My family we’ve been coming to here for the past 7 years. It was great in the beginning and we love the doctor. But there is constantly new workers who aren’t trained or know what they’re doing at all! Hardly know what they’re talking about and when they answer the phones. They’ve messed up my orders when I’ve clearly repeated my self multiple times before placing the orders. I went in for my exam and the girl didn’t even place the equipment properly to my fitting. She wasn’t very friendly nor explain much on what she was doing. She just rush to do my exam in the room before doctor came. Looks like the workers were more focused on chattering then helping patients.
This place has become so cold and impersonal.Cant wait to get out of here!This place is horrible. Youll pay way more than you have to and you wont get your moneys worth.Dont waste your time because that is exactly what will happen.I will never go back.
I was there 4 weeks ago for my eye exam. I still have not received my glasses. I call them and they said oh it should be here next week and we will text you. Then I called again and they said the doctor is with a patient right now, but she is going to call the lab and will call you back. No call back, do I called today and the girls said we will let you know when they come in and I said so now it’s going to be five weeks. She said I don’t know what to tell you. I said who does then, she said no one, but we will call you when they come in. I will never go back and I do not recommend to anyone.
Got at text message today to contact The Eye and Vision Center (In Owasso) to get my appointment made. I called. Went on hold for near 20 minutes listening to music. I finally hung up and called again. This time I got a recording to leave a message and I needed to answer my text. I did and I received this text back not from the same number but apparently they felt they needed to call me names.. Wont be going to this place ever again.
The staff is always so nice, friendly, and helpful. The doctor and nurse are very knowledgeable and explained anything I didnt understand. They were super friendly and helpful with my 10 month old daughter too. I was getting the exam, but she kept trying to help and they didnt get upset with her. They also offer a free eye exam to 6 month to 12 month babies. They are usually booked a month or more in advance so plan for that.
Dr. Reynolds and her staff perform some of the most thorough eye examinations I have experienced. This is why I choose to go there. I am very confident in the results. It seems the staff controls the delivery of their eyewear products to the best of their ability. Office and exam rooms are clean and maintained properly. Nice work to the Doctor and her Staff. Very professional and polite.
Both my kids (17 & 8) have been going here for years and love it! The staff and doctor are so sweet and helpful! My eldest has worn glasses and contacts and anytime weve needed anything they were very fast to respond and help out. Highly recommend!

We had to change Eye Dr.s due to a change in insurance and our old Dr. not accepting it. We have been very satisfied with the change. I like that they have later hours a couple nights a week, and are also open on Saturdays. It keeps the kids from having to miss school, or me having to take off work to get in before they close. No complaints.
Doctor is nice and everything went well. They told me that my glasses is a one week process and when its ready theyll text me. 2 week went by, i got no text, i called them they said that the order havent arrive. So its been a month already. I called just now and was told to be on hold. I waited almost 20 minutes and was still on hold. Probably be my first and last time here after getting my glasses.
I have been seeing Dr. Reynolds as my optometrist since I was a young girl and have always had great experiences with her and her staff.
When you are in the office, the service is great but they are horrible at follow up. I was instructed not to wear my glasses home since I was driving & live over an hour away. When I wore them the next day to work, I noticed on my way home they did not have the transition tint like I ordered & always do on my glasses. I checked my records when I got home to be sure I was charged for it & sure enough, I was. So, I called the next day, spoke to the girl at the front desk who told me they would order another pair of lenses. Next week will be a month since I called about the issue. I again called at the beginning of last week & left a message but have not received a return call. Very disappointed.
My prescription / vision situation is complex and dynamic due to RK surgery years ago. Not only has the doctor been patient and determined to find the right solution for me, she has repeatedly offered free trial contacts to validate the proper prescription over the years. The staff has also gone the extra mile for me in my multiple pairs of glasses and attempts to find the right combination of solutions for my vision variations. I highly recommend this office!
It took over a month for them to get my prescription lenses correct to the order. The staff couldnt have been more apathetic toward a paying customer. My vision has barely improved with the new prescription. Looking elsewhere this year.
The doctor and staff are behind helpful and kind! Very thorough care. Top-of-the-line equipment. 2 days wait tops on your new glasses. They know how to mold your glasses to your headshape perfectly!
Dr. Reynolds is an excellent doctor; she is thorough, willing to explain things to you and listen to question. I have never felt rushed and have not been kept waiting for an undue amount of time. I strongly recommend The Eye and Vision Center.
Dr. Reynolds and the office staff are so kind, friendly, and compassionate that I cant imagine ever going any where else for my vision needs. My familys glasses and contacts are always the perfect prescription and we are always given the extra attention to ensure the glasses are a good, comfortable fit.

This was the worse experience Ive ever had. I received my first pair of glasses and the lense was scratch. I received the second pair of glasses. No one there bothered to properly fit me for glasses. I could tell that they werent fitting right. When I got home I realized that one of the arms were bent and upon further inspection, I realized that there was a chip on the lense and small scratches all over. The doctor told me that no lense that comes in is free of defect. A lense should be free from defects when you first get them. Went back there now for the third time and the doctor and staff made execuses for the situation. I told them compared to my current glasses I couldnt see right. I was told by the staff that the reason I was seeing different was because of the prescription and that the doctor is never wrong. Even if my eyes are adjusting I should still be able to see better than I was. Then I was informed they had no return policy and they implied that they had no intention on fixing my prescription. They were going to resend them for the third time to get them fixed but whats the point when they wont make sure my prescription is right and whats to ensure there come back correctly the third time. I have been dealing with this for a month. I wanted them to make it right but they were unwilling to do so. The people in this office, staff and doctor, in my opinion have no clue what they are doing and I would avoid this place. Ive been wearing glasses since I was five. Worse experience ever.
