Trish and Gene have been wonder and helpful i would never give 5 out 5 unless i thought They did a wonderful job making sure we were happy they worked very hard and done exactly what they said they would do its really hard to find companies anymore with people who caring and truthful

I really appreciate the work that the staff at Clayton Homes has done to get our home ready for us to move into! We are finally moving in next week, and I genuinely think my only caution with going this route is that things do not necessarily go as quickly as they are first presented. HOWEVER, the wait has been worth it and we are getting our dream home!

Has lots of nice double wides good price

We had a good salesman when we started the process of picking our home. Then halfway through he was gone and thats when the issues started. We didnt get our drywall work completed even though they came to fix it more than once. We didnt get the correct home according to what the blueprints were. We had several issues with when we were to get our home, and didnt receive information to help them get it here any faster. We are now having to pay for a new roof just a year into our new home, because of the horrible quality of shingles they put on our roof. I have to say if I would have known this was what our money was paying for I would never have gone with Clayton Homes period. Please beware of what you are getting into when using Clayton to find a home.

We purchased our modular home to be put on family land for us to live in forever. Our house was finally set up (9 months after purchase) in May 2018. The finishing crew is joke. we discovered not too long ago that the finishing crew didnt seal things up under the house like expected, nor did they use the extra sealants that we paid for. Folks from the lot have been here to work (I use that term lightly) on multiple issues, leaving a bigger mess than was here to begin with. Then the factory folks have came on 3 different occasions to refix the same things again and again. We bought the extended warranty, but I am afraid that the warranty will outlast the house at this point. Right now, my house is being taken over by black mold, which is not only destructive to the home, but very dangerous to breathe.*****ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS*****

Claytons prices are high on there double wides and in my opinion there homes dont look as nice as they did 2 years ago
