-micro adapter. The things that this location has that local competitors do not are planner notebooks, Safes, and Office Furniture. I never enjoy going in anymore as the front door is greeted by storage containers and the people greetings come from the copy center that is all the way on the other side of the store. This location has a chance to improve their business by selling furniture in mass to other local businesses, but if it is dependent on the inter-personnel door sales, it will continue to fail.

Its the only place I frequent for my equipment and office supplies.The knowledgeable staff are Very amicable and a pleasure to work with.

This is our THIRD WORST experience in this particular location. Manager seems very lazy, she puts no effort at all. I ordered print here and NO ONE can find my order. Manager doesnt even put effort to fix it! Might aswell FIRE HER, she is useless.

Horrible customer service. No one greeted me or said 1 word to me. I was walking toward the checkout and the guy walks directly past me and says nothing to me. I waited at the empty checkout for a minute or 2 before just leaving.
