I wanted to check and see if this business had a part. I was put on hold for 10mins then hung up on. When I called back 8 times I kept getting hung up on. I feel 40 mins of calling to just ask if they have a part seems too difficult task for them I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Local mower shop. Theyve always been good to me. I pick up my lawn equipment parts here. They are a Sthil dealer, Husky dealer, and another, Echo I think. Good people

Great out of the way place to go have service done, order parts or are in the market for new lawn equipment. They are very professional and knowledgeable about all brands and not just the primary ones they sale. One of the few good places you can still go to and talk face to face with a professional.

So Around this season i install Christmas lights and nobody in tulsa had any i found this place threw a friend and they had exactly what I needed and not too mention cheaper than my normal distributor

I would not recommend this company. Had my mower over two months. Work had not even started on the mower. They would not refund my 35$ deposit . Thats not a way to handle business.-Chris Stacy

Very helpful when shopping for a leaf blower

Im out of state working. My wife was mowing our lawn and the deck belt came off. My wife is not capable of putting it back on. I called early in the morning after viewing their website. They offer pickup and drop off services. Since its an easy fix I thought I would ask them if they could replace the belt at my house. The man I spoke with said he would have to ask his supervisor but said they could probably do that since it an easy fix. He said he would call me back in about an hour. I explained to him that I was out of state and that I would appreciate it if they could do that. They charge 75 dollars an hour and 40 dollars to pick up and drop off. I received no call back so I called them back after a few hours. I told the man that I would have no problem paying them to pick up and return the mower although that would have been very expensive for this repair. He told me he forgot to talk to his supervisor and asked if I could wait about another hour so he could ask his supervisor if they could fix it at my house. I said ok very well and I told him thank you. Again no call back. So I called them again 30 minutes prior to them closing for the day. I spoke with a different man. I asked if I could just schedule to have them pick up and return and the money didnt matter I just need to get it fixed. He asked me what kind of mower I had and I told him it was an MTD Yardman. He then said he wasnt going to work on my mower because of the brand and gave me a line how he was 3 three weeks behind on mower repairs. This is terrible customer service and no way to treat a customer. They could have told me this when I called early in the morning. What difference does it make what lawn mower I own? They advertise that they are mower repairman. The last man I talked to was rude and had a bad attitude. Next time I need anything I will drive all the way to Catoosa to get my lawn mower parts or repairs. Shame on you guys. I have lived in Owasso my entire life you think they could have worked me in the repair would only take a professional a few minutes at best. You guys just lost a past customer and any future sales from me. I will tell everyone not to go to your store.

When buying a zero turn price is not the main factor. It should be about quality, durability, size, comfort, ease of maintance. Im glad Casey was there to help.

I have this old motor that everybody told me you cannot find parts for it there was no number whatsoever on this machine so I took the carburetor with me I needed some gaskets and jets and whatnot and went there the attendance knew exactly what it was and he went to the back for a few minutes came back with the exact parts save me a lot of Hassle and headaches
