I have been going to Loving Eyecare for a couple of years now. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr Loving and Dr Cobb are both very personable and make you feel comfortable. Previous eye care places i had been to were very impersonal.

I did not care for the Optometrist today for my exam. I have had eye exams for over 50 years. I have never been told to guess what the letter is on the eye chart before today. I said I could not see the letters and he wanted me to guess. I had Dr. Loving 1 1/2 years ago for my last exam and I must say, he was outstanding. I will not return if I cannot have my exam done by Dr. Loving. The office staff was great. I was a cash customer and based on my exam, you would have never guessed it. I hope the Optometrist treats his staff better than he does a paying customer. I hope I adjust to the new lenses. The glasses before were perfect and so far, these are less than perfect.

I have been going to the eye doctor since I was nine months old and Dr. Loving and his staff are the best that I have ever come across. They’re amazingly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff was very welcoming and prompt. Dr. Loving took the time to explain everything in terms that I could understand and went above and beyond to ensure that I left happily with the right contact lenses. Top notch establishment that has made a customer for life.

Horrible experience, misdiagnosed the first time & when I went back and told them that I had the wrong lenses. The staff was great, the older Eye Dr. was making fun of me to younger one. It was very unprofessional I will not return.

Dr. Cobb is wonderful! I have been struggling the last 2 years with 2 different eye doctors trying to get my vision corrected. Skeptical and not expecting much I went to Loving Eyecare to give these guys a try. Dr. Cobb made me the promise, I will get you to see. He did not let me down! I am wearing glasses for the first time in my life and they are even progressive lenses. I could not be happier with the results. Its as if a light switch has been turned on, everything is brighter, sharper and clearer. I am grateful I found Dr. Cobb, he is truly the BEST!

I recently went there to get a contact fitting. Very standard. The front office staff and nurses are friendly and do a good job. However when it comes to the actual doctor i dealt with he rushed, didnt listen to me and messed up my initial exam and wasted my time and money ordering the wrong contact trials and then had the nerve to charge me a second time to fix his mistake which he blamed on my eyes being different. I will never do business here again. I never saw dr loving but maybe my experience would have been better if i had. Make the drive and go elsewhere.

I had a very painful infection in my eye on a Saturday. Not knowing what to do I went to Loving EyeCare. I didnt realize Dr. Loving wouldnt be there on a Saturday, i just assumed since they were opened. The front office staff was so very helpful. They were trying to help me figure out what I should do because an ER couldnt help me much because it was my eye. The office staff continued to work on getting me help and I sat in their front office and cried in pain.Soon, one of the girls called me back. I had no idea what was going on, all I knew is that I was in pain. When they took me back to the room, I found out Dr. Loving had came in on his day off too look at my eye, eventhough it was a Saturday. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Loving and his office staff. They were all amazing! You dont see that kind of dedication frompeople/doctors anymore. Thank you all for your help. This is an amazing office and I would highly recommend it!

I went for the first time yesterday (with an appointment) and got right in. I saw Dr. Cobb, and he was really fantastic. He took the time to explain to me why I needed glasses, and how I would need to adjust to wearing them. Will definitely be back for future eye exams.

Excellent service. Excellent prescription for my glasses. I see great now. Dr. Loving took great compassionate care of my 92 year old mother in law. He didnt give up and now she can read her books again. He did an outstanding job. Win win!!

Usually see Dr. Loving, very satisfied with him. Was a walkin today. I think it was Isabel who checked me in. She was very professional and extremely helpfull. Was seen by Dr. Cobb. All i can say about him, he freaking rocks! Sometimes you might have to wait but well worth it.

Dr. Loving needs more than 5 stars. I’m so grateful for his patience and commitment to get my prescription just right. No cattle call here at all. Highly recommend!

Iam going to be choosing a different place after being a yearly patient since Dr. Loving started in Owasso around 13-16 years ago or so excluding my time away in the Marines. As a kid it was the first place I ever received glasses. A couple of months ago I was told I may have glaucoma and that I would need to see another specialist for a 2nd opinion. The front office lady I think her name was Candice told me other Drs office would call to make an appointment within a week or so. I asked for their number in order to make an appointment directly to save time and she didnt know and didnt look it up as I was at the counter. She never emailed me it as she promised either. Two weeks pass with stress & concern I call, same girl answers and remembered me. She told me it might be better I call them for an appointment. I asked so no one called them, you cannot call them and tell them to call me back?! I was at work on lunch but in between important work cases and meetings already. She insisted I call them directly and that she had tried to call me but the number was not good. Apparently she didnt update my contact info the first time when I asked her to, nor after the 2nd time( I know because Dr. Loving read me my old number when he handed me my contacts a month after during the covid19 shutdown).The office they referred me to never even heard about me to begin with. Since then the specialist they sent me to has taken care of me, and have scheduled surgeries to slow the glaucoma but the stress of not knowing for those two weeks that ended up being a month or more due to the other Drs scheduling, or having been able to schedule an appointment sooner, and not hearing back from them at all was really bad enough for me to choose not to return. The doctors are good but the front office lady was very unprofessional multiple times. I also have seen there are other reviews about this issue too. Very disappointed. I am giving one star to see this gets better attention.****Update. Courtney after seeing your response to my post I noticed you too had contacted me after I had already been apointed to my glaucoma specialist via email. Here is more information as requested. In your email to me you relayed that my contacts are ready and you need my new number. I responded with my number and time that I would pick up my contacts. Unfortunately I believe it was another week or so before I could make it into the office.That means it was given 3x and Dr. Loving still was not given the correct information when he handed me the contracts during the covid19 shutdown visit.

Great place for eye care! Dr. Bradley Cobb was very knowledgeable and helpful when my vision was impacted after being diagnosed with diabetes. Thanks to him and the group at Loving Eye Care I can see great again!! I highly recommend them for your vision needs!

Best eye doctor in Owasso! Not only is Dr. Loving a great Dr., he is a fun and happy human being that knows how to treat his patients. This place definitely is the place to go if you are looking for an Optometrist.

Made an appointment for my family of 5. They had us scheduled for Friday. Call later in the week to reschedule us because a doctor wouldn’t be there.Went in Saturday for our family of 5 at 10am. No kidding but 20 people in waiting room.After waiting 30 min our first was called back. 1 hour and 15 min in, 4 of us are done but the 5th was forgotten and told to go wait and they called her back later. We couldn’t wait any longer.Doctors were nice but the office staff were not competent with scheduling and overbooking. We won’t be back.EDIT: Sept 22 2019Went to Dr. Lovings office in April for a new Rx to order new contacts. I finally ran out this month and went to order online. Dr. Lovings office wouldnt approve the Rx and wouldnt provide a copy of my Rx. I asked for a refund so I could go to another provider to get new contacts. Said the owner Dr. Loving put a note on my account to not give out my Rx, no refund, dont approve contacts. Hopefully this isnt due to my negative experience and review....that he never reached out to discuss.WOW! He wasnt in the day I called and no one could help. Been trying to order new contacts for a week now. I plan to call and will edit if Dr Loving provides my Rx as paid for a few months ago.EDIT: sept 26 2019Courtney stepped in and helped me get the Rx and get my contacts ordered. She was fantastic.

Everyone has been very professional and also very friendly. The doctors were both very knowledgeable and helpful with my specific circumstances. It turned out that I only needed one contact due to the fact that I had surgery many years ago and my far vision was still good. I only needed to see near due to my age so I just needed the one contact. It took a few weeks for my brain to figure it out but after that, its been great.

I bring all my kiddos here and they do great worth all of them. Occasionally you have to wait a bit after your appointment time but its not very long. The doctors are patient with you and take time to answer the 100+ questions my kids have! Great place!

I have been going to Loving Eye Care for 3 Years. They were able to help me find a contact that is comfortable. That is a big deal when you have been wearing hard contacts for the last 10 years. The staff and Doctor are very friendly and make me feel at home.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! They are horrible!! They over charged my husband for a contact fitting and said this was a normal fee then they didn’t even give me my contact script that I asked for!!! I have never had so much trouble with an eye doctor! I will be going back to Thomas eye care from here on!

Had a 11:00 am appointment, arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (took 5 minutes). Office did not appear to be busy, only two people ahead of me. Suffice it to say that I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes and never saw the doctor. Couldnt wait any longer, and left disappointed. Wont be back!

Dr. Cobb was wonderful, informative, and genuine. Helped me with first time contacts selection and fully explained the pros and cons of what I was expecting from my glasses and they absolutely nailed my prescription, I swear I can see molecules now. I will be returning for future visits.

Walked asked if they do eye exams it was 1:00 p.m. they said they dont do walk ins after 12:00 on Saturdays . lobby was empty and no one else was there guess they didnt want a cash paying customer for 20 min eye exam! Went to Tulsa to 41st they were happy to take my money!

Broke my glasses Friday, needed a replacement. Loving Eye Care does Saturday walk ins. I got in at around 9:45. I got my exam done and glasses made from Eyemart, right next door, after that I left with my 2 new pairs of glasses at 12:30.Both at Loving Eye Care and Eyemart the staff was a joy to talk to and get through all the hassles with. Fantastic people.

We arrived at 9 am as a walk in and we were finished by 10am. The dr is very personable and took great care of my 13 yr old son. Thank you!!

I call at 10:00am, the lady states they take walk-ins from 10:00am to 12:00pm. I get there at 11:00pm FROM TULSA, and the front desk lady states WE JUST ENDED OUR WALK-INS. Please informed patients over the phone that there is a CUT OFF TIME before wasting their time.

I called to get an appointment they got me in the same day within 15 minutes of the phone call and they were all super nice and very helpful. Thank you!

Not customer service oriented to be sure! Have been Dr. Lovings patient for 5+ years. Hes a lovely man and efficient Dr., who answered all of my questions. I gave one star because sadly, one must wade through the appointment makers. Surely by now I would think any experienced clinician would know and understand the importance of that point -of-contact person. At Loving Eyecare, the front desk considers you just another body. I just tried to book an appointment withthe same person, whom I think is the office manager, Candace, who STILL doesnt know who I am. I went 5+years ago because I wanted a good doctor with whom to develop a good working relationship, as health in any area is multi-faceted. I AM a doctor and I DO understand the importance of the therapeutic alliance with my patients and how my staff can facilitate that. Its called EI or Emotional Intelligence, which Candace does not appear to have. She continued to throw obstacles in the way of the appointment, making it clear that it didnt matter if I remained a pt. or not. I cancelled the appt. and told her there are enough hassles in life that making an appt. should not be one of them, noting that I would find another eye doctor. She replied quite matter-of-factly, Ok, Ive cancelled it, and hung up. Well then. I guess that showed me--Im just another number and not an important one at that. It truly IS possible to be too big to fail, I guess. Good news is if you do manageto get through to Dr. Loving, hes great, albeit hurried. The bad news is you have to get past the front desk AGAIN to get out. Am taking 6 referrals with me, as theyve had similar trials. Since we dont matter anyway therell be more where we came from, I guess. Im more than weary of businesses who believe THEY are doing YOU a favor to serve you. Shame on them and any practice/business who treats people this way.

First time here a friend told me about it..everyone seems nice and they took our insurance and walk ins!!

Every single time I go here, I have to wait at least an hour before Im even seen by the doctor. Im going to find a different office to go to that sticks to their appointment times and dont make patients wait over an hour past their appointment time to be seen.

Theyre tied in with Eye Mart next door but operate seperatly so you have (2) co-pays if using insurance. When I took my RX next door they had to go back over because they didnt write full RX (no bifocal reading). Not impressed with Eye Mart either. Lots of fine print and double talk. Price keeps going up and they dangle carrots for the next higher pkg for another $30. So when I got my glasses I could tell RX wasnt right in one eye. The employee tried to convince me I just needed to wear them awhile and get used to them. I did try, but theres no way. I couldnt even just shop. Brought them back to see if RX was wrong or lenses. Girl called next door to check RX and took nearly 1 hr to find my record. Lenses were per RX, so here I am another hr waiting to re-test. Well see how it goes from here. Very nice and knowledgable girl, Spring, GM at EyeMart, I am dealing with this time.

I went in for a walk in on saturday after calling earlier in the week to make sure they took my insurance. I know walk ins take a while so I didnt mind waiting. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, the lady at the desk called me up to tell me they didnt take my insurance. I know its not their fault they dont take my insurance but making me wait over an hour to tell me that is just ridiculous. Wow. Worst service ever. I go every year to Dr. Zoellners but wanted to find a place closer. My appointment was July 10th. I paid for 6 boxes of contacts and my exam upfront ($320). I was told I had a bacterial infection in my lashes and she would get me a gel for it. Told my rx was a -.9 but they only had -.8 for me to wear home that day. Two weeks later I get a call saying mine are in. I go in and wait 15 minutes and they hand me one pair. They tell me I now have to wear these samples and if theres no issues they will order my boxes in 2-3 days. I am told they have no eye gel for me and Id have to pay for the med at my own pharmacy but the dr never called it in or wrote it up for me so I had to wait 20 min for her to write it up. Its now Sept. 8 and Ive called and asked where my contacts are and was told there was an error and they were never ordered but they would place the order and Id get them later in the week. Naturally the next morning my contact pops out from dryness and I call to ask if I can get a sample until mine come in and Im told they dont have any in my rx now and the closest is a -.7 but would have to have dr permission to give it to me. They let me know I can wait until mine come in tomorrow but it could be morning or could be end of the day. Never mind the fact that Im blind and cant function without contacts, cant drive etc., so frustrating and so expensive for horrible service. I am now having to go get my written prescription from them, and thankfully pediatric eye care in Owasso has my contacts for the day but Im having to pay $20. I wont return.
