They literally never have anythinggggggg I’ve been here like 5 times and they never have anything stocked. This is the last time

I love shopping here. Cherokee is the best, very knowledgeable and when shes busy she still does her best to help me. I remember her from the plaza location. I think Tiffany is really nice also. Those two are hilarious. They have really made shopping here enjoyable again, unlike the other staff members.

I go to this location because it’s close to my house. This is the first time a employee knew what she was talking about. I would like to thank “Nicole” for her Knowledge that helped me pick the right hair dye. She is truly an asset to your company.

This Sally’s is great and has a lot to offer. The employees are nice and don’t hound you instead they politely offer assistance and then let you browse on your own. Their nail section also has quite a bit of stuff and has plenty of starter kits for both gel and acrylic.

Today I went into the store looking for hair dye. The customer serviced sucked. The associate Cherokee was extremely rude and dismissive. When I was asking her questions she was short and literally was walking away from me as I was asking her questions. It’s unfortunate because I was actually excited to shop there since it’s in a new shopping center but that experience definitely turned me away from ever going there again.

Terrible service 😑I trying to buy a shampoo Hair Washing Funnel and the price was almost $40 because someone somewhere did not enter item in the system right.Regular price is $13.99 and the lady was super rude asking me take it or leave it like she doesnt care at all that the product prices are wrong! Never come back there again!!!!

Customer service...... Horrible. Ask did they have an item and she look at me like she was mad that I asked for some help. Ask did she know if another Sally’s may have it. She advised me that she don’t know and for me to call and see. I will never step back into that store again. I will go out my way to another store. Customer service is key

I have always had great experiences shopping at this location. I go there just for the store manager. She is always helpful and pleasant.

Love the girls there, if you’re nice to them they will help you with everything you need and more.

Came to store today @ 615 because it said open til 7 for emergency hair toner but the door closed and just says closed to shop online 😠🤔 o was so excited to get my toners but shouldve known better this plaza/shopping center is just a mess!

The staff is not interested in being at work. The energy in the store is cold and unwelcoming. I asked for assistance and was given a long huff and puff. This same female was obviously upset because I dared to bother her while she was texting at work. I live within walking distance, but I will get in my vehicle to drive some place where good customer service and common courtesy still exists.

I was treated very poorly And with no respect at all, The staff has no chill they always rolled there eyes at me for no reason at all. I was looking for a hair brush and when I asked a lady witch one should I get she told me to figure it out myself! She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me, When I said I will go to a different store she look at me and said What every This is the worst sally Beauty I have every been to in my life!

Every time I go to this location the Staff is not the friendliest. And aren’t very welcoming.

I keep trying to go to this store when I stop by Lowes, but Sallys is nearly always closed early. Even around 5 pm last week (I forgot if it was Wednesday or Thursday). Honestly, I thought they hadnt officially opened until I saw the many reviews.

Stopped by because the other store was closing and this new one is closer to home. Went in and was greeted by it felt obligated. I received absolutely no assistance. I was the only person in the store. One girl was setting up items and the one behind the register looked bored, aggravated and out of her mind. Again I got no assistance whatsoever. Sad the the other store is shutting down because at least there you got assistance and good customer service.

Not a fan of this location. You get much better service at the Reisterstown Plaza location. It’s sad because the location is new but the staff is not friendly and barely interested in working at the store. Save yourself time and avoid.

There was a lady that was very rude and mean to me for no reason, when I asked if they have any hair gel she said I dont know did you look for it yourself. Then she gave me a angry look and stomped away I would not go to this location every again.
