Shopping and buying was easy and stress free! If I could just rate Morgan separately she would get 5 stars! Absolutely amazing. Once the home is closed on, do not expect them to care when you get the home, when its set up or to communicate with you on these topics. They are completely unprofessional at this point in the process. Zero organization, zero communication and thousands of excuses. Their scheduling with sub contractors is an absolute mess because Im assuming their communication with them is just as bad. Mason is absolutely lost in professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing through them for this reason. Morgan and their sales team were great, unfortunately the entire last end of the process has been a complete nightmare. Which ruins the entire experience. If someone buys a home, you are paid for the home and are scheduled to complete the set up... either do it or communicate with purchaser on issues as to why you cant and a reschedule date. Do not wait for them to call and find out why no one is there to get it done. This happened not once, not twice not three times but four so far and we still arent in our home! Not once has Mason OR contractors reached out to us prior to rescheduling, we have had to call them the day of when no one showed up. Then we are made to feel like we dont understand how it works. Mason is exactly why the entire experience was ruined and I will always send others planning to purchase from them elsewhere!

Through thick and think, with a lot of uncertainty and inability to get started on my own part, she was so patient and was there with me. I really can say that we would not have been able to move without her help and guidance.Furthermore, I have some severe disabilities that cause issues with me. They have some beautiful homes, but the staff seems quite disorganized, and sometimes ineffective.

The shopping and buying process is relatively easy and incredibly relaxed. The sales team, for me personally Chris did a great job. The issue with this is in the aftermath of the home being moved. Very unclear expectations on the maintenance team and not much communication. They are unable to agree what is to be warrantied by who and to correct contractual agreements on the building such as our block in a timely manner. The home manufacturer has been helpful on directing and communicating on these items.I work in an in a retail/automotive service industry and the willingness to stand behind your product and properly address issues and communicate is imperative in this business. I find it inappropriate to pawn it off and do the bare minimum.
