Went to this store to get some information on upgrades for my gaming pc, Sebastian was the tech I talked too and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and took all my concerns and questions seriously. Amazing honestly! Went in when I was in town in a rush and had to get data off my computer. Taylor was able to understand my security concerns and get me fixed up incredibly fast. Mr. 2.0 helped me out at the owasso store and he did an AMAZING job made my day! My computer was shutting off randomly (due to a cooling problem) and he recommended what my best and affordable option would be! Got me fixed up with a new CPU fan and even installed my battery supply I got for my birthday! The service was quick and clean! Very friendly service and actual amazing prices! This store is so underrated for its helpful staff and kindness. although a guy that works there is rude. i am a 12yr old kid and my mom just got me gaming pc there and they were so helpful and nice. my pc was freezing and when i brought it back it was fixed in the matter of mintues. this is the best place i have ever been to. Took my computer in to the Owasso store to get it set up and transfer data from old computer to new one. The guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. Took them two hours to get it all done and they did not charge me at all. Very appreciative of what they did and highly recommend them!

Took my wife’s PC in with a problem trying to corrupt and infect it. Solved the problem in a few minutes and showed us what to do if it happens again. Great service will go back and refer for future service when needed.

Not bad at all.

Brought my 13 year old computer (same as dog years) in for a internal upgrade. 480 gig solid state harddrive and faster speed. Very informed and helpful technician on duty. Im no techie but he is. Im trying to run Windows 10 with 32 not 64 thingamajigs and low ram and hard drive. For a reasonable $$$ outlay got a HP Pro with all the whistles and bells plus he is transferring all my present data. The other stores big boxes want a lot of money and do not explain exactly what they are doing. So I will continue to watch you tube on learning to master Windows 10. Stay calm and carry on. Its a learning curve.

I brought in my older desktop that was having a power issue and Tyler worked on it while I waited. Since it was older they didn’t have the power supply for it but they offered to order it. Instead I checked out a few of their computers and will be back to buy one. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer support. Thanks again.

Store is great, that is for sure! Anything and everything you need plus the employees are great. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS! DO NOT BUILD A PC WITH PARTS FROM THIS STORE! Whole Sale has everything you need to build your own computer. However, all parts are marked up way too high.To give an example, I walked in one day to look at a processor that was marked up by $120 dollars. All while, BestBuy, Amazon, Newegg, and out of state stores are selling for $179 - $200.Please, please, please consult with someone before purchasing parts on your own if you are not familiar with building a PC. The worst thing you can do is spend more than you should on parts.

I sent in my sons computer which was hacked and the system and licensing was wiped clean. They were able to save the laptop and it is faster and better then before. We really appreciate all you did thankyou!

They do not allow anyone to return merchandise. Horrible kids running the place. Someone named Calib is a cocky person who said he is in charge. I bought it and tried to return it the very next day. Dont do business with this business. Do yourself a favor and order on Amazon, you wont have a problem returning it if needed. I love supporting local businesses, but I hope this local business goes out of business.

I got my computer fixed at a very fast and quick pace the staff had answered every question I had about my computer along with a very reasonable price!

Fine if youre inexperienced and need help with basic or average things.Otherwise if youre an enthusiast or even a slightly more than regular user, the staff is severely lacking. They know next to nothing about anything other than basic computer technology. Barely any experience in the enthusiast space and next to none in the server space.They also lack a reasonable stock of components. Youll see nothing worth your time in both CPUs and GPUs. Just outdated tech or overpriced baseline parts. No advanced cooling like watercooling, only one kind of basic thermal paste (expired Arctic Silver 5), and bog-standard cases like those from Dell prebuilts.If you need help with a prebuilt, basic computer needs like virus removal, or something less involved its ok. But when it comes to anything more than basic needs whatsoever they arent qualified at all.
